Your tech Josh was out this morning promptly, and very polite. We called Saturday late afternoon for our garage door that was stuck. Our call was answered even after hours and we were given an appointment time for that Monday. Josh was prompt and gave great suggestions for longevity and maintenance of our garage door so wouldn’t leave us with it stuck open. Josh was great! What a great representation for your company.

Friendly service. Our garage door spring broke suddenly Saturday night. They said first available time someone could come was Monday 7:30am. Josh came Mon morning and promptly identified the issue. It was about an hour of work. It’s only been an hour or so but so far so good—working like new. He said the replacement should last another 10k opens and closes. 1 year warranty. Total was about $400 for 2 springs.

Ive been having an ongoing issue with the garage door closing correctly. I called Garage Door Doctor on a Monday morning. They set up a time that day for someone to come out and take a look. Josh showed up right on time and called to check in before showing up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave a quote. Within 20 minutes the same day the door was fixed at a reasonable rate and in a very timely manner. Josh was very professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue quickly. 10/10 would recommend.

Terrance with Garage Door Doctor was great! He called and asked if he could arrive much earlier than the appointment was scheduled for, and of course we said yes! Terrances work is excellent. Hes skilled and knowledgeable, and he did a fantastic job installing a new garage door opener, rollers, and programming new remotes! And the door is quiet now! Terrance also removed old metal sensors that were no longer needed. Were so happy with everything and highly recommend Terrance for your garage door issues!

Our recent experience with Garage Door Doctor was pleasant and low-stress. The technician called prior to his arrival to let us know his estimated arrival time and arrived promptly. He immediately identified the issue as a broken spring, upon entering the garage. I was expecting a hard sell, but was pleasantly surprised when he provided us with two options for replacing the spring. He thoroughly explained the benefits of each option and provided what I consider was reasonable pricing for each option. He also answered questions about what may be needed in the future, as our door motor is on the older side and will most likely need replacing in the near future. He gave us options for replacement and then said that we could likely get by with the current motor until it totally gives out. I called for service on Monday afternoon 8/9/21, and the technician arrived at our home 7:30 a.m. Tuesday the 10th. Robert was very professional and friendly. He explained everything to me in layman terms and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. When the garage door wont open you just have to trust the company you hire, and I lucked out with Garage Door Doctor 8536 Monroe Rd. Charlotte, N.C. The springs needed replacing and I added on a few other parts to replace to enhance the operation of the double garage door. Having the rubber strip replaced at the bottom of the door hopefully will keep snakes out of the garage. Robert cleaned up after himself and left our garage as he found it. I recommend this company.
