Rude bartender, presented two forms of ID one which was valid, but she claimed it was damaged as well as a recently expired passport which is also valid in US airports. (They let me in the airport with it!) Lots of places to spend your money here I dont recommend this one. Customer service is very important. I come through this airport several times a week and will no longer take me or my colleagues here again. Possibly why it was empty in the first place. I walked across the lobby and whiskey river accepted my ID and was promptly served with great service.
Linda is absolutely amazing...Ive had her twice as a bartender and so sweet and makes you feel like youre at home.I have anxiety of flying and she calms it everytime. If you all are in gate e...visit her.
Business and tips must be great. Sat at the bar 10 minutes, never saw a soul working. No beers to buy no tips to share. You can do better. Need a bartender. 7:30 Friday night. Pretty sure I wasn’t the only disappointed with no service available
Bought two veggie and ranch wraps for $30. The veggies were old and broccoli was actually rotting And smelled so bad !
The airport is full and you are loosing selling when starburst that is your best competition is close. Suggest open at 6:00am
Flew into Charlotte airport last night. My connecting flight was located at concourse B.It was late and most businesses were closed. I walked by the Farmer’s Market and they were soon to close. I walked by and a young lady of color was there. She told me”we are closing” and I said I just want something to drink. She said sorry we are closed. So I walked down to Starbucks hoping to get some coffee. They were closed. So I decided to go back to my gate and walked by the Farmer’s Market and she was allowing other people of color to purchase items to drink and eat. I was annoyed due to the fact I was just refused service because IMO I was not like them. Sad state of affairs. This is 2021 and most people that I associate with do not discriminate for whatever reason because we are beyond that I thought.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Low quality, over priced food. Charges $10 for a packaged chicken salad sandwich you get at 7 Eleven. Basic small juice was $5.
Drink was warm (they provide no ice. Sandwich for $10 was not very tasty but they have no condiments. Overpriced for service. On top of that no greeting at all at the regerster by the attendant.
Rude employee named Mouris. Be sure to check your receipt! He added $20 to our credit card purchase for 1 coke.
Wasn’t allowed to sit at the bar after I just bought a ten dollar premade salad from them. Bar is reserved for drinking only. The bar was almost empty and other seats were full, so I had to leave and eat somewhere else. Definitely not getting anything from them again.
6:40 P.M. Friday and attendant won’t sell any beer or alcohol, can beer in cooler and won’t sell or explain. Lady was very rude! Place is dirty with paper all over the ground. Only left one star because it required a star!
Lack of service, poor attention to customers, dirty. Avoid.
When all the flights were arriving late, a handful of the food places stayed open late for us ❤, VERY appreciated. Food was overpriced as airports are but great healthy options, and I had no problems with staff. Delicious caprese salad!
Generic airport snack food at airport (silly high) prices. Will do in a pinch, otherwise a no-go
$4.86 for a 12 ounce container of Orange Juice. Cashier seemed like her mind was elsewhere... not even a smile or a thank you. Ugh. For $4 more I could have had a cocktail across the hall and a friendly bartender, Ill know better next time.
Good selection of health products, however stuff was rude and uncooperative.
Some of the worst food in CLT. There are much better options in charlotte available.
Expensive sandwich and unfriendly service.
Liked the cold cut
Staff has very bad attitudes. Food poorly prepared. Will not go back.
Nice
Alteration in receipt
