This Best Buy usually has a better section than the Mt Laurel store. Staff has been helpful whenever I have visited. This is my go to store in the area.
Need more help at check out area for people just picking up smaller items. Most staff seems to be dedicated to spending time with people making the larger purchases. Which is nice that they give that level of personalized service. But the customer coming in to grab a small item quickly needs to be able to get in and out with their item without a long wait.

Dylan at the Cherry Hill Best Buy has excellant customer service skills. He was able to answer my questions and explained the differences in laptop. He also made sure that I met the techncian in Geek Squad Dept. that was going to be servicing my laptop. Dylan deserves in my opinion a huge Thank you from me. Because the Cherry Hill BEST BUY is my new place to shop.
Not bad, Customer service could be better. For example if there is a store full of customers there should not be a group of associates gathered at the front area just chillin. Im sure there is someone that that can be helped. Love my Apple watch though!!!
Went in to get a new case for my phone, I didnt realize when you get a new phone it doesnt come with some essentials..Jason was the associate who was very patient &nice helping me pick what I needed.. highly recommend
Typical Best Buy experience. Almost anything you might buy here can be found at a cheaper price online. But if you need something right away, this is probably your best bet. Maybe they should rename the store to Best Bet.

Compared to the Best Buy in Willow Grove, PA, this one is not the best. I felt service was incredibly slow, they had even fewer choices than my home store, and staff did not seem very knowledgeable. Almost every question I had was met with, Oh, Im not sure or Yeah, sorry, I dont know. So I would rather go somewhere where they have a bit more knowledge.

Bestbuy – only a one word will serve to help you understand them. “Titantic” As in gigantic, unsinkable. They serve mostly common folks and middle-class, and some wealthy people, as the Titantic did. Great experience at the Cherry Hill location. Im very happy with my purchase and I feel that I was able to make an informed purchase due to my sales rep knowledge.
Went in for my company to buy for TVs and nobody could help me nobody knew a single thing that could help me. This Best buy has really gone down the drain in the past few years!!
I was born in 1984.. I would sneak out of school in the year 2000 at the turn of the century just to go be a REAL GEEK for the day. So glad this store made it!!! I and any business owner looking for the future needs to spend light years here because they will put you technologically light years AHEAD OF YOUR PEERS. If you take the time to read Everything...you will see the answers youve always sought. Be one for all and all for one. That is Best Buy. That is its associates... That is its culture. The most ridiculous Best buy experience Ive ever had. Walked in to buy and unlocked phone and knew exactly what I wanted. Not a single employee is working in the phone department, and when I told the greeter what I needed she said they were super busy and somebody would be with me eventually. Theres almost no customers in the store, and I am literally the only person in the phone department. Been standing here 15 minutes now and still havent been helped when I should have been in and out in five. Needless to say I wont be back
I felt like cattle. They ask you if you need when you come in. They take your name and direct you to the area you came in for and state someone will be with you shortly. No one showed up. I picked my item on my own and found someone to locate the box so I could buy it and leave. I was disappointed because I noticed everyone around me being assisted. I had my daughter and her father with me and we went in with the intention to get her something better to use for school. If anything I hope they are more attentive the next time and I definitely plan on shopping online or going to another store.
Very friendly staff... the store was actually closed, since I pulled up at 7:03p but I showed them my order was avidly ready for pickup, which I literally ordered 20 minutes earlier. And the staff sent me right in and let me get my order as opposed to having to wait until the next day. Very happy with their professionalism and courtesy.
Extremely satisfied . they were the only place that had the refrigerator I wanted in stock that i could take home same day .. Employees were nice .. The employees that loaded the refrigerator need a raise they were great
Absolutely terrible service, took almost 40 minutes to get a staff member to get a locked product. No consultation needed. Have to put your name down on a list to get someone willing to help for anything.
Barren shelves, and hardly any employees to assist. It was just depressing to be here honestly. I have been to this best buy several times because its close. It would be worth the drive, anywhere, just to avoid this one. Definitely not the best, by any means.

Completely surreal experience. Just decided to stop in on a whim to check out their Kindle selection before committing to buying one on Amazon. We were waiting at the front door while people were individually being asked their purpose for being there. If someone had a reason, they had their name taken and were added to the queue (there had to be like 5 customers in the store total). Already feeling uncomfortable and just wanting to look around, we tell the guy we are just shopping and he lets us in. (Why cant we just walk in like literally everywhere else?) So were looking at the various things in the store while searching for the Kindle section. After a bit we ask another guy walking by, Do you know where we can find Kindle e-readers? He responds by asking Are you in the queue? and we are like No, we just want to look. Passing the mans test, he shows us to the Kindles and we take a look. I see the one I want on display, but the sign says something like To prevent theft, product is stored in the backroom.At this point we realize that we must enter the queue. We make our way back to the front of the store to ask the man at the front if we can get someone to grab something from the backroom. He says Sure, what is your name?, we give him a name and he tells us to wait by the E-readers. So we walk back and wait like he says. For the next 10 minutes several employees walk back and forth, seemingly doing nothing, and this one guy in particular was standing near us. After 10 minutes of waiting, we ask him Can we get some help over here? He responds Are you in the queue?, we say yes and tell him the name. He says Oh, it looks like there are two customers ahead of you, please wait just a moment.We look around the store for these customers and they are nowhere to be seen. But wait...only one customer can be helped in the entire store at a time? Who was this guy helping? What the hell is going on? After he stood around for 5-10 more minutes he comes back to us and says How can I help you?. I point at the Kindle and say I just want this please. He replies Just a moment please and looks down at his tablet. A moment later he says Oh Im sorry, it looks like were out of stock.At that moment we just leave the store.I have never experienced any customer service so amazingly bad. Have these people ever been in a store before? This was something truly remarkable and needs to be studied.

Went to Best Buy to return an item and look for something else. The return process was quick and painless. On the flip side while shopping for another item (4K TV), I couldn’t find a Best Buy employee willing to assist.In my experience Best Buy is a great store for self service items or when you know exactly what you’re looking for (which is usually the day five people ask if you need help).

Avoid this store go to Microcenter or another pc store. My wife went to go pick up a laptop yesterday and laptop bag that was fairly expensive that was ordered for online pickup in my name, I changed the pickup person to her and she stood up there for 1 hour and the rep finally came back and said its in fraud review because the name was changed on it. I called the store the automated system said the store is not taking calls at this time and got routed to support who had me wait another 30 minutes to get someone. Support claim it was in fraud review as well. Now being heated beyond whats humanly possible i knidly asked for a refund of the entire order. I got confirmation its being refund and now waiting for my money to be returned. My question is where on terms or agreements does it state online orders name change to someone with id will go to fraud review. This is totally bs in my opinion and i will never shop at bestbuy ever again.
Good place to look and play with tech. Unfortunately you can always find cheaper prices online. But i do appreciate being able to play with the tech
When I went several months ago the customer service was horrible. People standing around not trying to help customers and the few sales people.that were working, you would think there co workers that werent doing anything would try to help them. Poor service, not planning to ever go back there are too many stores to choose from. Shame on you Best Buy, somebodys needs to do some about this store over rated and.under delivers.

They have a great selection of whatever electronic you are looking for. They also employ an awesome standard of practice for social distancing to keep customers safe. There ability to offer credit is also second to none.
Best Buy is tremendously staff dependent, mostly competent. But if someone who works there tells you that they don’t have something (like a laptop charger cord) that you think they should have, don’t be afraid to ask someone else who works there the same question. Fast store credit approval, big store good selection- some bargains below retail (MSRP) if you shop it some.

Just came back from the place today and I was waiting around for help and nothing. After I joined a queue and got a texted that someone was on their way to help. After 15 mins nothing. When I approached a worker to ask for some assistant they I asked if I joined a queue. Like lol bro what was that big poster sign for? I know to read and join it like it ask but I watched him helped someone else at the game department and rang up his switch.Y’all fighting for commissions over at Best Buy or something? No help. No service. And the guy said okay I rejoined the queue for you. He said you should be next. After 5 mins of waiting again. I just left.Besides the cashier at customer service. The one who is always helpful. He is great and very friendly and don’t mind helping. The rest? Y’all can kick rocks.
I ordered a DVD and DVD boxed set on 12/20, early afternoon, and was told online the order would be ready in 2 hours. 4 hours later I visited the store and was told at the counter well they should stop telling people that. We are behind and dont know when you can have the order. You can wait in the car for a text message. I called customer service, and after speaking to a supervisor, had them call out and contact the store manager. He explained that I had driven almost an hour to the site, had waited in my car for an hour and just wanted to pick up the items I paid for that were in stock. The supervisor at customer service came back on the line and said that it was at the store discretion, and that they were unwilling to fill the order faster. I have spent over $10k easily at Best Buy, but I will not be doing business with them again. There are exceptions to every rule. Your website gave me bad info and you are losing a customer for life over not making it right. The person at your pickup counter represents your brand and for them to blame the bad info I received on they...you are they. Youre all Best Buy. Its lousy customer service. I will therefore be like a lot of other people; I will shop in your store and order what I see that I like from Amazon. Your staff and manager at the cherry hill location do not care.

Visited yesterday. Horrible experience. The items did not have price and spec labels on the shelves which meant I had to ask associates for help. They were not very keen either and made it look like such a drag to answer my questions and guide me. Finally I picked the item only to be hopped thrice between checkout counters (which is now at the customer service counter) losing 4-5 spots each time. I just left. Terribly managed store and bad employee behavior.
You pay more, but its organized and has the geek squad.
The store was pretty messy especially the clearance section. Seems like theyre limited on stock as well.
COVID precautions were in effect, the employees looked happy, but very busy. I only had to wait about 5-8 minutes for an associate once my name was in the list, but was able to checkout with everything I wanted to, so props to having it in stock. 😃
I am giving 5 Stars to the Mt. Laurel store. They really care about their customers! Will continue to get my Best Buys at this BEST BUY!

Im not a big fan of Best buy but this ones pretty good. Usually the sales people there are pretty attentive and helpful and take you right to where you need to go but the checkout lines can be a pain sometimes and sometimes you get somebody that doesnt know exactly what you need to know

I really like this store that sells all sorts of gadgets and appliances from televisions to home appliances like refrigerators, washing machines, and small accessories for phones for the office and for home appliances.
Friendly and fast. We went in, got what we wanted and were out in about 20 mins and we got full explanations on all our questions too. Definitely will be shopping at this best buy as opposed to the one by me.

I havent been in a Best Buy in years. It was clean but a little bare compared to what I used to think of with BB. Obviously theres much less need for aisles of dvds and cds. We went for Geek Squad service on an iPhone. That went fine.

If I could give a zero star I would. The printers that are displayed are NOT available in to get in the store the same day. Also, printers are displayed that are no longer available!! Do NOT waste your time going there!

We went to Best Buy this morning. The man at the entrance was signing people in who needed assistance. They took my name. When I asked a salesman how people were getting help he said he was just walking around asking people if the need help. He helped someone and when he was done I asked him for help. He asked my name and said there were five people ahead of me. He was the only salesperson in the I saw in the store. This is a horrible way to do business, if one wants to stay in business. He said this is the only store doing this. I called Deptford, there was no way to get a live person to talk to. Again, horribleThe man at the door said they have been doing this since last summer however another person disagreedI like Best Buy. I am a very patient person, but not for this type of business

One of my least favorite Bestbuys to shop at. The store seems not to be stocked well. Although I must say, Ive found several of the employees to really know their stuff. Im a gadget geek so I often ask stuff just to test them. The magnolia area is subpar compared to other locations and theres never a person in the area to help.
Disappointing and disappointed. I used to love going to Best Buy, but they have changed, and not for the better. The sales people werent helpful, and seemed disinterested, products werent priced, items were sparsely stocked but the good news was that what little was on the shelves was overpriced.Best Buy used to have a buzz, an excitement, a feeling that you would find something new or special, those days are gone. I could have saved time and ordered online from home.Sad really...

Customer service wouldn’t give me 2 seconds to see if a product was in stock. He said go to the back of the store and someone will help you. There’s one guy back there and he spent 30 minutes with one customer before helping me.
Perfectly accomplished without stepping foot inside the store. The times quoted may have been off from purchase to pickup but understandably affected by COVID and the holiday shoppers. I havent opened the box yet and connected the TV so I cant review the item at this time.
Friendliest and most helpful Best Buy I’ve been to. Came in with a Sony TV I bought open-box at another Best Buy location (Oxford Valley). The TV’s online listing claimed “Excellent” but the screen was broken in several places and it didn’t even come with a remote. I brought it to this Cherry Hill location and quickly got it exchanged for a new, functioning TV. Thank you to the customer service attendants (wish I got their names) and to the very helpful manager Kristopher. I did not expect this from Best Buy, especially given the state of the open-box TV I was sold.

I dont appreciate being harassed about what im going to buy at the front door by an Employee. Either let people in the store or dont. I dont need to discuss my day with a front door maid every time i enter a Best Buy.
Finally, a best buy that isnt bad! Went in for some phones, covid procedures had us wait at the door and give a contact number for a text message, having a virtual line, then letting us browse. We were able to get help really quickly and had phones in hand and out the door in something like 10 minutes. Facilities were neat and tidy, and surprisingly open for a store that size. Decent parking and helpful staff. If only all best buys were like this one.

I just have to say from geek squad, Rebecca is the best!!! I had an appointment with mount laurel Best Buy to get my iPhone screen repair.. supposedly they didn’t have anymore iPhone 11pro Max screens left they gave it to someone else even though I had an appointment. Anyway, I left and went to cherry hill Best Buy when Rebecca saw me without an appointment since mount laurel screwed up. She got me in the next day & I only had to wait a few hours! Wasn’t long at all. If my screen ever does break (hopefully it never does) I would definitely go back to cherry hill Best Buy!!!! Very happy customer.
Was asked what I was looking for and I was directed to the right area and told that someone would be right with me. Over 20 minutes later I decided to leave. Customer service is non existent at this place! Not going back.
I truly dread having to deal with anything technology service related but ALLISON in the geek squad department has 100% changed my negative outlook on this. She not only listened and explained the issue, she fixed it, she offered suggestions, she gave me additional information relating to my computer issue and told me about services that had never been explained or told to me when we purchased total tech support. Never made me feel rushed and was so patient and extremely sweet. If only we could clone Allison and put her in all Best Buy’s and literally every place that requires intelligent knowledgeable kind representatives. This girl needs to be acknowledged for being so great! Seriously! A pat on the back isn’t enough, give her a raise!! Loved her!!!!
I came in to the Best Buy in Cherry Hill over by Wegmans grocery store I had been in Wegmans first and the store was packed with people I then walked over to Best Buy where you stand in line they were barely any customers in the store but there was someone greeting you and had to ask you exactly what it is you were there for.I was there for a battery charger for my cell phone not too difficult I grabbed one off the shelf stopped to speak to someone in the same department at the service desk and which I asked does this battery come with any power already in it. The reply I got was I don’t know ...probably!And I walked over to customer service and asked them the same question and he told me I don’t know neither one offered to find the answer the store barely has any customers and have their employees standing around doing absolutely nothing but talking. If you’re going to work in the store at least familiarize yourself with the basic knowledge of the products you sell if you can’t do that then perhaps you should get someone who can help!!It’s bad enough we have to deal with limited store hours limited availability products must we also contend with sales people with a limited to no knowledge of what it is they’re selling!!!So I just walked out of the electronics store empty-handed because nobody knew anything about a battery that already came loaded with power to charge A phone then I went to Home Depot the hardware store. They actually sell them thank you very much Best Buy I’ll be doing my electronic shopping at Home Depot
I had the best service that I had in a very long time. The young lady that helped we was the best, when I first came in I got no help. But this young lady was professional and curious. Im so sorry I dont remember her name. I checked my receipt, but it wasnt there. Maybe on my next visit she will help me again and I will add her to my review. By the way I brought a universal remote and a converter antenna.
