This company charges service agreements to take care of your system and then charges you to come out to maintain and do repairs. There is zero warranty support here. Outrageous lack of customer service bordering on criminal.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to be certain all aspects of the project were done with excellence. They spent extra time answering all of our questions!

Had a major lightning repair needed for my media room. Insurance company stated they will cover but for me to pick the contractor. The Integrated Home was one of the contractors. Very friendly and courteous company. Got the quote, was slightly higher than other, but the kicker was they wanted 90% of their money up front. Ive had major renovations done before and I was shocked how much money they wanted as a deposit. Providing the money wasnt the big issue, but I found this very strange they wanted this much money upfront. I was told this is the norm for their company by the Owner. After checking out other companies, their deposit was far less. I even said that I dont mind paying for the equipment cost upfront because I know it can be very expenseivet, but why should I pay for most of the labor as well initially when you havent started the work? This sent several red flags to me. I decided to go another route. Work is complete, and I couldnt be more happier. Contractor made their money and I got what I wanted. A functional media room.

We had The Integrated Home help with our new house. They hung TV’s, connected our home theater equipment and surround sound, installed internet extenders, and programmed our universal remotes. Their work was top notch and the guys were friendly & professional. I would hire them again if I have future projects.

They are so busy that it took awhile for me to get on their schedule, but I needed help setting up a new SkyTrak golf simulator in my man cave, so i was persistent. This was a product they had not dealt with before. But when they finally worked me in, everything went very well. Jeremy and Thomas came on time, had watched the set up video to prepare, worked through some glitches and got it done in just a few hours. Jeremy came back the next morning to help me solve a computer glitch with my computer to make it all run properly. After having dealt with the integrated home, and another home system company, I can assure you that the professionalism and quality of work are completely unmatched by the Integrated Home. Wouldn’t deal with anyone else in the Charlotte (or surrounding) area. Do yourself a favor and call them first, to save them having to come out and fix someone else’s work to do it properly.
