Had issues with my f350 cold starting, went by there, the gentleman clean up both of my batteries and tested them. I had a low reading in one of them, changed it out gave me a 25% discount and reinstalled the battery within maybe 15 minutes. I would recommend yall checking out this place. Dead battery in truck. After a jump, went to Interstate. Staff very helpful. Recommended appropriate battery (not the most expensive and good for our climate). After testing old battery to make sure it was bad, replaced with the new battery for a nominal fee. Also connected another battery to the electrical system under the dash to preserve all my settings. Just an excellent and painless experience.

Ad for battery in website was one price. When I got to the store to purchase the battery I was told the ad was over 2 yrs old and that they could not honor the price. The ad is still on their website at the lower price. It was not a sells advertisement but a list product.

Needed a car battery replaced so I stopped in today, I was in and out quickly and the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous as well. They had what I needed in stock and the price was fair, service was quick and efficient. They did test my battery even though I knew I needed a new one. Overall they did an outstanding job and I will return for future business.

Wonderful service recieved from Interstate All Battery Center on Woodlawn Rd. I purchased a odd type of battery back in February that started dying in October. I brought it to this location to get diagnosed. They diligently worked to get to the bottom of why my battery was dying. The looked at my situation not as a sale but lets figure this out! The team comes across very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend trying this place out for all battery needs.

Do not trust their used battery, they talked highly about their used battery when I mentioned I was shopping with budget, they mentioned the used battery came with 90 days warranty, if it didnt fail during that period that meant battery was in good condition and usually could last years. They said used battery wasnt necessary bad battery, its just customer returned them for some reason. So yes, that sounded pretty good to me and I went ahead and gave it a try. Now at 6months mark, I was told by Honda dealership they battery is bad, they rested it and gave me the report, asked me to contact the place I purchased and get a replacement. Well, interstate battery now is saying customer choose to take that risk and theres nothing they can do. Good for them for selling junk to customers making it sound like a steal deal / wise choice, and now using policy to block the customer off. A new battery at the dealership only cost $140 with 8 years warranty as I was just told by the customer service, and I wasted money at interstate for a 6 month life span used battery, I share this review just so other customers dont make the same mistake no matter how well they present their product or service to you, short warranty isnt worth the chance to risk.The owner replied my comment, but as I was making the decision, they made it sound its totally worth it, 90 days warranty if any issue it should occur soon enough for the warranty to cover, if luckily pass the warranty time, meant battery was good to go and may last years after. That is deceiving!

Had my Replacement Harley battery on the shelf. Called ahead was ready to go when I arrived.

Purchased a new Interstate battery for my Harley and the battery failed after a little more than a year. My original Harley battery lasted more than 8 years. I pointed that out to the staff and they did not seem to care nor offer to keep in an Interstate battery. Do not purchase any Interstate battery! Especially from this location! Poor quality!

The staff at this location is extremely comical and very friendly they treat you as if you are a member of the community with no pretentiousness and a total disregard societal standards. I visited this location numerous times actually this was my 12th visit and the service has still remained the best.

Yooooo!! There are not enough words to describe the level of service I received from Jason and Matthew at 303 E. Woodlawn!I obtained a Razor Scooter from a coworker that needed a couple of batteries! Matt and Jason sprung into action. Wheeled the scooter in and changed the batteries out, cleaned the scooter up, filled the tires and even made her a name plate to replace what my coworker’s daughter had from years ago! This was for my daughters 7th birthday TOMORROW!! Thank you so much fellas!! I’ll be back as I have to get batteries for a go kart for her as well! DAY MADE!!

This is an untrustworthy, dishonorable business. I literally called 45 minutes before I arrived to get a quote on a battery. I even asked 3 times for clarity and assurance. However when I arrived at the location the representative I spoke with JASON revealed that he had actually lied to me over the phone and attempted to charge me an extra 20 dollars as opposed to the quote I was give BY HIM. He also insisted that I he hadnt previously gave me that quote which is absurd. I dont recommend buying from this business AT ALL unless you like surprises at the cash register.

They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes and the cost was much less than 2 places I had quoted to me prior. Professional, friendly and very helpful, I definitely would recommend getting your next battery here!!!

I always had awesome service at the Kings Drive Location, but their parking for customers was very limited. I think they only had like 3 or 4 parking spaces and at the new location it looks like they have many spaces, which will help tremendously. I am getting ready to come in to find out information on a Interstate Max Battery vs a Optima Yellow Top Battery. When I came to the site I also saw that their wasnt a review # rating amount, but now I think it is 4.2. So I read through all of the reviews and marked which were helpful and then typed in my review. I will come back and give my review when I get my new battery. Was sitting for a while DavidFully checked my two batteries.. for charge..for discharge.. and maintaining a charge..He called me to let me know the status of my batterys.. and when charging and service would be complete.. and gave me a slip letting me know overall details of the batteries..I have been coming here for years..Also for car batteries.. Excellent customer service and honest staff. David was very helpful and provided very honest advice and help regarding a battery vs. alternator situation. instead of trying to sell a battery, David said that my battery was fine and it was likely the alternator that was bad. He switched out my car battery and put in a loaner battery, and said he would test my battery and charge it to make sure it was okay. He called me the next day and said my battery was perfectly fine. David did ask me to get my alternator checked and I made the mistake of going to Advance Auto Parts on South Blvd. As I learned the hard way, even after putting a new battery in as recommended by Advance Auto Parts, my car started showing check battery light and my alternator started burning, which could have damaged my car significantly. I was able to make it to my dealership literally as my car died, in the nick of time. Bottom line is, the folks at Interstate Battery are very honest and reliable and they did not try to sell me a battery. Unfortunately, the folks at Advance Auto Parts are not competent and I would urge anyone to avoid going to Advance Auto Parts on South Blvd. in Charlotte. For battery issues, go to Interstate.

Took my car initially to an auto parts store near where I live and they tested it and said it was fine. The car was barely starting and had strange electrical problems. Took it to Interstate, they tested it and determined that it had gone bad. I didnt have a receipt but they looked it up and it just barely qualified for a free replacement. They put a new one in and its running great. No wait, friendly service and most importantly they correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

The team at interstate battery was amazing! I had some outdoor sensors that their batteries died and they work with me with troubleshooting but in the end did not have what I needed I even lost one of the receipts and they refunded me the money and expressed that they were very sorry they could not be a further assistance I will be back again!

Good. Got a 67R for a 2015 fusion energy today. Installed too, took the guy a half our just because of where the battery is located but its all in!

Went by to get a battery in a watch that got took me straight in took him every bit of two or three minutes and I was fixed up I highly recommend this place

Service manager Jay was very helpful. He explained to me that the shop where I got my battery (dead now) had given me an underpowered battery for my cars requirements. He gave me a free replacement and the right size battery.

I had a excellent experience at this location service was fast and employees was very helpful.
