I went to this Verizon store this morning and was AMAZED by how great the customer service was. I had lost a SIM card and needed a replacement, but because it was a company-managed account, I had to call my Help line, and the representative I worked with was there every step of the way to make sure I could leave with a SIM card. Absolute rock star customer service experience here - this is why I love Verizon!

I was in this store and made a request about my telephone line (after sales service), and they answered me that their job is to sell that they are not there to attend to another type of request. It seems to me a lack of kindness I have 6 telephone lines with them (Verizon), and even if I have only one, Verizon is a brand and as such any store called Verizon must know how to attend / solve any requirement of its customers.
Worker there was supposed to activate an apple watch and convert line from tablet to apple watch. They ended up not attaching to correct phone or line. I’ve been on the phone dealing with Verizon Customer Support trying to get it fixed for about 2 hours and it is still not resolved. I thought things were wrong when the receipt was incorrect at the store. Pointed out the incorrect receipt to the clerk at store and they insisted everything was correct with account and that the receipt was just wrong. The clerk had insisted this without wven bothering to pull up account to check when we pointed out mistake. Well it wasn’t correct as it turns out when I got home from store. If the clerk had cared enough to actually check this when I pointed out their mistake, I wouldn’t be in this mess. Will never shop at this location again. I will go to a different Verizon store location in the future.
Great customer experience. The reps I spoke with were friendly, outgoing, and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable and superbly competent.

Lost my phone on vacation, worked with Matt and he was the best. He spent a long time helping me set up an old phone of my sons. He was super helpful setting up a different phone. If you need help I would highly recommend this store! Ask for Matt
This 5-star review is for Natasha!I was switching from another carrier and had a complicated case that she helped me through. From a consumer standpoint, it was a very frustrating situation, but from a service standpoint, Natasha was there every step of the way to get it figured out. Her diligence, attention to detail, knowledge, and patience were all a recipe of success for getting this thing sorted out for my family and I. My phone shut down out of nowhere after about a month of having it. I stopped by this store and Kenny came through and made sure I left with a fully functioning phone. Really appreciate the customer service here.
I had a somewhat complicated situation after my phone stopped receiving calls and Ryan (the manager, I believe) was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure I got set up. Every time I was in the store the employees were knowledgeable, helpful and very transparent about what we needed to do. Thanks Ryan Savannah and the others whose names I forget.
Terrible!!! District manager named Reggie has wasted months of my time, and when I say months, I mean months!!! Back and forth. Tried to switch me over from T-Mobile with just countless visits and time wasted. Stay away! Terrible service and a bigger waste of time. Would not recommend to anyone.

Service was quick and nice — Adrian went above and beyond when I came back and asked if he could put my screen protector on my new phone. Another associate said they don’t do that but Adrian went out of his way to do it for me!Note: order the phone online THEN go to the store. The phone I initially wanted was not in stock in the store.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Verizon customer service on the phone is a nightmare, BUT the team located at 209 S Kings drive was and have been nothing but exceptional. They know the ins and outs of Verizon to solve all problems and apply proper solutions. I was passed around to multiple people over the phone when all along 1 simple visit to this team lead by Ryan all problems where solved while saving a bunch of money. I rarely take the time to leave a negative review as there’s too much negativity already in the world. However after spending two hours in the Verizon store I am frustrated enough to write this. I’m sure everyone was trying their absolute best however the inconsistencies between the sales associate and the manager as well as the inconsistency and misunderstanding between bill change, phone prices, trade-in values etc. was unbelievable. Getting a new phone should be a simple process. I hope my iPhone 8 last me 20 years because I don’t think I have it in me to go through that again.

Just returned a device because I wasn’t using it like I thought I would. Generally, returning items can be a pain but they made it so easy. No hassle at all, was in and out in 5 minutes. I came into this store for help with setting up a device. I had spoken with VZ employees over the phone countless times and could not get a resolution.I was really surprised by the level of commitment that the store took, in order to make sure everything was set up properly.The store manager Ryan(?) was awesome!Honestly - I’d been considering changing carriers to take advantage of getting a free new iPhone. But you can’t put a price on this kind of customer service. I’ve been a customer for 15 years and will likely continue for another 15 or more.Highly recommended!
Were switching from Sprint to Verizon - went to get our sim cards swapped and phones activated and store help threw bag at us to go manage on our own. Replaced sim cards but phones wont activate. We have no service to call for help, cant register the phones to get support b/c the #s are not recognized, Verizon chat is down due to technical difficulties and 800 # requires a collect call or credit card and goes into a dead end. Really Regretting decision to switch!

I stopped at the store to get a recommendation about what phone I should buy. Charles was fantastic, he walked me through the differences between the Pixel 4 and the Samsung 10 series. He didnt try to oversell me, he just educated me and answered my questions. This was refreshing, as I was unsure of which to buy. He also offered to follow up about the holiday promotions, which has never been offered. Will return to this location!
I went in for accessories to gift to my husband for his new phone. They didnt even know this phone existed, didnt have accessories for it. Now, because its an LG, I can sort of understand. However, I also needed iPhone accessories they didnt have. Its a very small store, maybe they didnt have room? Ill stick to going to the big one on N Tryon, they never disappoint. I think this location is good for paying your bill or possibly asking questions.
On Wednesday, September 11, I visited this Verizon location and got fantastic technical support from Edgar. He was kind, patient, and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to find a solution for my problem. He offered the best customer service I have experienced at Verizon overall. Thanks Edgar

I had the best Verizon experience EVER at this store. I normally hate going to Verizon, but this one has the most helpful staff & they were quick, efficient & friendly. I had to go twice in one day, but still spent less than 10 minutes in the store. Great customer service 😊

Only giving it a 1 star cuz it wont let me give it zero. Been to this store 3 times now. First time got kicked out at when they closed BEFORE they verified all lines were activated and working. When we came back the 2nd time they blamed Best Buy for all they issues Verizon tech support already admitted they caused. Came back the same day and instead of being helped by the person who blamed Best Buy who was NOT helping anyone, we had to wait for someone to return from lunch. He continued to help other customers that came in AFTER us while we patiently waited.

This is by far the best Verizon store I’ve been in. All associates greeted my family and I with a smile immediately. From that time on they never ceased doing everything they could to rectify our issues and answer questions about products. This place is a hidden secret in the Uptown/CPCC area. Go there! This is definitely the premier Verizon store in Charlotte! When upgrading my phone I placed the order with a Verizon phone rep who referred me to pick up my order in the store. I usually avoid Verizon stores at all costs so I was not thrilled about heading to one. As soon as I walked in I could tell this one was different, the design of the store is much more hip & interesting than the other stores. There is an entire wall of cases for different phone models, really cool cases too! I had ceased buying cases from the stores years ago, and bought online instead, due to the lame selection offered in store. I worked with Eboni Coger who was super friendly & excelled at professional, efficient service. She reached out to me once the order transferred to the store & I loved that! We coordinated a time via text & the great communication was the beginning of a seamless experience. I waited there as she set up my new phone & it was a pleasant experience start to finish. Everyone who worked there was very friendly as well and funny, it felt like a hang out instead of a drab must-do errand. I have since thrown out my previous attitude regarding going to a Verizon store in person & would definitely choose to go here over online transactions. Verizon Midtown is where it’s at!

This is by far one of the best Verizon stores that I have been to. Nick and Ryan, and Eboni were very knowledgeable and when there was something they didnt know about an unreleased phone, they looked it up while I was there. Nick even followed up with more information by text after I left. I ended up pre-ordering the Galaxy S10 from them just because of their customer service. Eboni did everything she could think of to save me money. I highly recommend this Verizon store!
