I was so impressed by this facility and the equipment that they had. The staff was very professional and Dr. Schuler was amazing. She spent time with me discussing the results in a way that made it easy to understand. Will definitely return.

The eye exam went very well. I like how they took their time to explain everything about everything that was being done. Everything was very clean and organized. Definitely recommend this location for eye exams!

At this location a Retinal Exam is REQUIRED and no option is given to denny or decline the exam. To add, the exam is not covered via insurance. Yes, I could have gone to any other agency or doctor which do not require the exam, but my insurance is partnered with Lens Crafter, which gives me minimal flexibility without having to pay more out of pocket.I requested to speak with the Doctor in efforts to consult with him the exam before agreeing to have conducted, yet was not allotted the opportunity by the receptionist, and was only given the excuse of not being allowed to see the doctor until the exam was conducted.When questioning as to why this exam is REQUIRED and not provided as an option, no clear answer was given, outside of the fact that “it allows us to review your eyes health better”.I am grateful to have very minimal issues with my eyesight, and simply wanted to go on for a prescription to assist with my night vision, but was forced to get a full physical of my eye.I felt like I went to my Doctors office for a migraine issue, yet was required to get a CT-Scan.

Any and every time I have to come here, it’s always a pleasant experience. Dr. Sollenburger is truly the best. Very attentive, patient, understanding and he explains everything. He’s not afraid to show you pictures either of what’s going on with your eye so you have a better understanding. The staff is awesome as well. Welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to come here and I hate to say it, but if Dr. Sollenburger ever left, I would have to follow him. Tammy Schuler is just as awesome.

From beginning to end I would say the experience was mediocre. I received an excessive amount of calls, texts, and emails reminding me of my appointment almost to the point that it was an annoyance. The two phone calls requesting the same personal information (birth date and social) alarmed me. The doctor who examined me was very professional and I was very pleased with his service. I appreciated that he was very eager to help me with my situation and overall vision health. I was a little disappointed that the office concluded my visit and I was sent away without my contact prescription. I thought that I was very clear that I wanted both prescriptions while speaking with the doctor but there was a clear misunderstanding. Once home, which happens to be in a different state, I began my research to find contact lenses and realized I did not have a prescription to provide. My husband and I called the office but was unable to obtain the prescription prior to the office closing fifteen minutes earlier then their schedule stated. I spoke with the woman who worked in the eye glass department who verified the staff did in fact leave early. The lack on their behalf caused me to have to make another trip to order my contact lenses. I did leave a voicemail for them to call me upon their return to receive my prescription but at 2:22 pm the next day I did not hear from them. It seems they are more then willing to remind me of my appointments 5 times but not to address a concern left on their voicemail the day prior.

Seriously blown away by the fabulous customer experience here! Everyone from the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor. It was quick, efficient, informative, and everyone was so kind. I dont know if Ive ever said this but Im actually kind of looking forward to my next annual eye exam! Thank you for all that you do!!

Dr. Isaac spent a total of less than 5 mins conducting a diabetic test on me, but I had to wait 1 hours and 25 minutes in the lobby. While I was waiting, I could hear him discussing non-medical topics with someone else. I will definitely never go back to this office again.

From start to finish everyone from the eye exam to include DR. Khan the tech Aaron and the front desk lady (I cant remember her name) were incredible. Very friendly and inviting. Highly recommend. In the eyeglass selection area these folks were equally spectacular. Just a great experience!

The Receptionist who checked me in was rude. She was rude to customers and her co worker. She has very bad customer service. The women who helped me with the eye tests before the dr was very nice. The Dr was great and made me feel comfortable and very personable. If I didn’t need the eye exam I would have just walked out and left due to the receptionist. She mad me feel in welcomed. Needs to be trained better or fired.

Even with the covid restrictions my appointment was flawless. The staff and doctors were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Excellent customer service

For the last 2 months I have repeatedly called and emailed all of their office locations to get a copy of my prescription emailed or faxed to me, but no one has gotten back to me. But they have no problem updating their Facebook page with new posts every 2 days though! Very unprofessional to treat patients like this. I understand things can get kinda of slow with the times of what’s going on right now, but come on it’s been two months, and I’m about to run out of contact lenses and cannot order any without my prescription. How can they ignore patient requests but have no problem with being active in social media? Would definitely not come back here ever again to get my prescription renewed.

On 8/11/20, I had an appointment at the Cherry Hill location, and I was very pleased.

Call regularly after you’ve ordered your contacts.. mine take about 30 days to come in..my first reorder was misplaced... two times in a row... I was without contacts for almost 90 days.. they said they’d order 2 months of trials contacts ( daily wear) for me for the inconvenience of it and they misplaced that order too.. just had them reorder again but I would be surprised if they get it right...

Dr. Isaac is a compassionate, detail-oriented physician who is driven on Patient Satisfaction. From the moment that I walked into his office, I was greeted by his awesome front office staff who seemed to really enjoy their jobs - something you rarely see! Dr. Isaac explained everything to me in great detail regarding the various tests I had performed. He even prescribed these Omega 3 Pills that help with dry eyes - and theyre working! He even found out that my old current prescription from a chain eyeglasses & contacts store was way off, and now I can see! THANKS DR. ISAAC!!!

The Staff of Ladies ( that would also include the optometrist). Define the term professional. From the confirmation over the phone to the in-person meeting to your pre-examination and finally sitting down with the optometrist. My wife and I have found a new eye doctor. We also highly recommend this office as they make a great team. This should be a model office for all optometrists.

The exams were professionally done and efficient. The wait time was longer than usual and the doctor had to be reminded to go over some of the results.

Called to let me know that he would still able to see me which was great since I probably would have lost my FSA money. Very thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend him!

Whats the point of scheduling an appointment and confirming along with receiving a confirmation notice if the office is just going to give it to someone else. Very disappointed as we have been going to this office for a few years. Will be looking else where that actually understands how to schedule their customers.

The staff was great. My appointment time of my exam was right on time.

I’ve always had a great experience with this office, but recently I received 3 emails asking me to confirm my appointment which I did each time and I received 2 phone calls to confirm and I confirmed both times. I just received a 3rd call and when I was letting DANIELLE know that I confirmed, but I wanted to let her know I already received 5 confirmations in which I confirmed, she was short and incredibly rude. I told her I’d actually like to cancel and take my business elsewhere and she said “okay” and hung up. I work in customer service and it really irks me when people can be so dismissive. If someone told me they had gotten that many confirms and were actually nice about it, I would have offered to look into it or apologize or explain their confirmation process (because maybe that’s just how it works). I did not appreciate her attitude. You’ve lost a customer.

Dr. Isaac has been our family optometrist for years. He is a wonderful doctor and in my opinion a wonderful, caring man. I would never even consider changing to another doctor. I hope that he never retires.

First, I will share, the optometrist was lovely and almost made up for how long I had to wait for my exam. I had a 6 p.m. appointment and wasn’t seen by the doctor until 7:09 p.m. It didn’t help that the woman behind the front desk was one of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever encountered at a doctor’s office. Patient satisfaction is a priority for most health care facilities these days; but clearly not this one. With so many care options in the market, I’m perpetually surprised when I encounter offices with unfriendly and unprofessional front desk employees.Having recently relocated to the area, I found this office by searching for Lens Crafters having long been a loyal customer of theirs. The good news is, there are plenty of Lens Crafters in the area, so I’ll not have to return to this particular office. I will also note, the team at Lens Crafters were fantastic through in through. I feel bad that this particular location likely loses customers because of the unpleasant experience at the office next door.

I have never been to an eye doctor who cares so much about your eyes. I did so many different test for all sorts of things not just vision part, but everything about the eye, amazing! The staff is great, they take time with you and treat you as an individual not a number. My eye doctor for life!!

I learned a whole lot about my eyes and now I feel comfortable with the money I spent knowing the value of the precedures.

Nice staff, but lacked the equipment to measure my IPD. Seems like a basic service, especially when they have many other testing machines​. Will find another doctor next time.

I went to this office for two reasons. First, every time I put my contacts in, my eyes were extremely irritated by the end of the day. Second, I needed a new prescription for my contacts. I left the office with a prescription for eye drops. They didnt help at all. When I checked out, I asked the girl at the desk for my contact prescription. She refused to give it to me, even though I had paid for my exam! She told me I should call the office the next day, and they would mail it to me. I called. They didn’t mail it. I called a week later, and I still haven’t gotten it! I guess I need to get in my car and drive up there. It is unbelievable that this is the way these doctors run their office. Stay away from this place!
