I found some great items-some I were looking, some I were not-at the usual great prices. Staff was very lively when I went, and the store has an easy layout to understand. This was a great experience overall.

Had a problem with something being stolen, I had to wait until Monday to get someone to check the cameras, which is understandable. Monday came around and the manager tells me that the camera didnt catch it, but I had the police involved and she lied to the police and said their cameras dont work. The people in charge around there are very shady.

Great variety of fun things to buy. Come here if you need a cheap soccer ball, basketball, or football. They also have posters, toys, and accessories like chargers.

The cashiers are friendly & the stock is always interesting for budget-conscious people. Plenty of gift ideas & neato gizmos for the techno-geeks. The home goods & work out gear are my faves. :)

Super friendly staff all the time. They are always welcome customers to ask any questions and very nice to children. Do you know you can get gym stuff and children books there too? If you want some small and affordable gifts, this is the perfect place to go.

The best place to get value stuff for less than 5

A fun place to go for an add-on gift or for a quick candy stop. Many things offered than changes frequently so youll never get bored. Staff has always been friendly, helpful, and delightful. Relaxed atmosphere with no sense of urgency. Always enjoy shopping here.

Collection of misc items, phone case was what I went for, their selection was disappointing, lots of cases and screen protectors I didnt like, out of stock for the one I did want, lots of overstock on iPhone and latest Samsung high end. Aisles too narrow for wheelchair.

Fun little store with stuff you cant find at bigger brick-and-mortars.

Typical Five Below experience. You have to look past the disarray in some sections of the store. Not their problem really. Most customers just dont return products where and how they found them.

This store has a lot of great items and theyre always changing their items. Great. Candy selection great books movies. Just anything you might want to pick up for a quick birthday present.

In general the staff is very friendly at 5 Below, but the last time I went in, the old lady that works there yelled at me for being in the store literally one minute after it closed. They had recently changed store hours, so I wasn’t even aware the store was closed until after she very rudely told me to “get out because we’re closed.”

My granddaughter loves this place.

The prices are very reasonable, and the attitudes was very humble. I was in,and out the store is in minutes.

Overall good, lots of great deals. Definitely annoyed that theyve shifted to things that are more than $5 now, though.

Sometimes the store is a little cluttered, especially following new deliveries during stocking times, but the store is always clean. The staff is polite but you may run into a rude, impatient customer from time to time. Its the best place to find stocking stuffers or small filler and gag gifts. Its also a great place to get affordable exercise gear and electronic accessories. Sometimes their book selection is on point. Decent quality products for everything being $5 or less.

Great hospitality and awesome prices

Staff member comes up to me and tells me I have to have a mask on to shop, yet she has no mask on. Management in this place is a joke. You are going to force costumers to wear a mask and not employee’s. I walked out and will never spend money at this place again!

Great stuff for $5 or under! They are constantly changing inventory, so theres always something new to look at. We have found a lot of fun stuff for everyone in the family from Grandparents to Grandkids, and it doesnt break the bank!

I loved coming here but I think because of new management the staff is EXTREMELY RUDE !!!! The elderly lady and fat man with glasses are rude and unhelpful and very very condescending when talking to you and be little you! As a customer I am not going back to this particular location ! Change your staff ASAP ! Once I was in line and the same elderly lady let someone else in front of me for no reason and didn’t even apologize! Must be racist !!!! Karma !

This place is all a kid could ever want. Its ranged between 8-13 year olds. This store has a little bit of something for everyone. They have posters, toys, fidget spinners, shoes, shirts, stationary, etc. All I can say is they have very reasonable prices for things that kids want.

This place is amazing! I love to go here, its cheap, and has very cute stuff kids love like grumpy cat, five nights at Freddys posters and figures, my little pony, They have something for everyone! I especially like how they have hatsune miku and attack on Titan key chains. Very great place to shop. Staff is super friendly.

All the items in the store range from one dollar to 5. You need to be on the lookout for items that are more then a dollat that you can get at dollar tree. Plus the cashier was a ditz my total was 4.07 i handed her 5.07. She actually had to call the manager to make change. Im not kidding. It is a place for teenagers.
