Very nice people but never closes on time, they dont have a real system. I picked up a friend from work and the doors had been closed and locked, but a customer walked up so they let him in. This is tough on employees who have lives beyond work. Their schedules do not reflect real time and the management could care less about developing a systemThat works to get the employees home on time.

A person was in the store after testing positive for Covid and the staff did not ask her to leave and continued doing business with her. Completely unacceptable they had no plan in place for a Covid test mandate for staff.

So bad it is only two or one person long line very slow there is no manger round I don’t blame the employees because they have to give enough attention for each Castmer but the manager have to know how many people he should put in schedule it is not even possible to leave this place less than one or two hours .

I can’t say enough good things about Jill in the photo department.. She was truly Heaven sent.. When I needed Prints enlarged and put on Canvas for my Dad’s Memorial Service, she went Above and Beyond!!!! Her attention to detail is incredible!! Do yourself a favor.. If you treasure your Precious Prints like I do.. Go see Jill!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Gabby in the print center is amazing! I am a small business owner, and this is the second time Ive ordered copies online. Shes quick and friendly. But she also multi tasks pretty great!

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!Spent over an hour attempting to simply print documents to send to VA and then FEDEX to Virginia. Only one clerk at desk, and she couldnt get the FedEx Shipping to accept the package!!!At least the POST OFFICE can still locate VIRGINIA!

My husband and I were having issues with a printer we had bought at Office Depot/ Office Max - we spent a great deal of time speaking with Josh ( manager at Rivergate) regarding our issues - we called ATT, VERIZON, HP, and APPLE and they were beyond clueless, Josh is the only one who never ignored my calls, called back when he said he would and really tried to help resolve our issue - he went as far as to change out the printer as it was less than 6 months old. I will be eternally grateful to him for his continued support and help. He is a real asset to your team !

Went there today and everybody helped me and I was pretty impressed till I got to the cashier. The cashiers name was Craig and he did not even greet me. After the transaction he did not even say thanks, just handed me the receipt and walked the other way. That kinda ruined all the great experience I had before getting to the register.

Great staffs? not all of them especially the store manager. Hes rule guy and not friendly if you want to return your items. Printing staffs? 50/50 sometimes they smile to help you, sometimes they unfriendly at all. I got BAD experience with the white girl. Mexican guys/ladies are helpful and friendly.

This is the most under staffed, unorganized office max that I have ever experienced! If you need them to get something done for you in a timely matter, choose another location.

This place has the most unorganized copy center. I have been 5 times in the last 2 months for copying related to my business. I needed 100 copies of the same document each time. Each one was a 30 to 45 minutes wait. Ive had a different associate each time and NONE of them knew what they are doing. I had to show 2 of them how to use the copier. There is always a million customers and only 1-2 associates manning the center. This is totally on the management. Poor experience all around. Wont be returning.
