Bad $ rip-off. I failed to do my homework before going to this store. The battery was $38 and I thought, That seems a little high for this capacity ..., but then, it is on the shelf ....Well, the exact same brand & model is available, new, on eBay for $21, shipping included. They charged me an 80% premium.Thats a bit too rich, even if it is Myers Park.

I recently dropped my phone and cracked the screen. Bad. Like there was a spider web on the screen. The phone still worked fine, I was just having a really difficult time seeing much of anything. Anyway, the bottom like was that the tech at Battery Plus had it looking like new in just a few short hours. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and didnt even give me a hard time about how bad I cracked the screen. They were awesome. The ohone looks great a n.v d functions perfectly. Highly recommended.

Needed a cell phone battery replacement. two young men in store fixed it in app . 1 1/2 hours when I came back to pick it up. They informed me that during repair, they cracked the protective class covering on the screen but they replaced it at no charge to me. Then they took me through all the steps to make sure the phone was working and no data was lost. Better experience than Ive ever had at a Verizon store. Thank you.

Great experience - went in thinking I needed a new iPad battery, which turned out not to be the case. Between Will, Richard, and especially Michael at the Park Road location, I was given some great information and, while they could have gone ahead and replaced the battery and charged me, they were upfront and gave me several great pointers to help my situation. I will definitely use Batteries Plus Bulbs and highly recommend this location.

Went in was greeted as soon as I was in store. Was asked to wait while he wrapped up a sale, very brief wait. Had to get a watch battery replaced and it took minutes. I was in and out within probably 8 minutes. Very friendly service. The watch battery beat the price of every jewellery store I called.

Purchased an automotive battery from them under the Duracell name with a 3 year warranty. Battery went bad just before end 3 year period and brought it to them as it would not hold a charge and I would have to charge myself after being out of town for work. They tested it by hooking up to there machine (which charges it first) and determined it was fine and told me my issue was corrosion on the terminals despite the dielectric grease I also bought from them. I drive 25 minutes to work every day which is plenty of time to recharge it and it works fine if used daily but each trip I took out of town when the car was left over 6-7 days I came back to a dead battery and would have to charge it myself to get it to run. Checked all fuses and electronics in car and after getting sick of resetting my radio presets several more times I came back with it again to show them this. Spoke with a manager even and they refused to believe that it wouldnt hold a charge or offer a replacement. Instead tried to upsell me on a glass mat battery which I have no need for, Im not driving a delivery truck. Shows that the warranty they offer is useless. Ive since gotten a new battery from Costco which I should have done in the first place and had no trouble since. Bad product and especially bad service - go anywhere else

Ordered $115+ of C, AA, and AAA batteries online, received email that order was ready. When I arrived at store I was advised they had to substitute a different brand. I asked if the substitutes were more or less expensive and was simply told I dont know. I had to suggest that the employee look up the price for the substitutes, which he acted like was an unusual request. Upon checking, he found that I had been given less expensive batteries. I then asked was he going to adjust my charge card payment, and he did not know how. I asked what he was going to do to fix the billing problem, and he seemed clueless. I finally suggested that he compute the amount of my overcharge and give me additional batteries of the same amount. He did not seem to understand what I was asking. I finally asked for a manager, so he went to the back to get the manager. The same employee then returned with the extra batteries and said his manager approved. I was truly astounded at the lack of comprehension and inability to figure out to handle this transaction. I can only surmise this employee was brand new and had absolutely no training at the time of my visit.

Great experience from start to finish. They by far had the best price on the battery I needed for my car. It was easy to buy on-line and pick up in store. The guys were very friendly and professional - they double checked that I had ordered the correct battery, installed it right away and I was in and out very quickly.

If you are looking for light bulbs, skip the home improvement store and come here. They are very helpful and their selection is great. Every time Ive been here, I leave happy, which is more than I can say for the orange or blue place. Oven bulbs? Yep, both 40 and 60 watts. Bathroom globes? Yes indeed. CFLs for grow lights? Of course. Plus, theyre closer to my apartment and better prices than the hardware store nearby.

I purchased a good battery cost me 170.00 dollars for my car, it had a warranty and apparently the warranty waived itself because I “damaged it” according to Michael or whoever it was who I talked to over the phone. Why would i damage my own battery? Batteries do go bad and they tested it but said it had to be charge overnight so I dropped off the battery with them for a whole day they said they gotta charge it, I checked the next day and the battery wasn’t charge fully. At this point I got upset and I went to pickup the battery...I purchased a different battery elsewhere but they charged my battery in less than 2 hours. This batteries and bulbs place is a scam and don’t fall for the warranty scam either.

The sell associate Micheal is very rude. Pointed his fingers in a customer face. Police was call to the location. This officers was blown away with lack of customer service. The manger Richard tried to make excuses not to honor a battery under full warranty. I solely recommend going to another location. Excellent, friendly employees and top notch customer service. I went in today and they were able to fix a phone (quickly) that they normally dont work on because this particular phone is notorious for this issue. Not only was the young man running the store courteous, he went above and beyond, and, fixed it for free. This is at least the 2nd time I have been here that they repaired something for me and did not charge me. And Ive been other times and replaced hard to replace batteries (not free..... but fairly priced). I will continue to patronize and refer friends and family to this business. Thanks!

Very disappointed at this place. After spending several hundreds of dollars, they charged me a 15% restocking fee for a $49 item for the packing and return to their supplier shipping when it was not advised when I asked if I can return it if it didnt work nor it says on the receipt. Theres no way to test the product without opening it. Theyre knowledgable but bad customer service. I had planned buying a $2000 inverter but they Lost a customer over $7.50. ***They just responded to my comment, I already spoke to the manager, too bad the owner didnt get involved sooner.***

It is very mind bottling how the sale assoc. Michael has a job. Very racist and unprofessional. It speaks to the caliber of the companies expectations on customer service. The mere fact he was unbearably rude is unjust. I will not support a company in such capacity

I need a battery for my jetski, so I went to the store in Pineville next to Burgerking. After waiting about 15 mins to even be acknowledged they then gave me a quote of $116 for a battery the size of a brick. I went to Wal-Mart and bought the same exact battery for $34. This company is overpriced and their customer service is horrible, the Pineville store anyway.

Walked in, got my batteries, and left. Doesnt get much easier, at least for this project.
