Thought I went in knowing what pillow I had wanted Jeffery had me try out three pillows the one I had picked out which was very soft, a firm pillow, and an in between pillow. He was very nice always trying to have try them like I was at home. Was very clean as well with having something to put over the pillow while trying it out to keep things clean. Had helped me pick out a good protector for the pillow and was very nice and informative about things I honestly had no clue about like the difference between a pillow case and a protector. Would definitely recommend and would go back to again.

I feel horrible I forgot their names but both men working there were super helpful really good salesmen didn’t force anything onto me and my husband showed us all the little features the beds had we ended up buying a king mattress when we didn’t even plan on it lol but still very excited for us to get it I would recommend going here if you’re looking for a mattress they know everything even gave us donuts while demoing lol

The salespeople were phenomenal and helpful in everyway. They answered all my husbands and my questions and were very informative about the product and all aspects of it! Their assistance was greatly appreciated!

Worst experience of my life. Bed arrived broken after a month wait due to delivery delay. Called customer service and they said replacement wouldn’t come for two weeks. They didn’t test the bed before leaving. Customer service is awful. I have to now wait two weeks for a replacement and they took my old bed. FYI. They don’t take the frame. Salesman said they would but when they came said couldn’t. Put me on the phone with a manager and they said just treat them well in reference to a tip and they’ll put it on the side of the house for you until you can throw it out. Don’t buy from this joke of a company.

Shopping here a a pleasure. I like the fact that we actually got to try the different products (eg. pillows mattresses). The young lady who assisted us was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even when they didnt have one the items in stock she was willing to check other stores and recommend online ordering and having it shipped to me. As a matter of fact she even called to follow up. Excellent!!! In addition, to top it all off, the products are wonderful!

They would not allow me to put down a down payment and pay the remainder upon delivery. Ive never heard of a furniture store doing that. It was all cash that day or charge it. I left without buying anything.
