Had a great experience here many times- me and my dad bought three beds here over the course of a few years and we’ve never had a bad experience. Carole helped me find the perfect bed for my bad back and I couldn’t be any more thankful for her wonderful advice and help in finding me the perfect one, that was affordable and good quality. She really cares about finding what makes you most comfortable- no sales pitch or one of those nagging guys trying too hard to sell you anything. She really takes thought and compassion into her work and for that reason this is our only mattress store go to! Went here years ago to get mattresses since ours were very old and there was no way we had almost 2,000 for a king size mattress and box spring.We saved over half that and bought a pillow top reversible.Been almost five years and it is great. We flip ours about every three months and rotate at that time.The manager is the best! She remembered is when we went back again to get ones for bunk beds.Now back for our spare room to get one.Will never go anywhere else!

This place made it so easy to pick out and buy a mattress! There’s not a HUGE array of mattresses to choose from, but there’s more than enough to suit all kinds of sleeping needs. Being only 21 and still living at home, I’ve never had to buy my own bed before. Carole, the owner, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and she was super friendly! She greeted me and my mom when we first walked in and talked to us for a bit, but didn’t hover too much or make us feel as though we HAD to buy anything right then and there. When I did make the decision to order a bed, she thoroughly explained the whole process, from how often she places orders, to when they arrive at the store, to even the delivery service. Also, if you buy a mattress set pillows and sheets are 50% off (as are some other things that I can’t recall)! I think the best part is that you don’t have to give them a down payment, although it is an option should one feel the desire to. Overall, my experience here was FANTASTIC! It was a very pleasant environment and Carole was a very pleasant person. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new bed!

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I literally cannot stand mattress stores. I actually made two recent mattress purchases on amazon, one was great one was not. So I decided to go back to a store. They have a solid selection of mattresses, the sale person Carol I think was so sweet and very easy! I picked out a great mattress! Yay!

Carole was fantastic to deal with. No pressure whatsoever, she just explained how the store worked and how the beds were organized and let us test everything out. After we decided on one, she had it there in stock, and we were able to haul it home that night (free shipping was available, but we had brought a trailer). While that alone made me want to do business with them, the price was also the lowest of anywhere else local by a good margin. Price was great, service was outstanding, cant recommend Wholesale Mattress Warehouse enough.

Wow, what a great experience! My wife and I were out looking for a mattress that we can purchase and take home on the same day. We mistakenly stumbled upon this place and we were pleasantly surprised. The owner Carol was a real pleasure to talk to, not at all like the pushy salesperson type. She is knowledgeable and personable. It’s great knowing that these mom and pop stores still do exist, and they are beating the prices of the big box stores. Everything in the other reviews is spot on. Carol, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She allows customers to peruse the showroom at their leisure, never once rushing them to purchase anything. The prices are unbeatable for the quality of the mattresses. Delivery was on time. The delivery crew was extremely courteous and worked quick and efficiently. Theyve earned my business for life.

I loved shopping at this store! Sales people didn’t bombard you at the door and let you experience the place for yourself but also provided a lot of information as requested. I didn’t even buy the mattress the first time I came in and wasn’t pressured at all. Came back the next day to buy it and it was shipped to me in 5 days with a small delivery time window. Definitely would recommend!

I honestly dont know where to begin first. I was pleased my first visit talking with Carol and her giving me information regarding each mattress. But then she gave me space to try out the mattresses and did not pressure me. I placed the order during the week and it was placed on order. I mistakenly gave my mattress away, tried sleeping on an air mattress which broke, then I tried the floor..NOT WISE with a bad back and after spinal surgery in June. I called and spoke with Julie, went into the store and there are no words to describe her compassion, patience and her eagerness to help me. There are too many details for me to list here. All I can tell you is that not only did I not have to wait for 3 weeks for my mattress but she sold me another mattress that day. She called the driver who came into work on his day off to deliver my mattress to Philly. If I could rate them honestly, I would rate them a 10. not a 5. Thank you Carol and thanks so much Julie. Oh and Im finally getting a good nights sleep....

This is a long overdue review of a wonderful company and the best of consumer experiences. We purchased a beautiful queen sized bed in October 2017 and everything Carol told me to expect on the day of that purchase came to pass. Carol herself was personable, knowledgeable, supportive, and available for all questions without putting on the slightest bit of pressure. We had a very complicated schedule to work around, and Carol and her team did so with zero difficulty. The men who delivered and set-up the bed were courteous, professional and great ambassadors of the store. As far as price is concerned, it is my opinion they have the best prices available - we paid less than half of what we expected to face, and that included delivery and set-up. Wholesale Mattress is a terrific company - the best bed buying experience I have ever had, and my gratitude is great.

I went to every big name mattress store in my area to upgrade my 8 year old daughters bed from twin to full size. I was shocked at the prices i saw for a desent set of mattress, box spring and frame. I even kept my eyes out for a sale. All the salesmen said the same thing i cant guarantee this price once you leave, the sale ends today. (God i hate that pitch.) Finally while checking prices online, my husband found wholesale mattress in cherry hill. I was skeptical at first and thought it was gonna be a bunch of no name brands or out dated over stocked beds but was i wrong. They had everything from camp style mattresses to the most luxurious memory foam with pillow tops. Of course my daughter came with us and jumped from bed to bed (literally) and the sales lady didnt give us the evil eye. She was happy to let her do it so she could find the perfect bed. Which she did. Even though she picked 1 of the most expensive, we still paid the less for the set than the big stores were selling in their lower end section. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a mattress. And feel free to jump from bed to bed. ; )

Decided to check this place out after discovering their website while searching for an affordable mattress. Upon walking in I was greeted by a friendly associate who described their showroom and gave me time to look at their products. She was very nice and there were no sleazy sales tactics, something I had become accustomed to searching for beds. The products were exactly as advertised on the website and as a result I was in and out with my purchase in about fifteen minutes. I received free delivery about an hour later and the bed was exactly what I wanted it to be. I always thought buying a bed would be a huge investment and a stressful experience but this went as smoothly as I could imagine. Would recommend to anybody and Im definitely going back if I need another mattress.

My son and I needed to shop for a new bed for him and I had read about Wholesale Mattress Warehouse a year ago in our local paper. Going into the store, its clean and simple and Julie was a tremendous help. I like that it isnt a major chain store with associates that could care less about customer service. We had a great experience with Julie and will definitely buy through them again. I will definitely recommend the store to friends and family every chance I get.

Buyer Beware! This mattress company sells apparently high quality mattresses at discounted prices. What they actually sell are discount mattresses. The quality of mattress you can expect to get here is very sub-standard. My fiancée and I spent a lot of time testing mattresses and trying to find the one we liked. Many were way too soft or too bouncy. We finally found one which was firm enough we both liked. We laid in it for nearly 15 minutes to make sure it didnt get hot. We tried moving around in it to see how the movement transferred. We were satisfied with our choice. Then when we go to purchase it we find out all mattress sales are final, and theres no returning any of them unless its broken.Being happy with our purchase we felt great having a new mattress however within 2 weeks my fiancée was waking up with neck pain and her side of the mattress was was collapsed. I thought perhaps maybe we had the mattress turned wrong and we turned it. Same thing on the other side. Now within six months after purchase I have terrible back pain which only happens when I sleep on the mattress. You can tell there are indentations on each side where each of us sleep. Theres no support left in the mattress on either side. You can tell its fallen support because the middle still has some support left, its only the sides where we sleep that have fallen.All mattresses will slowly collapse over time, which is one of the reasons people get new ones after years of use. I would never expect this to happen 6 months in to the purchase of a new mattress and that same thing to be even starting within weeks of purchase.This is exactly why most mattress stores have a return policy within 30 days or 3 months. Because of for whatever reason, the changes in the mattress are not comfortable, the company doesnt want you to be in pain or not sleep so they would rather have you return the product and be comfortable. This mattress store does not have this policy and as such, they dont care about that. The mattresses they sell, are much cheaper in price AND quality.So BUYER BEWARE, you will be stuck with your purchase and likely have to replace it much sooner than you would if you had just bought a mattress from a regular store. I will never buy another mattress from here, and I would suggest you look elsewhere for yours.

This mattress store has the best prices around and uses that as their advertising, no flashy billboards or over-the-top sales gimmicks just sincerely quality mattresses at a wholesale price. Also when you buy a mattress you can get high quality pillows and 1800 thread count sheets all for half off the wholesale price! Dont go anywhere else!

Got to give this place 5 stars and I havent even bought a mattress there yet Julie the sales associate was terrific and answered all my questions probably 2 or 3 times over because of all the different mattresses looking similar but being a lot different feel, prices are easily 30 40% cheaper then department stores with their big sales advertised, I would recommend to stop here first and then go to the other big guys and see the difference!

They beat the Internets price of the mattress I purchased by 100.00 and I was able to demo it in the store. No middleman. After having to cancel another order from another store because of delayed delivery, I was afraid I wouldnt be able to get a new mattress in the time needed until I stumbled upon this store!
