Great selection! The manager was very helpful and recommended an excellent Moscato that has an 87 expert rating as well as another red wine that was also delicious.

Happy found this place because the wine store near me overcharge for their wine. This place has my wine and it half the price what the one near me charges. Also now you can bring your dog here as well to shop which is awesome! So many selection here with good deals and prices. Its worth stopping here and picking yourself something also they do send coupons in the mail so yay on that.

I called an hour prior to coming to ask if they had a beer available. The gentleman was super friendly and informed me that they did. When I showed up a gentleman immediately asked me if I needed help and I told him about the beer I had called about. It was sitting there on the shelf for me already. Such great customer service I was in and out so quick. Thank you so much for having amazing customer service in a world where it’s far and few between!!

Love this place going to be honest Im not big on wine, Wisconsin girl, so beer and hard liquor have always been more my style but on the tasting table I ran into the most delectable wine I had ever had I like it sweet and a little bubbly and staff is always been extremely helpful and have open my eyes to the wonders of how good a glass of wine can be.

I love this place! Its always a bit overwhelming with how huge a selection the store has, between the wine and the beer, but there are always employees around to help. And theyre SUPER helpful! Ive had times where Ive been looking for something very particular and theyve always gone above and beyond to help me and they know the store super well.

Great selection of wine and lots of beer. They carry Flying Dog which is reason enough to visit the store. Staff and management were always helpful every time ive gone in and provided good recommendations when needed.

I love the selection available here, especially from local breweries. I would easily give this place 5 stars if not for this one experience I had....I was back in the beer aisle browsing around when I heard what I thought was an extremely painful sneeze echoing from the front. Then it happened a few more times. And again...and this kept happening enough that I wanted to investigate what the heck was happening. So I casually browsed my way up to the front to not be conspicuous, and I found the source. It was an employee standing in the middle of the customer service counter dry-heaving into a big trash can. Over and over and over. I honestly felt awful for her because she seemed to be in a great deal of pain. But regardless, thats not what I wanted to see. I completely understand she cant help it, but why on Earth didnt they let her go in the back somewhere? This counter is smack in the middle of the front of the store and divides the entrance and exit. There is no avoiding this counter. I also was a little shocked that staff didnt acknowledge it whatsoever. I had to ask someone if they had something in stock in the middle of an episode, and I was kind of expecting a little, Sorry about that... but it was ignored. When I was checking out, Im quite positive it was a manager that was ringing me up, and right behind him is this poor girl dying, and he acted like nothing was going on. It was strange to say the least. I really would have expected someone to give just a small apology for the situation.

I arrived at this Total Wine location just after 10 am. I was greeted by Areyaun. I’ve have never had such an amazing shopping experience in any of the Total Wine locations I have visited. She was extremely knowledgeable about the wines and created an atmosphere that was pleasant and relaxed. I love to talk about wine. It’s one of my favorite things to do! Areyaun took the time to speak with me about some of the wines she has enjoyed and recommend the 2016 Willamette Valley Pino Noir, Kudos. I adore these Oregon Pino Noirs. But have never tried this one. It was a fantastic recommendation! Extremely easy to drink, with a dynamic fruit forward taste and smooth, but not muted tannins.This a def crowd pleaser! Thanks again for being an outstanding associate! Total Wine has a real rising star on their hands!

Over the past two years Ive spent more money here on craft beer than my wallet would care to admit, but the staff is fantastic, the selection of beer is fantastic, and they always have a really good seasonal selection. Founders Breakfast Stout and Narwhal are coming up soon, do yourself a favor and pick a few up. PHENOMENAL beers.

Im new to the area, not knowing that ABC stores are the only ones to sell liquor, I had thought the “& more” included it as well. Unfortunately I learned the hard way but the staff was very friendly and accommodating with letting me know what times the liquor stores close, gave me a pre-made flyer for directions from them to there.As I walked through the aisles I noticed their store is very clean, has an extensive wine selection to choose from so their name lives up to the total, and the “& more” is basically a medium sized craft beer & just regular beer selection. With the regular beer in smaller packs in the fridge section, mind you the 24s in the back are against the wall but you will need it in something cool after purchasing because mine was very warm.Overall I had a great 10 minute experience !
