Called to get a quote for my iPad screen replacement and got a price of $260. I asked if I would get a warranty or anything with it also and the guy on the phone said yes. So I decided to go in and get it replaced. After 45 minutes it was ready and looked like it was a good quality screen and would last me a long time. I went home and put a screen protector on and the top left side of my iPad shattered. When i called to complain about what has happen he said that since it was not broken when handed to me I would have to pay anther 200 to get it replaced again. There’s no point in getting it replaced again when the first screen they installed literally shattered in the first 2 hours. I would have liked to get my money back since the job wasn’t done properly.

I broke the glass back screen of my Samsung Galaxy s10e. I first took it to uBreakiFix for an estimate. I got a repair quote of $220 for the repair, along with a repair time of 5 hours. I didnt have 5 hours so I called We Fix N Customize in the Galleria Mall for an approximate repair time. They told me 15 minutes. I told them Id be right there. Upon arriving I handed them my phone and gave them my information. They told me to just walk around the mall for 15 minutes and itd be done when I got back. On the way out the door I asked how much would the repair be. To my complete surprise they told me $45! A quote of $45 after Id just been given a quote for $220 at a competitors repair store. I left, and came back to a perfectly repaired phone for 1/5th of the price. I never write reviews but I thought I had to in this case. Ill also be writing a negative review for their competition. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Went in to have a laptop and notebook assessed and possibly fixed, the employees/owner were so helpful and HONEST. He couldnt repair what we brought in, but gave his competitor his recommendation for what he could not do, our best interest was honestly his main concern. That is unheard of in this day and age in my experience. We did make a couple purchases for our cell phone and did buy a chromebook, but We Fix And Customize have 2 new customers for all our communication needs!! THANK YOU!!

Very honest employees, theyre often busy but once they get to you, you have their full attention. Very helpful and can always help me find what I need. My phones screen protectors arent generally in stock but they order whatever is needed and take care of it as soon as they possibly can. I would love to give a proper review about this company but every single time I try to call nobody ever answers the phone. I run a repair business myself and sometimes I dont have the phone in stock and a customer wants it done immediately. So i always call around for my customers. Not once have I called this company and had them answer. Whats even crazier is they will call back over an hour or two later. Sorry but if you cant answer a phone as a business you have no business fixing them.

So I had these guys repair my iPhone 6s Plus LCD, they did an amazing job. When I had brought my phone in it was not functioning at all. The employees here are super friendly and helpful. Not only did they repair my phone within 15 minutes (which I didnt even know was possible), they also recommended me a tempered glass screen protector which prevents my phone from breaking again and also a great battery charging case so my phones is never out of power. If I could Id rate this place 7/5 stars!! I was helped out by Zubair the owner, very friendly!

Excellent service! My iPhone XR was cracked and they put a full new screen on it within 30-45 mins. Super quick & efficient. The workers were extremely nice as well. My screen looks like a brand new phone, and nothing got messed up while they were fixing it.

I highly recommend this spot. I cracked my S9+ screen while visiting Buffalo. I called other places before coming here but after speaking with Reece at We fix n customize I instantly felt comfortable. The part arrived over night (other places said Id have to wait 3-5 days). I was at the galleria mall and I wanted to get my phone fixed. So I went into We Fix and Customize, they had nice trained employees that repaired my phone for a cheap price with a free tempered glass. I would recommend coming here and if you can try to see Ahmad or Zach.

While the individual who replaced my broken iPhone 7+ screen was very nice, the earpiece to my phone did not work after the repair. I messaged the company with a copy of my bank statement, explaining what was broken and that I live out of state so would not be able to come back in for them to try and fix it. I got a relatively timely response back from the owner saying to come in for it to be fixed (there was a price associated with it on the top of the screen, not sure if that was intended or not). I then reminded them that I do not live there and cannot come in for another repair. I havent heard back from him since his initial email Tuesday evening.Poor customer service and Im very disappointed my phone was not only broken when it was supposed to be fixed but after paying for that service in full I will have to pay for another service when this should have never happened in the first place.

TLDR: Great fast service, integrity A+.I went in just today and when I got quoted a price for my shattered iPhone, it was more than the original price that I was quoted when I had called them the day before. I told the guy at the desk this and he was very understanding and gave the repair to me at the original price that I was told. I was so happy with the service and how nice the dude at the counter was that right after I got my phone I went online, sat in my car and typed this review. 10/10 I would recommend again to anyone.There is one thing that I’d like to note for others out there looking to get their iphone screen fixed: when I got my phone back I realized the screen did have a bit of a bluer tint than the original screen, take this as you will.

Excellent customer service!I came to this store looking for accessories for my iPhone 6s Plus . I am a very meticulous and I guess you could say picky when purchasing items and people sometimes find it difficult shopping with me. The gentleman that was working that day was extremely patient and kind to me while I took my time trying to find the right phone case and accessories. He even introduced me to this amazing product pop socket; a mount which you place on the back of your phone. It is the most amazing phone accessory I have ever had! It makes it so much easier to hold and text my phone and I no longer have to go through the pain of dropping my phone on my face while Im texting laying down!! I would recommend this store to anyone in search of accessories!

Update... I went in a year later and the staff happily replaced the screen. 🙏 they were very friendly and professional.I was told that I could get my black iPhone SE screen and home button replaced in 20 minutes. After 25 minutes I returned and was told to come back in 5-10 minutes because the phone was not ready. I returned after that to find that a white screen and black home button was used for the ‘replacement’. After another 35 minutes of waiting, a white screen and home button was put onto my phone. The workers were polite and digilgant but careless, lacked attention to detail, and did not properly compensate for the over doubling of the wait time and inability to correctly replace the screen and home button. $5 was taken off of the $80 bill. After all of that, there is a distinctive line running diagonally across the entire screen. I would strongly advise against using this business for quick or proper replacement of phone screens.

Fixed the back of my phone. Didnt take but 10 or so minutes and it looks like new again. Affordable and amazing!

Avoid this place at all cost. I went to get my battery replaced on a functioning phone. I was told it would take 20-30 minutes. It took much longer than that. When I did receive my phone back the volume button no longer worked. After many attempts to avoid responsibility for breaking my phone the owner agreed to replace my the phone, after a failed attempt to fix their error. I was given a broken replacement phone. I returned that and was told I would have to pay for a replacement now as they were unable to find a working replacement. AVOID THIS PLACE

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE. When I first arrived, the workers seemed professional and I really did trust them to fix my shattered phone. However after getting my phone back it was completely glitching, had random lines appearing on the phone and was extremely slow. I immediately showed Brandon who fixed it for me and he even knew it was bad. After this they offered to put a different screen on which worked for maybe two or three days before my phone was glitching out yet again. Now here I am about a week and a half later and my phone will not even turn on when before they fixed my phone I had no problems whatsoever. Overall, they completely ruined my phone and unless you want that to happen to you, I suggest you pay the extra money for apple or Ubreakifix to fix it for you because this place is horrible.

They “fixed” my phone .... I went in 1027 to get my screen repaired.. the person that fixed it said that if it doesn’t touch the way it’s supposed to just a song as it’s not cracked he’d replace it... that same day I realized that my screen wasn’t touching in certain areas, there was delays or I couldn’t touch at all ... I wasn’t able to go back due to work schedule but when I went in a diff person said that owe your phone needs to be updated! Like do I look stupid??? Updated or not I should be able to touch my screen!! He refused to replace it and then said he was goin to kick me out the store because my service wasn’t the way it should be && I needed it replaced... go at your own risk but if you go get something in writing saying if the screen doesn’t work right to bring it back... all of there employees are on diff pages! I would not recommend anyone goin is there at all... the sad thing is I got 2phones fixed and 1works perfectly fine.... I spent 164 at that store && you would think they would treat their customers better so that we can tell others about them, but I guess not... Terrible experience... I just wasted my money

Their iPhone 7 screen made it so I could barely hear when I was on the phone, the screen was also loose and I didnt notice until I paid and was in my car home, I was in buffalo for a swim meet so couldnt go back later and get a refund, the screen dimmed the brightness on my phone. It ended up breaking and making part of my screen unresponsive. Do not go here they use fake screens that will ruin your phone.

A few days ago, I was browsing through Galleria mall and I was looking at phone cases and the gentlemen also recommended they fix phones and are great at all. So I let the gentleman fix my phone and now my phone stopped working, its wont let me do anything, the touch options isnt working and I paid $103 for service that failed me. This is ridiculous!! iPhone are not cheap and I was recommended by this guy who fixed my phone to only made it worst. I could of kept my cracked iPhone if this was going to happen!!!!!!

I unfortunately broke my S7 screen and decided to take it here because the ratings and reviews were good and the location is close by.They have very nice staff as well as great customer service. I brought my phone to them after they received the screen and it took an hour for them to return my fixed phone to me which is great compared to Samsungs 14 day wait. Unfortunately I chose going to the timely option instead of the quality option...When I came back to pick up my phone one of their staff pulled me aside and continued to say (in his exact words) Any time you take the back of an S7 off it breaks so since we forgot to mention that to you we gave you a different back, which is a $50-60 fee, for free. Like he was doing me a favor but in all actuality he was lying and feeding me a story. Youtube showed me a guy flawlessly removing the back of an S7 in less than 5 minutes with heat, a guitar pic and a suction cup. After closer inspection after I got to my car I noticed my home screen button is loose and crooked which isnt a big deal if it doesnt fall off later - but still worth the mention.Needless to say this would have been a 5 star rating even with the slight button defect and the broken back if I hadnt gotten lied to.If there ever is a next time that I need phone repairs Ill be going elsewhere because Im a firm believer in being true to someone even if its a bad truth.Edit: I appreciate the offer to change the back of my phone but the color is not the issue. The issue is that as a cell phone repair shop you should have the proper tools to repair a cell phone without damaging the rest of the product. Dont take on a project you cant do correctly and then tell the customer it happens every time. It only happens if you do it incorrectly which is what happened. Also, original backs for s7s are on eBay for $16. Not $50-60.
