This was a wonderful experience. I had a girls paint and sip for my birthday with Jillian Ford there was also another lady not sure what her name is. I end up having a situation accure outside of my control causing me to be in a rush to get setup. The lady came over told me no worries you just go get everything and Ill help you set up and she set the snacks drinks and food up for me. They were very patient and when ever our group needed help with certain parts of the painting they came over and explained exactly what colors, brushes, and shapes to use to get the perfect outcome. They took a group photo for us. And even gave us some extra bags to carry the left over food and painting. And they had the best personalities. The location and building is gorgeous. They helped make my birthday paint and sip a great experience 10 out 10 recommended. THANKS LADIES

Had such a fun date night with this paint class! Vicky was the best teacher- patient, good explanation of technique, perfect pacing, and gave us lots of encouragement along the way. We were the only people in class and had such a fun time! Will definitely be back!

Wine and Design Raleigh has been my go-to for paint and sip events for a couple of years now, for personal and corporate events. The artists I have worked with are Brooke and Vickie, and they are fun, patient, knowledgeable and very talented. The event space inside Union Station is very cool with expansive views of some of downtown Raleigh and overlooking the train station. Gorgeous space for social distancing and having fun!

I had such a great experience here yesterday for my birthday. The space was incredible and the staff was awesome as well! My friends and I had a great time and I would definitely come back to paint again. Brooke was so helpful in answering all of my questions before my party and during the painting part too! Thank you!!

I highly recommend stopping in to see Brooke and Vicky, they are amazing! The sweetest girls ever! Not to mention the sweet puppy surprise that definitely made our night! Next time we come to town we will definitely be stopping in to paint our doggy portrait!

This place is wonderful. It was my first time and Brook ( I may have her name wrong sorry) but she was a doll and so helpful. This is a must do.

We came in for the open studio beach sunset painting session with Brooke and we had a ball. Her energy and love of painting and what she does was evident. She was patient, enthusiastic, and encouraging. She also had a pretty awesome playlist. This was a great experience! I highly recommend coming here and booking a session with Brooke. We loved it!!

Disappointing experience. Staff did not make a welcoming environment and did not know basic things about painting so was not much help to people. I think Wine & Design should use a buddy system and pair experienced staff with inexperienced staff. And at least one of them should have people skills.Three different customers asked her about the parking and she didnt even pretend to care or try to find an answer to a question she must hear several times a day.But the worst problem is when she paints on a customers painting and adds things that are not even in the original image to make it pretty. It seemed offensive to see staff cross that line and alter someones project.Three stars because its a nice new location with a clean open space. The quality of the paint and canvas is good. Nice view out the window!

Wow, date night with my girl and Mrs Brooke made this an awesome experience. Never painted before and she made me feel like I made a masterpiece. Thanks Brooke I can tell you love your job!!!

Brooke did an excellent job creating a great and fun environment for painting. She provided helpful tips and was very kind. I recommend coming out and enjoying this experience, even if you are a beginner like me!

One of the best studios Ive been in. Beautiful layout and large windows with views of the city and inside the station. High quality materials. Tons of options to choose from. Super helpful and super friendly staff. Went for a staff retreat and I would highly recommend this place.

It’s been years and tonight tested all my skills, but the instructor was GREAT!!! Patient, kind and always willing to help my master piece come together. The new space at the train depot is AMAZING and so much room to move around! Definitely great after a long day of work. Wine, painting and so much fun!!

Its been over a year since my last wine & design painting and it was the BEST therapy. I needed this. Kebdra was AWESOME. The new location at Raleigh Union Station is a fabulous space. I will be back real soon.

I have been to this location several times and it is always a great time. My last event was for family reunion and we had Ray as our instructor. He was awesome! Cousin Ray-Ray is a part of the Byrd family now. They even made a canvas for my 5 year old daughter to paint. I cant wait to host more parties here.

Nice concept. My 1st experience was OK. Enjoyed painting, sipping wine (BYOB) & talking with friends. But the Painting Host had zero personality and rushed us to finish & leave. May go again on a Friday or Saturday but only if they guarantee a personable & fun host!

My friend and I went for a fun Sat. Afternoon and we had a blast! Will definitely be back again as its so relaxing and fun. The instructors were great and very helpful and thanks to their expert guidance, my painting actually turned out very well!

I cant say enough great things about Wine and Design! I have gone to Girls Nights Out at W&D, my 5 year old daughter has attended camps and birthday parties there, Ive attended Charity Events there..... its consistently tons of fun and you leave with beautiful artwork and great memories! Keep this gem in mind for your next night out - you wont regret it!

I went on Sat. July 7th. My friend and I had a good time. The instructor was ok... she implied that she would provide some finishing touches to the pics at the end, but didn’t. She gave us pointers on how to make the pic better. We noticed her with another lady she would ask for help she would actually sit down and drew on the pic to make it look better. This was my friend and I first time at this location. Unsure if we will be back. The bathroom was out of toilet tissue and I informed the instructor but she never put any in there.

Was surprised with a class for Valentines Day, and I LOVED it! The instructor guides you through the steps but everyones ends up looking so unique. Very comfortable atmosphere, and our instructor was very open, entertaining and relaxed in teaching us. Will be going back!

Had my daughters birthday party here and it was a great experience. Emily was great at instructing the kids and the studio was beautiful and well decorated will definitely have a party here again.

Ridiculously terrible customer service. I cancelled a class about a week before it took place. I was informed everything was cancelled and i would receive a refund. After a week I did not see the credit on my credit card statement and I called back in to check on the status. I was ensured the refund was still set to be processed but that only one person had the machine to manually do it. I waited another week and called again to be told the same story. Ive called several more times and left messages and no one has called me back. It has now been a full month and I still do not have a refund.My only option now is to go to the store and ask for cash because this seems to be too difficult to manage. Not only has my request not been processed but I have not received a call back from the messages Ive left nor has there has been an apology for the exorbitant amount of time this has taken. Awful service!!

Beautiful art can be done by anyone in these fun group classes. Private parties and team events would be awesome here. Lots of different styles of art are available on the schedule. BiBi is awesome.

The instructor was very flexible and gave us lots of project options. Very relaxed and fun atmosphere!

We did this as a couples night and had an absolute blast. Our instructor was fun and really helped us create a great painting that hangs in our house (in the bathroom but still were pretty proud of them).

Do not waste your time or money on this location. I am not one to write a review, but, I feel it is important to warn others. My daughter scheduled a class last fall and when we arrived nobody was there, apparently it was canceled but we were not informed. It took 3 weeks to get our money back and they gave me a complimentary session, which we scheduled for today. My daughter scheduled that class for today with the promise that it would definitely happen because the owner was holding the class. When we arrived there was nobody there. Five other customers showed up and after numerous calls and promises someone was on the way, 40 minutes later, may daughter and I finally left. This studio is a huge disappointment.

The overall experience was nice. Second time Ive done this, but first here. Felt rushed. Im not sure if anyone completely finished. Instructor mentioned that we were able to come back to finish another time if needed.My date was boring so that didnt help much, but if you want to waist an hour doing something fun this isnt bad. Id go again, but next time by myself...If with someone else Id expect to be sloppy and unfinished bc they dont give you time to socialize at all.... Just enough time to take a quick sip of wine and start slapping paint again.

Wine and Design is nothing short of a fun-filled experience! Girls night out, birthday celebrations, corporate team building...ive done it all! AND at several locations. All are so very different with their own unique characteristics that make the studio such an enjoyable atmosphere! Raleigh has an AWESOME outdoor space that can be used for painting & or partying...what else could you ask for? Talented artists, fun music, chilled wine & a finished painting to hang up at home...nothing better! If you havent experienced Wine and Design...youre missing out! CHEERS!

Im not sure if you are familiar with Wine and Design but be sure you provide your own wine (it is not included in the price). It does not state on the website that it is not provided, it only states that they provide everything, all you need to do is show up. However that wasnt the problem. My friend had called ahead and spoke to someone and that is the only way we found out that we had to bring our own wine, so we did. Our party had 35 people (full class) and from the beginning, the lady at the front desk seemed to be irritated with our party. She didnt want to take a credit/debit card. With a group as large as ours, some had cash and others had credit/debit cards. She complained the whole time to everyone who did not have cash. She kept saying. We dont like cash because the company charges us to use the machine. She didnt run the cards immediately, instead, she wrote all the numbers down on a sheet of paper to run later. BAD IDEA!!!! Anyone can get a hold of this information. My guess is she didnt want to run individual cards to be charged 20 times. She may have wanted to put one amount in and use multiple cards until the balance is zero (if that is possible). She was not friendly at all. Staff not very engaging. The instructor (the artist) was nice, but that is all. I would not recommend this location.

Bridal shower event! Our host didnt have much people skill and not much fun..but the overall experience was great.

My party was rushed, my friends felt rushed thru the painting and we didnt even get to really finish, they didnt even have a chance to sing Happy Birthday to me. The other parties going on at the same time with no walls separating the three different parties just made it a sensory overload!!! After cleaning up, when we took out our music, they came over and played other music very loudly making us feel like they were rushing us to get out!! Even though there was no other party coming in that night!! Not recommend for a birthday!!!The painting instructor hadnt even seen the painting we picked out before that night, and didnt seem accustomed to what he was doing. Again, I do NOT recommend this for an adult Birthday party. Plus, instead of making sure all participants signed in and paid upon arrival, we felt like they shook us down for payment afterwards!! I also recommend NOT bringing decorations or lots of food, because it took lots of time away from socializing while we set up the food and then afterwards packing it all back up again. It was a whirlwind.

Brooke is the best

It was a fun night of painting, well learning to paint. The instructor kept the class on the same pace but spent extra time with a few of us that needed guidance.
