Great service!Carl found belt had just fallen off. Did not charge for service.Vac and Sew told us belt had burned up and would cost another $29.99 to replace. This was after spending $119 to repair the vacuum at their location in Mt.Laurel- actually was never repaired.Thank you Oreck for being honest and going above and beyond!

My vacuum cleaner was not working properly. I went on line to find a repair store nearby. After checking reviews, I went to Oreck Clean Home Center on Marlton Pike East. The service was outstanding. The tech person, Carl, was very friendly and went out of his way to show me how to use the vacuum correctly. It was my error in why the vacuum roller was not spinning and Carl was kind and showed me where I went wrong. He would not let me pay for any of his services. The employees at this store are very knowledgeable and customer friendly. I gave them a 5 star rating with no hesitation and would highly recommend them for any problems you may be having with your vacuum. Thank you Carl.

Brought in a Vacuum (Hoover) for repair. Turns out belt had just slipped off, Carl put it back on, and didnt charge me. That is what I call great customer service. I will certainly recomend to anyone needing a vacuum cleaner repaired.

Wonderful experience! I went in with a problem with the outer and inner bags continually falling off. The tech knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed better than new in 5 minutes. VERY accommodating. Too many are quick to criticize poor service or performance, great service should be equally praised.

HORRIBLE service. I purchased an Oreck vacuum on QVC last year and it came with 3 annual tune-ups and when I took it into the Cherry Hill Oreck store, the guy who claimed to be the manager, told me that I should support local businesses and I should have bought the vacuum at his store and not just come in for the free stuff. I told him I didnt need a lecture and walked out. I then went back in since the paperwork I got with the vacuum told me to take it to my local Oreck store for the tune-up but he then proceeded to YELL at me and told me that he didnt lecture me but if everyone come in for just the free stuff he would go out of business. He will go out of business with his attitude. Does he not realize that after the tune-up, I would come back for bags or other accessories?
