Anything worth looking for is unavailable or behind some steel cage. No help when Its busy. One person to 20 people . Selection is scarce. Mall hours. Small place. No bathroom.

Pedro saves Christmas!! During the craziness of the holiday shopping season and the rush to get to the next customer, Pedro slowed down and fully checked everything I was purchasing for my childrens Christmas gifts . In his extra effort to not only help me but his co-worker who was originally working with me, he found an error in a game I was about to purchase and replaced it with one that worked. Santa doesnt send broken gifts and his helper Pedro made sure of it. Thank you!

Ordered 2 games online. Got confirmation email ready to pick up. 2 minutes later received another email stating part of order was cancelled. Terrible service.... Why get confirmation ready to pick up and then cancelling an item on me? Unreliability for that store. Still waiting for refund 3 days later trying to cancel the order...

Called the store out for selling broken USB controllers, could tell they were broken through the packaging and made them open them up and test them. both were broken. gamestop is a terrible franchise anyway, they dont care about quality being sold as long as they make a profit. buying my gaming gear from local family owned stores and third parties from now on. 0/5 stars
