There is a young woman (sorry I haven’t caught her name) who works in the paint department who is always very helpful and knowledgeable. But if I could make one suggestion, the paint counter is very confusing at peak times. It’s hard to know who is next in line, who’s already been helped, etc. Maybe some sort of “take a number” system would help.
DONT SHOP HERE! I drove here because Mt. Laurel didnt have the large size shelves in stock...what a mistake!! I bring the shelving box to the self checkout and ask the nearby associate to request help for me to load the heavy box into my vehicle in which he proceeds to simply press a button to an automated announcement. After waiting 10 min I ask him if anyone is coming and he replies I called... but idk so I went to returns and told them I needed help loading and if I cant get help, Ill have to return it and without blinking Omar did my return. The manager apologized on the phone but too late. Horrendous customer service today and I wont be spending with Home Depot for quite some time.
Employees are super helpful once located. Usually never have a hard time finding someone but tonight i needed something in the garden section, and most of the lights outside were turned off so it was hard looking for what i needed plus there wasnt a single employee anywhere. It was an hour before closing so maybe that had something to do with it but if youre open till 10... Maybe the lights should stay on till 10? Anyways... I love home Depot, i will still choose it over Lowes any day of the week. ✌️❤️🙃
Make sure you check your bags an make sure you have all your stuff, the cashiers cant even do that
This home depot is clean, you have to sometimes push to get help, but overall its the better of the home depots. BUT! I am giving the stars due to the management. If you have something negative to say, they dont care. They say sorry but nothing else to either make it right or DO SOMETHING TO IMPROVE!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! NEVER, EVER, EVER BUY FROM HERE!!! Failure to deliver and install FIVE APPLIANCES and a set of storm doors. CONSTANT RESCHEDULING; CONSTANT EXCUSES of why no one is coming to install or deliver items. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO FOLLOW UP. FINALLY chose to cancel all items and had to BEG for the refund. Despicable company. Took my business to Best Buy and was treated with professionalism. Two of the five appliances have already been installed by Best Buy...two of the same exact appliances I initially ordered through Home Depot. Got them each for $100 less AND there were no excuses about delivery, install, etc. WARNING: do not shop at Home Depot. Go to Best Buy and get the professionalism you deserve as a customer.
This Home Depot scheduled a door install months ago and set me up with a contractor who either went out of business, or is unwilling to do the work. Now they have my money for the door and door install, and no one will call me back after multiple attempts. They just put me on hold and tell me people will call back who never do. Highly recommend the nearby Lowes where they dont just steal your money.
It took a long time to get someone to help with heavy mulch bags. However the people at the register were extremely helpful. Your people were caring...I was stranded on a hot day, an they were constantly checking on me. Thank them all for their concern.
The nastiest store manager ever. Claimed he could not help me with a simple service yet the other location was more than happy to help. Sorry but this manager needs to be fired .
I’m usually “Team Lowes”, but I needed a key made and they were close. Kid did a good job. They were well staffed and all eager to assist…… Still, its not Lowe’s, thus the three stars…. Lol
I met this kitchen designer named Sima And purchased those cabinets for my kitchen remodeling from her. They charged me a measurement of $99 and it wasn’t even the right size. So two of cabinets were the wrong size. So I called the same designer and asked her what can be done to solve this issue. And she said” there is nothing we can do at this point, only if you used our contractor then we could of make the right size cabinets. Right now we cant do anything about it”-she didn’t refer me to manager or customer service, it was a very unpleasant experience with this kitchen designer. We had to order new cabinets and hired someone to put them AGIAN. Because of their mistake that they don’t even what to take care of it.
They did not have many titles with the stickies backs. The ones tge had was very expensive. The cashier was awesome and the ladies at the paint department.
Im really disappointed in this home depot. Really quick to sell you an appliance, and then when it doesnt arrive its out of their hands. So if I go to CVS and buy oreos and they are bad, they dont tell me to contact Nabisco! Makes no sense. Paid for new washer/dryer. Received just a dryer, because they cant find the washer. I would have rather you make up some other reason, honestly. I understand times are hard with covid, but you should upgrade me and give me an appliance you can find. Delivery was delayed, and now I still have no answer as to where my washer is almost 2 weeks later, no contact from anyone. Ill keep calling I guess, before I go in the store and cancel. Lost my money for life. Ill go to Loews, or a scratch and dent place that will deliver next day. Buyer beware.

Third time visiting the place to exchange some 5 gallon water bottles with prefilled ones and theyre out. Asked a supervisor who rudely answered that its not her problem and told me to try again some other day
I guess due to covid and lack of employees store stock is lacking. Several times Ive gone to the app and found an item that was supposed to be in stock only to find in the store that it was out of stock! They have also replaced checkout persons with self service consoles. So if you have a problem you will be there for a while. I have always gone here for everything, but now Im leaning more towards Lowes that seems to have more employees and fuller shelves!! Home depot has to get their inventory straightened out.
Went on a Saturday morning and there was still ample parking at 9am. The store is well lit. The aisles are numbered and labeled with big signs to guide you to whatever you are looking for. The staff is courteous. This store is easily identifiable from a major highway. The Parking lot has lots of lights to keep the car park well lit and safe. There are lots of people walking to and from this store so be careful when driving in front of this store. Otherwise I recommend this store for your home improvement supply needs.
The customer service is horrible they try to ignore you. They have skme good stuff, and they do have some good customers. Just the customer service is just horrible.
Terrible went to get moving boxes today first off can’t get down any isles everything is blocked off that’s the usual anyway.. then they have a awful human being “ directing traffic at the registers” making people wait in a line while 4 registers have no one in them and they were open so I left my stuff at the line and went to Lowe’s now I’ve decided I will not be returning to Home Depot for all our paint and fixtures for our new home Lowe’s is way better in and out and cheaper ps now I’m buying a new grill from Lowe’s also bye Felicia

Actually,from a 10 minutes experience, (during a work visit)2/2 workers that I have asked a question kind of answered rudely..And Im a easy to handle and always shop at homedepot.Though, my review is only for this location.
You get different information from person to person. It’s such a waste of time. Don’t come here in a rush.Assistant Manager Brian. That’s all I got because they don’t do last names. He was rude and unhelpful. He said what do you want me to do, I just work here.Thank goodness for one woman in customer service. She was kind and helpful.Brian needs a major demotion. The women in customer service need a raise.
Its a suburban Home Depot. Exactly what youd expect. Five stars because Home Depot is a great place to get stuff inexpensively.
Organized, the workers are knowledgeable about the products (if not they can talk a good one :)) On the downside the checkout process sucks and theres something always wrong with self checkout.
Went to buy a refrigerator last night but one sales girl Couldnt help me to busy with one customer, not even to answer a question, I took a picture and walked up to customer but the cashier wasnt able to ring up the sale price. Pathetic! At this point I walked out All I wanted to do was buy a $2,000 refrigerator and couldnt find anybody to sell it to me. Our you kidding me?

Home Depot is what it is...comprehensive inventory but you can never be sure if youll get a good salesperson...Ive experienced great ones there and ...well, others, not quite so friendly or knowledgeable. Im still happy there is one nearby.

Entering, maneuvering through and leaving the parking lot = HORRIBLE! Thats all you really need to know. Oh, except that the young lady supervising the self checkout in the nursery was courteous and pleasant!
Avoid this place!! Associates are a bunch of un knowledgeable kids or people who come in from there first job to the second job and are just trying to get through there shift. I go in and the shelf had over two dozen items marked at one price I get to the register and there DOUBLE the price cashier was rude would not match price called another person over who had a attitude from the minute she walked up then they call someone from that department who said they dont price match and looked like he just wasnt walking to the back to check the price. Unprofessional very rude. They act like the customer is wrong and they want to avoid you. The consumer that pays into the company is the reason you get a pay check treat them with respect. I rather take my money to another company that will show me respect.

This store is completely ridiculous. I called in looking for a tool a day before I went and was told they has 4 in stock. When I showed up today I was waiting around for more then a hour being told I had to find it myself. Then they said after a hour they guess they dont have it

Everything was quick and easy Had to get plywood cut to fit in my car .Was in and out in under an hour.

I always have a good experience at this Home Depot. Friendly staff who are always willing to go above and beyond to help me out. Most recently bought some commercial grade fans here. A sales associate took the time to show me what would best meet me needs. A positive experience all the way around.

I usually shop Home Depot in Mt. Laurel and love that store but was closer to the Cherry Hill store today. The hardware section (carriage bolts, lag screws, etc) was a disaster! The bins were so filthy you couldnt read the labels without cleaning them off. It looks like years have passed since anyone went thru the bins and put things where they belong. I wont be back to this store. The reason this a two star and not a one star review is the wonderful Edwina at checkout
I love the home Depot. everyones always helpful when you ask him a question theyll take you right to something they wont just point and make you find it, things are always in stock pretty much and then check out as easy and friendly the prices of course are very good

Shout out to Rich in the tool rental department who kindly answered my questions about renting one of their trucks. His help and suggestions helped me secure a rental truck one early Saturday morning last month (August 15th 2020). Literally saved life and ensured that I was able to get my move done that day. Give this man a raise. And give the lady a raise too who was there with him that morning (I dont remember her name) she was checking me out for the truck, holding down the phone, giving directions in Spanish on how to start up some rental machinery to two men who looked lost and crushing it on what looked to be a stressful 7am Saturday.

My favorite home depot by far. I go to this one almost everyday being a contractor and living 5 minutes from there. The people at the prodesk have always been very kind helpful for me and my employees. The forklift operators and their co-workers also are great people and always gets us our materials loaded quickly
Here atleast 3 days a week... Good service... someone always around to help... Only thing is all the girls have fans on there eyelids... catch myself staring wondering how can they see... Is it heavy?

One of the top 3 worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I did a Bopis order for several small items that were said to be in stock. I received a phone call for a cancellation of two of the items, but the Bopis associate on the other end just kept on saying “Hello”. I asked if I could help them since I did not know the number. He called back several other times and would only say hello. Nothing more. Eventually, I received a voicemail from someone else to call back about my order. I called back and this picture shows how long I was on hold for. The wait time is absolutely absurd and there no call for waiting this long to talk to a person. As you can see, I waited nearly 45 minutes to speak to a person. When I finally did, the girl on the other line was very good, but I will not be picking up my items. For all I care, they can sit there and rot because I know if I go there, I’ll rot waiting to get my stuff. I went elsewhere for myself. I expected better from Home Depot and not Walmart service. I hope the manager sees this and corrects this for other people who order from there. I won’t be ordering from this one next time.
Bought a beautiful wreath for our picture window. Pricey at 29.99? Probably. But thats Home Depot. And Im happy ☺
Its a home depot like any other. My only issue is because this one is high traffic there are times when they are just flat out sold out of what I need. I prefer other ones that are less busy.
I like being able to place an in store order at stores like this then pick up curbside. Its nice to get home improvement projects done safely during the Pandemic!

I went here yesterday to exchange a vanity i talked to ten different people trying to get help and all they did was push me off to the next person. All i kept hearing was thats not my department. Then 45 minutes later i ran into and employee by the name of Sherlock and he was very helpful and very polite. Not only did he help me get the vanity i was looking for he also helped me get a mirror that would look perfect with the vanity. So i would like to say thank you Sherlock for your help and to the other employees that didnt help me please get more customer service training or look for a different job please.
Im biased I love hardware stores. But taking that aside despite the mad rus for the holidays and Covid craziness right now the store was great. Staff was helpful in finding the right tool for the job and cashier was able to get me out quick. Will be back!
The last customer service rep we spoke to saved the review. Prior to her, we received totally incorrect information. She waa also very pleasant and friendly.
There was no monitoring of incoming customers at the time I arrived so the store was packed, customers were not social distancing, not enough workers to assist. Supplies I needed were limited in variety.Jim in the Paint section was an excellent service representative and made my visit very productive. EXCELLENT REP AWARD to JIM.

Ordering online was easy but it was hard to find the curbside pickup area.
This store is a filthy, dusty place. If you see item on line that youre looking for, dont count on it being on the shelf. Looking for an air conditioner last year, the salesman told me GE and LG were now the same company and the product was identical. I wanted to flip him the middle finger but he looked like he was jonesing for a drink so f that.
The place is a Zoo in the morning good luck trying to park in contractor pro zone because it’s so congested and you have non contractors parking in there and all around it they need more cashiers at the pro desk or at least ones who aren’t pretending they are busy by staring at their computer monitors or talking on the phone
DO NOT GET A NEW DOOR FROM THIS STORE. We bought a new front door and they installed a damaged one. The door doesn’t fit the frame and it came unpainted despite us paying extra for it to be painted. I have contacted customer service and they have failed to rectify the issue for over two months. I urge you to purchase your door from anywhere but here.
Curbside pickup wasnt working, so I had to go in anyway.

Home Depot is a wonderful resource for anyone knowing how to do some basic repairs. Whether its an electrical, plumbing or any other various issues that arise they have the tools and materials needed to make repairs. This particular visit was due to a plumbing issue and the employee at the plumbing aisle was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Having gone there late in the day and being fairly tired I came away feeling taken care of and very happy knowing that I had what was needed to make the repair and the gentleman from plumbing went over everything with me ensuring that I did not forget any needed item. Very, very much appreciated. Thank you!

Great Place for Quartz CountertopThe kitchen design team was very helpful--shout out to Margarita. We purchased a kitchen countertop for an apartment renovation using the existing cabinets. Margarita worked with us to select the right product for the best value. We were very pleased. After ordering at the store, the process went smoothly. Home Depot used Intelco for the measurement and installation. About a week after the measurement, the countertop was installed. After the countertop was installed, another measurement was taken for the backsplash. Again, about a week later the backsplash was installed. Very pleased with the outcome. Intelco and Home Depots kitchen designers were very communicative--no problems. Would definitely recommend.

The store is always busy but unfortunately is frequently out of stock, messy, and extremely disorganized. Lawnside is usually a better choice if youre OCD like me and actually want to find what you need and get out quickly. Also, a pet peeve are the people who think the contractor overhang is a parking area for lazy people. Be courteous folks!
