Consignment newbie here, called ask some naive questions. What appeared to be the owner, caught an attitude and was snappy when I mistakenly said “buy” after she clarified. When I asked about how they price things she felt the need to inform me they know best since they been in business a long time, as opposed to simply answering my question. After I told her a few brands I had in mind to sell, she was ready to be off the phone and took a deep exhale, caught an attitude again when I asked another question telling me she has a customer she had to go. Needless to say I won’t be using this store for consignment much less shopping here! Good luck if you go there!

I’m visiting from Rhode Island and found this amazing consignment store. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have a great variety of brand clothes at different price ranges. If I ever come back to the area I will be sure to return here.

Such a gem! The selections, quality and styles were awesome! The ladies were beyond helpful and went above and beyond for my visit as Im from out of town and stayed a few minutes past closing to assure I walked away with great pieces to add to my new work wardrobe! Highly highly recommend... If you live in town or just visiting this is a must shopping experience!

Fashion week in Milan and 5 weeks in Italy last year is rivaled by the experience of 2 hours with Jennifer and Jenny. I know of nothing as pleasant in Atlanta, Houston, Chicago or LA. Why? Beautifully organized, sized, good quality and reasonable prices with a twist: the desire to be helpful, a real love of fashion and Southern courtesy practiced in good faith, not a trace of the disengenuous.

Stopped in to see the ‘sweet’ gals today. The store is full of beautiful spring/summer clothes - lots NWT and lots of discounts! And in this ‘new normal’ they have a brought in a full suite of PPP protocols - everyone wearing masks - register screens - sanitizer everywhere - freshly cleaned pens - social distance ‘Xs’ on the floor and they’re busy cleaning everything we touched. Love my new Helmut Lang T. Can’t wait for the return of normal (no masks) so I can see your beautiful smiles... In the interim, special thanks and shout out to you both for taking such care to keep us safe!

My first experience at Sweet Repeats was absolutely wonderful! I took one of my Louis Vuitton bags in there first thing in the morning to sell. I was told that sometimes the smaller bags dont sell as quickly as the larger ones. I completely understood and told Jenny I was fine with that. Just a few hours later, she called and told me it was sold!!! Jenny said they use social media to advertise new merchandise and someone came in and bought it. I was overly thrilled! The customer service here is wonderful! I highly recommend Sweet Repeats to anyone in the Charlotte area!
