My car rejected the first battery we tried and it made all my lights (engine etc) come on. He switched batteries and the engine light was still on . So he took my car across the the muffler place and they reset my computer for free. They took excellent care of me! Five stars! Thank you!!

You get what you pay for I guess.. 35$ battery didnt crank the next morning. Took it back was told it was fully charged. The man said I needed an alternator, took it to the shop only to find out the battery had a dead cell.. And was 3 yrs old. SAVE TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO A PROFESSIONAL PLACE!

Tried them 3 different times and had issues with almost every battery. No thank you. Try the battery spot on old pineville rd for $5 more and peace of mind. I only went here when the other spot was closed and regretted it. Waste of $

Most unprofessional place Ive ever been. Staff is not knowledgeable about there one product. Told me they had battery but would take 3 days to charge 3 days later I waste a trip up here just for them to tell me will be 3 more days. Went to another place walked in walked out with a used battery same day. Find a more professional operation for your used batteries.

Considering the negative review is from a rich prick who wanted them to put a used battery in a brand new Beamer and they advised him it would fry his computer please general public disregard his insults. They knew better than to provide bad service. This is my second time using these people for battery replacement on two different vehicles and it has been amazing service every time. I got a new battery for $60 with a 6 month warranty. Not there but batteries.

They sold me a bad battery and wouldnt give me a new one and it was the very next day
