I will give 5 stars for Brandon. Everytime hes taken care of my phone issues, he was very professional. Ive been in this location several times and have interacted with several agents. My visit before this last one made me consider moving to a different vendor. Rude and short tempered agents ignoring concerns I and other customers had. A female agent more interested in ordering her lunch than helping the line of customers in the store that day. Another question is why is there NO designated Handicapped Parking? There are 2 1/2 parking spots in the front and several behind the store, that are INCONVENIENT to those of us who have mobility problems. Give us one of those spots please.

Because I disliked people’s reviews.These people deserve better.I’ve read the lack of masks comment from Wendy and compared it to comments made elsewhere and she seems like she wants to complain about things not going her way. Not because of employee fault. She seems rude and unfair.Not that she even cared about the store.I wrote this because of the SIM card review not being in stock too. If you asked the employees you would know they don’t order their own stock. It’s just received from a corporate office out of state. That isn’t their fault and your hurting local business.They seem negative... these reviews and I disagree. I want to see better from my community and stop seeing so many ignorant people comment like CHILDREN.I feel these two reviewers are acting biased because they didn’t get what they want. Not because they were served improperly. As a customer, this store is great. One of the best crickets around. Enough that I went out of my way to tell people Wendy and the SIM card guy are COMPLETELY wrong.
Half the crickets advertised or less really 1 Samsung galaxy and itd a A11 talking 265-276. I said but the tag says 210 then I see him side hustling 25$ speaker and hw brings her attention n says 10$ I bet we can assume he brings stolen goods to work and changes prices yard sales have more chain of command

Staff not wearing masks and most customers not wearing masks either. No one enforcing number of clients allowed in store at one time. Thank goodness there were stickers on the floor encouraging social distancing 🙄. Staff member openly scolded other employee in front of customers over a phone call made to another Cricket Wireless location. Giving an extra star because I was able to get my mom her new SIM card and get the heck out. We opted to set her new phone up ourselves instead of staying in that COVID petri dish any longer.
They charged me for cases I didnt ask for. was told it was part of the price of the phones. but it was what they call a bundle price. wasnt told it was actually $60.00 more I was paying.
I mean this store is the best the one on transt is the store from hell

This Cricket has some amazing sales people. They will do anything to make your experience the best it can be. And no they are not the hovering kind, they arent trying to make a quick sale their, your thinking of the car dealership down the road, know I personally know the their, for as much problems as I have had with phones lol, Trisha, or Andre are phone geniuses. You cant get better serve than either one of them, especially when your always greeted with a big friendly hello and a smile from ear to ear.
The coolest people to have helping you with your phone! No matter how many times I walk in with an issue, they put my mind at ease. 💞💞💞
