Jim price Chevrolet damaged my vehicle while receiving a oil change, and failed to even tell me. After i confronted the situation, The service manager Ray Persian told me to get a estimate from a body shop. I went to the body shop, and sent the estimate of $2100 to him. Ray then proceeded to say that the estimate was to much money, and proceeded to cuss at me. He then decided that he wanted the estimate done somewhere else. Jim Price auto has horrible customer service, and I will NEVER do business with them again. Cheap, Poor, and disgusting.

September 29th my husband and I went to look at a used vehicle, we were approached by Samantha Shifflett. She was so full off life, energy, and smiles. Needless to say I did purchase the car i went to look at... She then sold my husband a BRAND NEW 2020 Chevy Trail Boss pick up! He was not looking to buy but her personality and the deal they gave him on his 2018 GMC was AMAZING! If all of your sales people had that CAN DO attitude you all would UN stoppable! Buy a new truck and within 10,000 miles you have a problem you have to wait up 10 days for them to look at it.....unacceptable. Checked around and every other dealer in the area has a 1 or 2 day wait. I guess customer service ends with the first payment

I went to Price Hyundai on Saturday. I needed a good vehicle, low mileage, great price. Cherise Armour was my sales person, she showed me the perfect vehicle. We went for a test drive and I knew it was the one. I bought a Hyundai Sonata - I got everything I wanted in a deal!! Cherise listened and came through. She is a wonderful sales person. Ask for Cherise if you want a great deal.

My husband and I were looking for a used Hyundai Sonata. Wed been looking for some time, but couldnt quite catch the right vehicle. I had gone to Honda close to this Chevy dealership to look at an advertised vehicle. No one came out to speak with me and my friend and it didnt appear the Sonata advertised was available. We stopped by the Jim Price Chevy on a whim. There sat a beautiful Sonata and to my absolute delight, Cathy Seymour came out to speak to us. The car had come out on the lot that afternoon with one owner. We took a drive, put a hold on it and purchased it after my husband had time to come drive it. Cathy was AWESOME! Ive had some really interesting and altogether poor car buying experiences from men. I cannot recommend Cathy enough. She is well informed and professional. The car has been incredible and I would definitely buy from them again.

Set up an appointment online for a few things. Front desk was extremely nice and pointed me to the area where your car is serviced. The gentleman at the front desk was ready for me and was very kind/helpful. They have a waiting area with coffee, popcorn, water, television, seating, and even a shuttle service so you can still be mobile if needed. The service was quick and priced well, definitely competitive with other places Ive been. They covered the seat with plastic as well as any other areas they would touch to keep your car clean. Overall, this will be the only place I take my car for servicing! Could not be more pleased.

We took a used car there to have work done. The technician discovered that one of the parts, while functional, made a noise that made him uncomfortable. Instead of slapping everything together and sending it out the door. He took the time to order another part. THAT impressed me. The part probably would have lasted long enough to get past any warranty issues but would have failed prematurely. He was paying attention and CARED enough to make SURE the job was done RIGHT. They have a customer for life in this household.

We purchased a vehicle from here and the sales team was very helpful. Since purchasing the vehicle, the service department has been great to deal with keeping up with the maintenance. The waiting room is nice offering free snacks and drinks while you wait. There is also a shuttle service if you dont want to wait on your vehicle!

Our first visit there on recommendation of a family member. Professional and forthright on the offerings of a new vehicle. We are awaiting the arrival of our car so I will know better about my rating of this business as we conduct business.

We really like these folks. They always seem to have time for us when we are in the area visiting my parents. Last year when my daughters car had an issue when we were driving down and this year for a service we didnt want to wait with all the traveling we have coming up. Give them a try ... I dont think you will be disappointed

The worst browsing experience ever. We came in to look at used cars. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to help us. After waiting 10 minutes, we were just given keys to the car we saw on our way in. A salesman came across the lot and started talking to us. We told him what we were interested in (a manual) he proceeded to make fun of what I wanted. He kept going on and on about how a manual is unreliable and they dont offer anything for gas mileage, he also attempted to argue with me about my decision to purchase a manual. He ended the conversation telling me there was this car and a Prius, if I wanted to plug it in everywhere.We picked up the convo again when I asked why the car was priced so cheap. He said, I am not sure probably miles, its pushing the end of its life here.Then he walked away.It was the most embarrassing attempt at customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I took my car here to get recalls fixed. When i walked in no one greeted not even the woman at the front desk. I didnt even really know where to go but luckly i seen the name above the door where i needed to be. The people at this location seems very nonchalant with their jobs. If i had another Chevrolet to go to near by I would. I did get what i needed done but started noticing weird noise coming from the bottom of my car not sure what it was but it went away kind of.

Repairs not completed in the time frame promised. Had to threaten to go elsewhere to have a battery installed.

This company was very helpful to me, and Im grateful to have had cherise there to help me find the car i was looking for, it is more then what I wanted and she was so patient and understanding in my search for a vehicle.
