Love this LensCrafters location. The selection is great as is the service. Carolyn never lets me down. Shes helped me find my last 3 pairs of glasses and I always get so many compliments. Plus they can show me the cost, upfront, to help me make the best decision. Im a very happy customer.
My husband and I had the best experience at the Lenscrafters in the Cherry Hill Mall. Carolyn went above and beyond to explain everything to us and help us. She was friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean and they offered so many options. Will definitely be returning!
Went in for an eye exam today which went very well! I selected a pair that I have been eyeing however, was not able to put prescription in them. I appreciate how fast Carolyn was able to let me know if I needed to pick another frame or not due to my prescription. Within the hour she called me and I came to the store to pick out a different frame. Christian helped me out with a few suggestions which was helpful. This location does have a wide variety to choose from. Carolyn and Christian helped me decide on the color of transitions I should go for and informed me on the quality of the transitions. Their customer service was great, they make you feel like luxury with their attentiveness. Definitely recommend coming here!

Quick and attentive, very thorough explanations and assistance with my lens options and choices. A large selection, I always find a pair I love. I have gone to the vision office here as well for years and am very happy with Dr. Isaac as well - he is always kind and also has very clear explanations of the tests performed and my specific eye concerns.
I experienced exceptional service at this location. My salesman, Steven, was fantastic! He was able to help me find my ideal pair of glasses and made me feel confident and fabulous in doing so! I was comfortable browsing and will absolutely come back to this location for all my eye glass needs ! If youre ever in store, ask for Steven! I promise itll be a pleasant experience!!

Cant even begin to tell you how disappointed I am. Ive shopped here over the last 4 years and bought four pairs of Ray-Ban prescription glasses. I drove all the way back over here again to buy another pair of Ray-Ban glasses to find out that I am a victim of covid-19 pricing. I was looking at a pair of frames that were $179 and I loved them. So when I went to order them and then pay for them I was told that they were going to be over $400 because theres no longer a laboratory in their store and that they only sell Ray-Ban lenses. So youre trying to tell me that the frames or less expensive than the prescription lenses? I figured Id try to give a local business my money but I guess Ill just end up going online and buying them for cheaper. Dont get ripped off.

I ordered and paid for lenses 3 weeks ago and never received a phone call or email when they were ready. I called today and asked if the lenses were ready and the lady on the phone asked to confirm my contact number and it was incorrect. Instead of apologizing and correcting there mistake she said well fix it when you come in which did not happen and she barely acknowledged me when I arrived 15 minutes after the phone call.
Christy and Christian were extremely helpful, they solved my problem within minutes and had me on my way quickly. I have used Lens Crafters for years and with employees as friendly and as helpful as these 2, I will certainly continue to buy all of my glasses there.

I have been a long time customer of this location. I keep going back due to the amazing customer service Carolyn always gives. She takes her time with you to make sure you feel 100% comfortable with the glasses you choose. One time I had an issue with a lens and they fixed it right away no questions asked. They also have a great selection! Make sure to ask for Carolyn if you go in and tell her that her #1 customer sent you :)
When walking into the store the first thing you notice is how clean it is. The staff welcomed you with kindness and smiles. Not only did they try to find the best deal for you but they were honest with their options. I highly recommend going to this location. I picked out/ bought and received my glasses all within an hour!!

Was almost unable to find this place in the mall and they cancelled my appointment despite having at most two people, right when we found it. Ridiculous.
The new store is beautiful. Brought my little brother in to get new glasses. They helped him pick out the perfect pair. The employees made me aware of any deals or promotions which helped ALOT.They are also very clean and sanitize each pair of frames before they head back on the displays.
The teams in the Deptford and Cherry Hill stores were awesome! They worked together to find the frames we were looking for and had everything ready and waiting for us!!!

Dr. Schuler was amazing. My son Jaiden had an eye exam on 5/14/21 and he enjoyed his visit so much he talked about it the entire ride back home:) Dr. Schuler has a soft pleasant voice shes friendly and very patient. Dr. Schuler will be me and my son new eye Doctor. Its a one stop shop at this location my son was able to get a sporty pair of Ray bans for school with his prescription same day from Lens crafter conveniently located outside of the Doctors office. Thank you:)
My glasses were run over and an exceptional gentleman was able to bend them back into shape and pop the lenses back in so I could use them until I receive my new pair of glasses. The employees were sympathetic and understood I could not go without my glasses and went above and beyond to help me. The man is a miracle worker and I am truly grateful!

New location is clean and the customer service is beyond exceptional. Christie is the best, she takes her time to evaluate somebody’s needs and sets them up perfectly with the best glasses. My number one choice to go if I ever need any kind of eyewear!
I give this place ZERO for customer service. LensCrafters corporate office needs to review store camera to see how sales associate in Cherry Hill store treated customer like Chop Liver. Dont waste your time talking to store manager either. Store manager needs to be fire too. ***Message to store manager - Please take your team & bad attitude back to training class. Dont tell me to keep my mouth shut if lense came out incorrectly. Period!
I was schedule to fly out back to my home state where I planned on going to get my lenses upgraded, with a new pair of glasses. I didn’t think they would get me in and out so quick while just browsing to get ideas at the cherry hill mall location in New Jersey. They treated me like VIP and efficiently saved me money. long story short, I ended up doing everything right then and there on the spot. Thank you Christian and Rebecca for your kind service, and making this process as smooth as possible.
This place is worst than zero stars. Their service is very very poor. I hope customers read the reviews of this place before thinking about going there, trust me u will regret going. They book my appointment and move out and did not inform me. When I arriver the day of my appointment I tried to use the address they leat on a poster at the old location and the address is incorrect. The new address they have on the poster is lofts address the store next to victoria secret. I had a hard time finding it, that made me reach 10 mins late. When I get there the receptionist was on the phone for abt 12mins. When she finished frm her call she ask what I am there for,she said I am 20 mins late and I have to wait one month again. That was totally unfair. They did not inform me they moved. She was very rude. I wonder how much the job is paying them to be so rude and have hateful mind to customers, if they have vacencies I will apply because it looks like the pay is good and if the manger sees this review dont say I should contact you so you can fix my problem because your staff said there is nothing you can do to help me. And i hope you see your number one review is almost full.

I had a horrible experience at this LensCrafters. After failing to get my prescription right twice, they became insolent and blamed me rather than take responsibility. At that point I asked for a refund and to return my old lenses but they had thrown them away.
Visited here for the first time yesterday for both an eye exam and to get a new pair of glasses. Both processes went smoothly. No problems applying my insurance coverage for the exam and glasses. Both clinic receptionists and LensCrafters employees I interacted with and Dr. Schuler were friendly enough. No problems getting my glasses fitted, and they were ready for pickup within 15-20 minutes.
Beware ... My father was 5 minutes late and LensCrafters canceled his appointment... Not easy to find where the store is located in the Cherry Hill Mall... we parked in the wrong location and it took us 15 minutes to walk through the mall and locate the store on the 2nd floor in the corner near JC Penney. Unreasonably short cancellation policy given the size of the mall.
Great service! Went and bought 4 pairs of glasses, two for me and two for the wife. Ive been going to Lenscrafters since the early 90s and they have never let me down. Ive purchased in New York, Maryland and now Jersey and the service has been the same, excellent!

This was my first time at LensCrafters and I completely regret the decision. I wanted to try this place since a colleague of mine suggested it and I believed that this would be better than the Americans Best Eyeglasses. But, I was totally let down.1. First of all, do not expect them to greet you or smile at you(except for a lady who greeted us when we went to get our glasses after the preparation).2. Second, please do a degree in Ophthalmology, because the associates who are supposed to assist you, talk only in technical terms and if you appear to fumble with all the terms and stuff, they immediately look you down.3. Third - never ever try to question or clarify anything with them. For my prescription, I was shown to take pay $270 (I wanted transitions in my glass), but when I wanted to know if there are any options that I could try to reduce my pay, she just snapped, let out deep breaths when i requested her to revisit the price for different options and wow, she just said, Well, this is all your insurance will do. I do know that, but all that I wanted to know was if there are any options of reducing my price. Later, i came to know that I could have taken 2 pairs of glasses (1 with my power with no transition costing $55 and another cheap sunglasses frame with cheap plastic lens with power which could have come to around $20 or $50). I came to know this after I paid my money and requested if I can have a cheap power sunglasses for my spouse since she will be using that only when she is driving the car.4. If you are not someone who can speak U.S. English with proper US accent, please write down everything and go there. Yes, I can understand that when I pronounce N it may sound different for them, but people, how can someone mispronounce A. I felt so humiliated when she showed a disgusting look for not understanding what I said! Added to it, I noticed how courteous she was with people of this country. Wonder if she hates Non-US crowd.I totally felt discriminated and was so disappointed with the place. Would never ever recommend this place to anyone.
Lies, upsales, and deception all around. This company makes their sales people say anything to make a sale and I feel bad them. Cant get a straight answer from anyone at any location. If you decide to do business here, make sure you look over the breakdown of the sale, ask questions, ask again, and check again to be 100% positive that they didnt add something new while you werent looking.
Front desk staff not friendly at all. Doctor was nice but a little scattered. Technicians were fine.

I spent more than I thought I would, almost $300. I’m 47 and I never had glasses or contacts before so I didn’t know what I was doing. They treated me like it was my 20th pair and I knew the routine. I kept telling them it was my first time. The optometrist gave me my prescription and said bye and walked out of the room. I stood there like “ok what do I do now?” I didn’t even know they made glasses next door.Then they made my glasses with big scratches and had to remake them, so I had to go 3 times to get my glasses. All they do is slide off my face constantly anyway and my up close vision is way better without them.
Understaffed. Waited damn near 45min after they called to tell me they were ready.
