Great experience with this store each time we visit. I popped in to look at the new iPhone. The store was packed with Apple enthusiasts! I love my Apple products. The employees are always ready to help. So glad I got my iMac for medical school. Greatest decision, ever!

Jon went above and beyond to help me and my daughter after her phone screen failed upon return from an international trip. She needed her phone fixed urgently before completing her travel home and Jon worked diligently to help us out despite difficulties out of our control. We really appreciate the excellent customer service and friendly staff. We will absolutely be returning to this store in the future!

Cisco did a great job helping me with my MacBook Pro. It wouldn’t turn on. Very patient, spoke on my level and explained my options when I am ready for a New computer. He even answered a question regarding my iPhone. That’s why I have apple products. Cisco provided excellent customer service. So happy!

*Quick and painlessCame here on the day of the Iphone 13 release.I had an appointment. Got checked in and they placed me in a separate quick line probably because I paid for the entire phone outright.Didnt wait more than 7-8 minutes for the phone.

Cameron was the absolute best ever! When I entered the store looking for help Scott got me an appointment within 30 minutes of my arrival which was great because I know how long the wait at the apple store could be. Then Cameron the tech got me a new phone within minutes and I was on my way. Hands down I will only work with Cameron. Thanks Cam!

It was the security staff of the mall the made standing customers aware of that. Shame on them. I guess you can tell the quality of the customer service of this store by that.

Purchase iphone 12 4 months ago. Phone is a SAFETY HAZARD. Overheats. Apple help desk documented case to replace phone at store. Store refused. I am stuck with an i12 that can burn my house down. Apple does not care.

They where late for my appointment and there was not many people in the store. I saw several techs just standing around and talking not helping people. also when I called in about my problem to the store they made me make an appointment that was a week out after waiting all that time I get to the store and they tell me they can not fix my broken glass that i would need to buy a new phone. so I was miss lead for a week to find out I could have just bought a new phone or gone to a 3rd party and have fixed that day for so much less than a new phone. so now I waste a week without a phone over people being uneducated and lazy

I went to this apple store 2 times for 2 things, the first time i just had to go get a ipad 7 gen, it was really quick! the second time was about 2 months ago and it was a quick process again! definitely recommend coming here especially the line for covid was really quick and not packing up, loved it!

Very frustrated and dissatisfied. IPad under warranty needed to be replaced after six months. I was told that a new one would be at the store within 2 to 3 days. After 8 days I still have not received a tracking number or any information from this store. Apple support has tried to contact the store on my behalf, however no one answers the phone. I am not sure why the store cannot expedite a replacement or why they fail to communicate again very dissatisfied.

My daughter went into this store location today the store associate that was suppose to help her was extremely rude. She actually had the nerve to point in my daughters face and talk to her condescending. My daughter called me on Face-Time so could see who it was. I’m not sure what kind of meds she was or not but I am furious l attempt to called the store several times with no answering over there phone. Rep that did this is a Caucasian female like to be over 40 plus with YSL glasses on. I suppose she hates her job but to disrespect someone they way she did today was totally an absolute NO! i am currently in Atlanta hours away, but if I was not …..This associate needs be fired immediately. It is a reason this store has such low reviews. Absolutely a NO! I will get to the bottom of this!

** Not related to store or services**Went in to pickup a MacBook I gave for service and was told by the store personnel to let the security guard on duty know that I’m here to pickup so that I can go in directly to pickup the item.So, I went in and informed the security guard twice only for him to tell me “DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THAT IMPORTANT TO SKIP THE LINE” and he had me go and wait in the order pickup lane (for online purchases) for 45 minutes just to pickup my laptop.I want to iterate that my experience with the store or representatives was not bad. But I’m definitely not visiting this store because the security guard was rude and disrespectful.

Huge shoutout to Harry and Jason (store manager) at this location!!Ive been to this location a few times and have always had a great time and have been greeted by utmost professionals. Harry and Jason helped me out with an interesting and delicate situation and solved it with class. The new protocols in place to deal with COVID are excellent, and I am thankful that the Apple Store employees are out there helping those who need Apple technology assistance.I will be forever appreciate of their efforts to help me, and I look forward to remaining loyal to the Apple brand.

Very friendly and fast service. I just have to ask has anyone ever took their phone in had it diagnosed for a simple issue and have it completely die 11 days later. I took my iphone 8 to this location to have it diagnosed for a problem with the headphones not working but the lightening cable was still charging my phone. I was told it was due to corrosion caused by moisture. I was then told it would cost $349 to fix the issue. I asked isnt the phone waterproof. I was told yes but it just happens over time to some devices. I left of course because what they advised was unreasonable considering the phone was no longer valued at much more than the repairs. After removing my device from their device I took it home and 11 days later my phone had rebooting issues and cant be restored to factory settings. I cant help but to wonder exactly what occurred when they put it on their diagnostic port. It is strange to me that the price quoted to me when I took it back to be diagnosed today is the same quote given when I brought it in 11 days ago. So now I have no phone several questions and no answers.

Terrible customer service. Gave me the wrong product and would not give me a discount after having to drive back and wait an hour on the phone to get help. Took several times asking to get a manager and then gave me a very small amount back. Will not go back here. Just stick with Best Buy or someplace similar. They at least will listen.

The organization in front of the store is pathetic. The security people favor the people purchasing items than for service related issues. I have waited a total of 3+ hours to get my phone repaired. The first time to tell me that they do not have the part. Second to drop the phone off after they received the part. I am now waiting another 50 minutes and counting to just get my phone. People that arrived after me in the express purchase line have come and gone and I am still waiting.I was told by Apple employees that I would not have to wait in line. Clearly there is a disconnect to the reality of it all. Do not come to this location is you can help it.

Appointment at Northlake store was this past Saturday to get my 2012 MacBook Pro checked for a few problems I was having. All representatives I encountered were super helpful and one called me on Sunday morning to ask me a few questions. My device was fixed completely in less than 2 days. My first laptop was a Blueberry back in 1999. Love Apple and their service throughout the last 20 years plus.

My review is both for this particular Apple Store and Apples COVID response in general:I recently ordered a certified refurbished Mac Mini M1 and a MacBook Air from Apple.com. I originally intended to keep both devices---one as a desktop and one for mobility, however I later decided to return my MacBook Air as I am still within the 14-day return period. I factory reset and repackaged the item exactly as received and check on Apples site to initiate the return process where I was given the option to ship or return to the store. I chose to return to the store.When I arrived to the store, there were 3 lines without any sort of label/sign indicating which was which. After an employee finally approached me asking why I was there (which I explained I was bringing my device in for a return), they got me in the correct line after 5 minutes of waiting. 45 minutes later I am finally helped by the store employee who informs me Oh you purchased that refurbished from our online store---we dont take those back here since we dont carry them in stock. Unbelievable. No apology or anything---even after I pointed out numerous places where the website says I CAN return to the store.Just another example of Apples horrible customer service during COVID. I dont know of any other place that has shut down their stores and access to their customers quite like they have since the beginning of the pandemic. I understand being cautious, but stores like BestBuy, Target, and many others that dont have the elite/premium customer service hype and recognition (that Apple sort of self-declares) have been able to balance out safety without the expense of customer service.Very disappointed with this store and really all Apple Stores. I mean even as I wait in line Im seeing multiple employees sort of standing around. The ones that are helping customers have to wipe everything down in the area even if the customer didnt touch anything. Its too much in my opinion and really the response comes at only the expense of the customer.

This store and their process due to covid is really terrible and needs major work there is no reason you should have a reservation at 1:20 and not be seen until 3:12! They really need to fix the process! Of course with the AppleCare I pay every month it’s a lot cheaper to get it fixed through them, but I would have much rather paid the extra money than wasted 4 hours of me and my children’s time! That’s correct 4 hours! I arrived at 1;20 it is now 5:20 I am leaving the store and typing this!

They Simply dont deserve not even a single star, If there would have been any worst option I would have given to them. I purchased iPhone on thanks- giving & I simply paid $638. Two days after I saw that iPhones battery having drainage issue & was even having horrible performance. They refused to replace phone & suggested to return it and reorder the phone in $588 and they return only $588 to my account instead $638. They simply gave me $50 as apple gift card because of thank giving offer but at the time of return gave me $588 only. They simply looted my $50 and gave me useless apple gift card without even asking it.I would suggest to go with Samsung phone as they guys simply dont care about their customers now. Apple is not Apple anymore it became Banana. :(

Super disorganized. Bought something online and had appointment to pick it up at a specific time.Showed up on time and was put in a wait in line without an end with everyone else that came without an appointment.I have an idea, use us some of the truckloads of money you make to hire better people. A lot of people are looking for work, shouldn’t be difficult to find people that are better than this.This is shameful. Shameful indeed.Apparently Apple doesn’t have a clue what the definition of “Express” is. Get a dictionary. Let’s call it what it is: “Apple Snail Service” - the worlds best way to get people in a long line.BTW, if you read all reviews you will quickly see this terrible experience is commonplace at this location.

Went in to purchase a laptop. The staff was very friendly and provided great personal attention even though the store was very busy. We were immediately greeted and put on the store’s waiting list. After a five minute wait, our sales person came over and assisted us. She was extremely helpful, did not pressure us in any way, and made some very useful recommendations on our purchase. She was also very patient and helpful as we spent nearly 45 minutes looking at accessories together. This is even more impressive considering that Apple Store staff are not paid commissions on sales.

Came in without an appointment. Needed to get my laptop repaired. They needed to keep it 3-5 days, but I told him it was my work computer and I live 2 hours away. They got it completed in one day and it didn’t cost me a dime. Great customer service. Very timely. Wonderful staff. They were easy to talk to when I needed to call after the repair was completed to see is someone else could pick it up for me. Ready for work on Monday.

The senior manager at the store was nasty and non caring. He didn’t want help me with a problem, I was having with my son iPad. It wasn’t my fault. They give me a replacement with no cellular connection so wouldn’t connect with my cellular company (sprint/T-Mobile). Before the replacement the iPad would connect to my cellular data it was just a charging problem. He told me there is nothing wrong with the iPad. The senior manager tells me I should go to another provide like AT&T or Verizon get Cellular data services but I still owe sprint for the iPad this doesn’t make any sense. They don’t care about any social distance rules how long you have to been in the store. You could catch Covid-19 in this store it’s such a small space.

I was able to order my item online and go inside the store to pick it up less than an hour later. Picking up the item was super easy and quick. Prior to arriving to the store they allowed me to add the ticket for the item to my wallet. Upon walking into the store I was greeted right away, my ticket was scanned, and my item was brought out to me. The reps at the store were super friendly and ensured I had been waited on a few times although I literally only had to wait about 5-10 minutes for the entire process.

For some reason I had to make a 2:10pm appointment (simple screen replacement on an iPhone) only to be told it would be 4:25 until it was repaired. Being on a time constraint, I kept checking in (4:00,4:10) and was told it would not be ready until at least 4:25. I noticed 2 geniuses standing around not helping customers or working on anything. to top it all off, when I did get my phone back, I had received an email from apple stating my phone was ready for pick up at 4::08!!!

Apple is one of my most favorite stores. Not just because I am an electronic junkie, but also because every time I go the customer service is amazing. Sure wait times for the Genius Bar can be long, but thats expected. When I went recently I had to wait to be seen, but as soon as I entered the store one of the guys came straight up to me to point me in the right direction. The guy who signed me in for a Genius Bar appointment was super nice too. Cameron, the technician who helped me with my issue, was great as well. Very helpful, quick, knowledgeable...it was a smooth process.

The store is clean, looks good, and when the people get to you they are helpful but the service leaves something to be desired. Just buying something takes like 20min if you can go online and get help because they aren’t that helpful and could be more mindful of the time people are waiting. They kind of displayed an I dont care attitude. I think just telling people sorry for the wait would go a long way.

Cons: Making a reservation is almost as awful as being a walk in. The wait times are insane. I was explained that there’s an algorithm that dictates waiting periods; if that’s the case, I hope Apple corporate reads this review. Apparently there are news articles all about it online. I tried to make a reservation, and the closest one available was a week from when I was trying to go. So, I headed down to the store on a Sunday when they opened at 12. Well, I get to a Genius that checks me into the queue not much longer after that. They said they could text or call me when it was my turn, which ended up being an hour and a half after I checked in. There were almost no people waiting in the queue. Furthermore, when I showed up at the request of my text, I had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to talk to me. THEN I had to wait an hour for the actual repair. It was pretty ridiculous to be honest. it sucks cause if you break a screen or something, they’re really the only ones that can do it properly.Pros: They have anything you’d need for your Apple product. Also, the staff are very friendly and able to help when they do reach you.

Beware when it comes to a repair issue, they might be able to fix the problem on your phone but is more profitable for them to tell you that your phone cant be fixed, keep your phone and sell you one of theirs, keeping your phone they can use your parts make profit with your phone and make you feel like they selling you a phone at a very low price when in fact theyre making a profit by selling you one and keeping yours.I took my phone in for fixing they did not fix the problem that I brought it for and they broke another part of a phone and they dont want to take responsibility for it in fact they want me to pay for their mistakes.

Nothing but positive things to say about my visit to the Northlake Apple store. Had a scheduled appointment, was seen on time, had everything regarding my need for repair on my watch was explained thoroughly. I was treated kindly and they went above and beyond with customer service from the repair, to the shipping, etc. I’m in shock still by how well I was taken care of!
