My truck was hit in a parking lot a month ago. I heard great things about Braggs and brought it by for an estimate. Their estimate was fair, and they seemed like a professional operation after meeting the owner during the estimate. I have to tell ya, they are indeed PROFESSIONALS. I have never had such an amazing experience at an auto body shop. I received emails all along the way with updates, including pictures. The communication was top notch, the service was incredible, and they guaranty the work for the lifetime of the vehicle during my ownership. What else can you ask for? I was in an accident and needed body work repairs to the front left portion of my vehicle. I have used Braggs once or twice before and know they have a good reputation in the area and I’ve never had any issues. However most recently when I took my truck in for repairs i explained to Natasha that my alignment had me knocked out of whack ( I just put new tires and lift kit a month prior so I know it was fine before the accident). I asked braggs to please look at this and make sure everything was good. When i picked up the vehicle i asked if they discovered anything wrong with alignment and the guy who was standing behind the counter responded “I got it all backed up and the wheel is straightened out fine right now” in a somewhat rude manner. They basically told me it was fine. I left on deployment and my wife has been using my truck a few times for odd jobs around the house, turns out that the bearing was broken on the right front wheel and control arm was pressing into the wheel. This in turn messed up a bunch of other stuff and now I’m coming out of pocket a little upwards of a $1000 on something that Braggs could have easily spotted if they had simply taken the time to check it out. In the future I’ll take my vehicles to Taylor’s Body Shop where I know something like this won’t happen. I’m very disappointed and having to deal with this has caused unnecessary hardship for my family.

Um, wow. I count my self very lucky to have come here. My brand new green 4Runner just got some scratches at a hand wash and I couldn’t prove it was their fault. So, I swung by Braggs without an appointment and the owner Austin came out and personally buffed out the scratches since he’d sent his painter home early. I learned that this body shop has been helping people out with honesty and integrity for 3 generations because they love what they do and they want to make people happy. I’ll tell you that I went from being very frustrated to floored with their willingness to help as well as the results. No more scratches on this 4Runner! Thank you!

I have used Braggs on 2 other occasions to repair damage to my cars. Just got my car back and it looks great. They are easy to work with and accommodated all of my requests. They did a nice job on the repairs, the car was cleaned and washed for delivery and the job was done promptly. Looks better than new.

I have just started the process, So far the staff has been very straight forward in telling my what the steps are. The day after drop off the very pleasant representative had called me to let me know my parts had been ordered, thats something to brag about. I feel confident that have chosen the right shop for my repair.

I used Braggs for replacement of a damaged aftermarket front lip, and for repair of a loose tailpipe, on a 2013 Mercedes E350. I paid for all of this out of pocket. The cost was $390 for the front lip that I bought online and had shipped to the shop, I was quoted $451 for the work, and I paid for an Enterprise rental as well. Braggs was nice about fitting me in as soon as the lip arrived, and had me drop the car off in the morning, to be picked up the following evening. Mercedes ended up sending the wrong brackets for the tailpipe, but overnighted the right brackets, so things were only delayed by a day. Braggs did a good and professional job, and the final cost ended up being $489. They are also currently taking COVID-19 precautions. I will go to them in the future, mainly for any potential jobs that Im able to cover out of pocket, since my insurance policy with Erie doesnt cover aftermarket parts. For a previous job that Erie covered, I took the car to Taylors, which has a great reputation, but they were backed up for months.

Excellent place. Brought my car in for an estimate to fix the bumper as I had popped a portion of it out after hitting a curb. They fixed it in ten minutes for free! Another shop in town had quoted 180 and said they would need to remove the entire bumper; Braggs said I had not damaged any brackets and that it was a quick fix. Thanks to the professional and honest team at Braggs for great service!

Had two times body work done on my daughters car due to an accident, both times the work was excellent I will never go anywhere else. I had the the opposite experience twice with Cosner Brother where I took my van the first time and the second time even not wanting I had to take company van, both experience were terrible.

Terrific experience! Took my vehicle there after hitting a deer. They inspected it right away and explained their process. They communicated with my insurance provider and kept things convenient for me. On the day of pick up the vehicle looked great. Braggs Body Shop did an excellent job repairing my car. On the morning that I dropped off my car, I noticed a screw in one of my tires. Braggs repaired my tire at no additional cost. Great customer service! The staff is very personable and responsive. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

An excellent experience getting my bumper replaced. Braggs clearly explained their quote, and even got the cars manufacturer to price-match a part that was not available as an after-market for my vehicle. I had 2 accidents in 1 weeks, messing up the front of my car, and the back. A brand new car which was less than 6 months old!!!. I took it to Braggs, and they contacted my insurance company directly. Everything was scheduled at my convenience and while my car was at Braggs, I could look at pictures of the progress they were making on fixing it. When I got my car back, it loooked brand new, I could not tell where the work had been done. The people were nice, caring, helped me with all the paperwork and fixed my car back to its brand new status! I would not take my car anywhere else, and have sent many friends there. All of them have come away happy!! Braggs is the best!!!

Something was rattling really loudly in the back of my car and I couldn’t figure out what it was. I went there, they checked my car and in 10 min they found the problem and fixed !They were very nice and explained what was wrong which I very much appreciated !

I had damage to the drivers side rear quarter panel of my Benz (someone decided they wanted to share my traffic lane with me!); Braggs was able to provide an estimate of the damage at my convenience, and repair the damage in a very timely manner (in less than a week). I was provided with pictures of and updates on the repairs throughout the process, and they worked through my insurance company so that I didnt have to do much of anything legwork-wise. Complete concierge style service, as far as Im concerned, and I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Once they finished the work on my car and I paid them they called me on two separate occasions to come back once to sign more paper work that they forgot about a second time to add another part that they initially didnt receive in the mail until after I had picked up my car ... Will not be backUpdate. Had to go back after the tail light which Braggs had fixed went out and I was confronted by the staff for my rude review which is exactly what happened instead of asking what they could do better Braggs found it more productive to try to make me feel bad for hurting their rating online apparently google reviews is only for positive feedback and should not serve as a warning to other potential customers my research on them before I used them made me feel like I would be treated well but my experience was not up to the level of what I had seen very disappointing and insulting

I cant speak highly enough of Braggs Body Shop! Last month, part of my cars back fender popped out after I parked over a severe pothole. I first got an estimate from another Charlottesville body shop, and they said the fender was unable to be fixed without doing a full bumper replacement, and they quoted me $800. I couldnt accept the fact that my entire bumper would have to be replaced for something so small, so I got a second estimate at Braggs. I worked with Roger, and he was fantastic! He quickly identified that my fender was very easily fixable, and was able to do a full repair for me the same morning I had the estimate- in just a few minutes. I am sick thinking about the fact that I could have spent $800 for something that was able to be repaired in minutes. Thank you Roger and Braggs Body Shop for the honest service!

Came in for an estimate as a State Farm customer. Braggs estimator popped the bumper back into its clip, all fixed, no charge.

I went to get some bodywork done for my car and they mess up with my car alarm system and refused to fix it.

Put car in shop ...a week later told to pick up ...dent still n my car ...charged 1600$ inst..covered but still come on went back ....told was going to fix ...pick up car dent still there ..but cleaned the inside of my car very well ..

Well I havent gotten my jeep back yet so its hard for me to say they do stay in touch with me about my jeep and I like that
