We went here to help my niece shop for a mattress. We bought ours from here years ago when the store first opened. Today’s experience will ensure we return again for the next mattress purchase. This was probably our nieces biggest personal expense since graduating from college. The manager, Gavin, was attentive, professional and patiently answered every question. We think she got a great deal on an awesome mattress and adjustable base.

Great service. I bought a mattress from them two years ago, and they were great then. I came back last month for the motorized base Lorrie was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and got us out the door with 0% financing in just under half an hour. Outstanding. Delivery and setup were flawless, and they hauled away the old box spring.

Lorrie greeted us when we walked in. She didnt ambush us at the door like some places do. She was extremely professional. Explained the difference between different levels of mattress and gave us realistic options. We were serious buyers and made our choice. We purchased a full size mattress, box spring and frame which were delivered when promised. The delivery system worked perfectly just as Lorrie described. We received a recorded call the night before to give us the time frame, and received a text message before they arrived. They set the bed up in our upstairs bedroom in a minimum of time. The delivery guys were polite and courteous. We purchased a great Serta Sleeper and the price seemed pretty reasonable, around $700 including tax, the best frame and delivery. Lorrie also followed up the next day by phone to assure our satisfaction. This was much appreciated. My wife and I highly recommend Lorrie and this store.

Lorrie at the Hollymead store provided outstanding service. She was professional, patient.and efficient.We were planning on shopping around but service was so good that we purchased a mattress and adjustable frame from her without looking elsewhere.

Last week, when I was in immediate need of a queen-size box spring for our guestroom, Lorrie came to the rescue. She went well beyond what most sales people would do in trying to locate one that could be delivered in time. When none was available, we realized that I could fit a split-box spring into my Subaru. She helped organize the stuff I had in the back of the car and then we loaded the boxsprings into the car and she tied the hatch down expertly. All this for a sale of about $250. We might need a mattress and box spring for the master bedroom soon and I will be sure to consult with Lorrie about that purchase.

My bed was delivered this morning and it looks great. Delivery folks were on time and very professional. Adjusted the bed to the height I preferred. Great experience. However, I purchased a second mattress from mattress warehouse a year later in July 2020.. First time was excellent. Second time - not so good. We requested that our old mattress be taken away. Was told that would happen and there would be no charge because we of the type of mattress we were buying. When the new mattress was delivered, they would not take the old bed, saying it wasnt on the order. The store was still closed so I could not call. I was left with my old bed with no where to put it and no way of getting rid of it. I called the store when it opened and told them what happened and asked is there any way they could pick up my old bed as promised? They said no, but they would give me a $100 credit and I would get an email from corporate. 6 weeks have gone by and still no credit or email. I called the store again to ask about it and was told there was nothing they could do due to covid situation in Maryland. Iasked if there was anyone else i could follow up with and they said no. Very unhelpful. Disappointing to spend close to $4000 on a bed and get poor service.
