Here they have different programs and each program is tailored to the client’s needs. So, for the first time my son got exactly the right help he needed with people who really cared about him and were there because they wanted to help. My son’s back home now and doing really well. He’s a much happier, brighter person. He’s working with the aftercare specialist and is doing great. I’m so glad that my son went through the program here. It’s amazing, seeing the person he’s become. Which is a happy, smart and sweet guy. Going to this place has saved his life and I would recommend the facility to anyone looking to get help for themselves or a loved one.

I took my PC to just check why it is switching On using power button they told me that the RAM was loosely connected and then they just fixed it they didn’t replace anything and done their job in less then 5 minutes and charged me $58.99 as one hour labor charge.I won’t recommend this to anyone.

I have been using these services for several years now. Nick has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my computer system. Whenever I call he is usually able to come the same day, properly diagnose and fix whatever problem I may have. I work in customer service so I definitely appreciate the swift response.

The staff is really friendly and they really know what theyre doing. I had my doubts at first, but I was extremely pleased when I came to see that they got my laptop to work again. And it wasnt even as expensive as I thought it was. Ill definitely be coming here again in the future.

Took my laptop there to get it checked up not fixed. I wanted to know what was wrong with it first before paying. Turns out, one of the wires was just off from my laptop onto the screen. Before telling me or informing me, they put it back and charged me 120$ for it. Thats something i could have easily do. Ignore this place.

Good computer techs are hard to find. Nik and his team member (Eddy) are the best. They change my old mechanical hard drive to new Samsung SSD for desktop. Works much faster than before. Great customer service and Great price!.

Cheapest place in the University area for iPhone screen repair. My phone was in and out within an hour. Also had the screen of my laptop replaced here. Good service by the employees.

I have an 8 year old laptop. Recently, I would turn it on, but it would not boot. I brought my computer to Global Technologies center, which was close to my apartment. They were terrible. When I walked in I got the most unprofessional feel from the clerk. He was just some guy in cargo shorts and a dirty shirt with a hat on indoors. After discussing the issues, with no checks he said my motherboard is bad. Itll be 200$ plus to repair it. I said okay. He said he would run some test to make sure and I agreed to it.I gave them my laptop on Thursday. I called him Saturday, he said he hadnt done anything because he didnt know if I wanted to proceed. He let it sit there for 2 days without calling. So now he had permission, again. I got a call Tuesday, his boss wouldnt let him order the motherboard, until I agreed to pay an extra 100$ to fix a screen hinge that was broken(since when was is broken???). He waited until Tuesday to tell me this. I went and picked up my laptop and all the clerk kept saying was its not my fault, my boss did. He did. Not my fault. Im sorry just my boss...This Led me to HD computers, and Mr. Nash. Mr. Nash is that dude!!! He reflowed my computer for 90$. Got me up and running. Im typing this on the 8 year old computer. And get this, I brought it on the Tuesday I picked it up from Global, and it was complete the same day. Nash is my official go to guy for computer work. Its a nice comfortable store, Nash and other associates are dressed for work, they are quick, timely, and responsive.This place is terrible. I would just tell you to go to best buy and but another computer, dont even waste your time getting ripped off here. Even your time is wasted. From Thursday to Tuesday, communication was at the minimum if I didnt contact them. They dont accept responsibility at all. Very unprofessional. A waste of a good space, they should open a Chipotle here instead of this garbage computer store. And get this, after only paying 90$ instead of 300# plus on an 8 year old laptop, I can type up this review on it. How do you like that?

I would put zero stars if possible, voided my warranty without asking and basically lost me a free motherboard from the warranty, DONT NOT GOD HERE.

Horrible place, they charged me full price for nothing, and didnt listen to what I said was wrong with my computer. Everything they did was stuff I had already done, and then had the gall to try and convince me to buy unrelated parts (more ram while I was trying to get my wi-fi and ethernet connectivity repaired). The best they could come up with was resetting my computer to factory settings, because that would obviously fix my inability to detect ethernet cables and hold a wi-fi connection.

They have fixed the motherboard for my laptop and its in working condition. But they have not handled my laptop well. My power button got damaged and my charger wire is all twisted so badly.
