Easy and fast; Needed my cracked screen replaced and was in and out in 20 minutes. You can wait inside and there is a comfortable couch and tv to sit and watch. Good value for your money! Hopefully I do not break my screen again but if I do I am coming back for sure. My purchase came with a free screen protector!

This was such an awesome experience! After Best Buy told me it would be almost $350 for an Iphone11+ screen repair and theyd have to hold my phone for three days, I started making calls. I found E Z Iphone Repair and was told he could do it within the hour, it would only take 15-20 minutes, and that the price was less than half of the expected cost. As an FYI- this is kind of a hole in the wall place, but he was nothing short of professional. I cracked the screen on my phone so badly that the home button fell out and I couldnt get into my phone at all. After spending some time calling around price checking, I found that the best prices in town were at EZ, so I headed over and had the phone fixed. He replaced the screen, battery and home button for about the same price most people wanted to fix just the screen and did so in less than 15 minutes. He was kind, courteous and an absolute professional and Im fortunate to have found our go-to repair person from now on. Best phone repair service ever! I had a shattered iPhone screen and had to spend my lunch break from work searching for where to go fix it. After I had made calls to different repair shops, I chose to go to EZ repair because the owner gave me the fastest estimated repair time, the least expensive price, and he was so personable on the phone. I walked into his repair shop to really great customer service:1. I had mistakenly told him my iPhone was a 6s, but he checked and saw it was a 6 and charged me the correct amount which was even cheaper (I dont care about these iPhone models, theyre all the same really). I really appreciate honesty.2. He fixed my phone screen in less than 20 minutes.3. He also put a screen protector on the phone, gave me a new phone case, AND fixed my phone speaker which was inaudible before. All this at no additional cost. Its almost surreal how good the service is. My battery is so bad that it wont hold power for more than few hours anymore and I was going to change it at apple, I had to wait a week for the next reservation and its $79 +tax. I looked at couple places and found this which is not only the cheapest for the original apple battery and has the best rating. I figured Ill give it a try. I spent my hard earned 85.00 dollars in this establishment 2 months ago only for his product to fail. Now wants to charge me an additionally 60.00 to repair for the 2nd time. Lack of quality of product and true understanding of business if you deal with this. Good luck I would never drop a dime here again and recommend you do the same. When you sell something you stand behind it and expect it to last at the very minimum more than 2 months. Even stated that this has been a more popular issue. So instead of fixing it and taking pride in his business and keeping customers happy within reason we are now taking business elsewhere. Stay far far away or use at your own risk.

They damaged my phone with broken glass further to an extent where it wouldnt even turn on. Although I was given a replacement phone it appears to be fake and useless. Now, I have to buy a brand new phone for the damage done!

The guy was extremely nice, and noticed that when I got my phone fixed the last time (from iBreakUfix), they actually stripped some of the screws and didnt put it back right and i was missing pieces so he fixed them for me. Very accommodating and he was done in under 30 mins. Not to mention the best price of anywhere Ive found. I will be coming back to him from now on, and would recommend him to anybody.

Very nice guy, COULD be very good with other repairs, but he royally messed up my iPhone. Id gone 3+ years without a crack or scratch on my screen. I bumped it and something dislodged the LCD inside so I had him replace it. This new screen has cracked several times already with the LIGHTEST touch. The day after, it had been sitting on the counter, and I realized it had a dent on it. The dent turned into a crack, I took it back to ask him if it was an inferior material and all he said was It was fixed when you walked out. Not to mention it took him more than 15 attempts to get the screen to sit properly and have the touch/home button functional. I dont drop my phone, I work from home so all it does is sit on a counter or the drink compartment in my car. NO reason for it to break like this. The cracks are centered on the top of the screen near the selfie camera, proving that ALL those cracks there are from how much pressure he used to keep opening and closing the glass screen.

This place is very reasonable with pricing compared to most places I’ve called and searched around for he fixed my IPhone battery and offered me a protective case at a very reasonable price he is fast and has good customer service I will be coming back in the future. 😁

Bought a phone last Wednesday wasn’t able to go back till today to go tell him the Touch ID wasn’t working and sound was weird, he got loud and refused to fix it service was bad said i had bought it a month ago when i have proof i bought it last Wednesday. Awful repair, terrible customer service and the guy is a NIGHTMARE to deal with. He not only screwed up the screen replacement on my phone, but when I called a few days after the repair (once proximity sensor and other things stopped working), he just started yelling. It was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Its like he knew he screwed up, but refused to take responsibility for it and instead starting screaming. I bought my black iPhone 5s here for a screen and button replacement. I talked the the guy over the phone and notified him that I was in a rush and he said he could do it in 15 minutes which I thought was great. Then I went into the store that he was working out of to find out he wasnt there. I called him again and he said he was at the wear house getting my pieces so I was like alright well Ill just leave my phone and go handle the things I needed to handle. I came back maybe a hour later and he was in the middle of my repair I waited. It looked all good so I paid and left. Anyways I got my phone and left I got all the way across town before noticing that my headphone jack no longer worked. I called him and he said he was headed my way anyways so that he could come to me, he came and looked at the phone and said I dont think I did that because all I did was repair the screen so I dont know why your headphone jack isnt working anymore. I was pissed because this phone was a gift for my gf so now I had to give her it without a working headphone jack. A week later my gf called me to notify me that the screen was lifting on the upper right hand corner which is the first problem ( the lifting caused discoloration on the display screen so in order to fix it she had to tape the screen down so it will now longer lift. ) that was the first problem. The second thing I noticed was the scanner on the home button no longer works so now she cant use her finger to unlock her phone. It sucks that she lives in VA or I definitely would have taken the phone back and asked for another repair but since she is I cant. Im not a review type of person but needed to warn any who is considering going here, DONT DO IT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
