I had an appointment today at 1:30pm & arrived a few minutes early. The customer before me was just leaving. I was warmly welcomed in & the only customer in the store the entire time! Every employee properly wore a mask & offered me hand sanitizer after everything I had to touch, including the pen!!! They wiped down everything I had to come close to for the eye exam! Afterward, I tried on a few frames, and after I did, they were placed on a cart to be sanitized! It was the most pleasant experience I had since the whole world changed. I badly needed a new pair of glasses, & was a little afraid to go, but the entire experience was amazing! They even fixed my old glasses for free!!! I was missing a nose guard & the old frames were a bit twisted, the wonderful gentlemen who was helping me, not only fixed them free of charge, he cleaned them too!!! What a wonderful experience! Thank you so much for your genuine care of your customers!!! I was so pleasantly surprised!!! Thank you!!!
I had to go to the location bc I needed to get my glasses repaired and I ran out of contacts. The experience was great! They took a lot of precautions due to covid. I was able to make an appointment online and was seen the next day. They take your temperature before letting you into the back office for exam. I was instructed to wash my hands on two different occasions during the exams. Before I touched any equipment, they wiped it down with sanitizing wipes. Any of the glasses that people tried on, were then put on a cart to be sanitized. It was a really great and safe experience!
I was very impressed with this place! I hadnt had my eyes checked for a few years and was a little nervous. I also wondered how the staff would treat me due to the covide virus. But upon arriving i wore my mask and was welcomed professionally . My doctor made me feel very comfortable. She took her time examining me and explained the results. When being fitted for glasses the sales lady was friendly and pleasant. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.
We arrived at the store 20 minutes before closing and when we walked in, the lady working there told us that it’s too late and we’re closed. The other person was willing to help us but the lady But in and said we’re closed. Very dissatisfied with this store.
CRAIG IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!! I went to four-- count em-- FOUR other places, asking them if they could help me with an eyeglasses issue I was having. And you know what happened? I met my eyewear lord and savior CRAIG. And he was the only one who was able to help me. Pearle Vision in Cherry Hill, NJ should consider installing a scrolling marquee with Craigs name above their store sign. That way people from all over the world will know where to come when they need assistance, for this location is the only one that has Craig. I asked Craig to marry me afterwards, but being the upstanding and beautiful man that he is, he declined and showed me his wedding ring. Mrs. Craig, you are one lucky woman!
The doctors in there are great, just dont buy your glasses from Pearle Vision they are very expensive, most people dont know you can go anywhere you want, once you get your script from the doctor. If you already have glasses and you are just updating your prescription then you are good to go. On the side of your old frames you have numbers this is all you need to get your new pair and if you go online to usaglasses or googles4u you will save more then 50% off your glasses, trust me I did. Remember, their sales people and they work on commission and they try upselling you. Please dont let them try to tell you they will not fit right, because they will. Remember the doctors are great, Pearle Vision aint!
Excellent Customer service, they worked with me twice to resolve issues with the insurance company and Craig thoroughly explained the different options and features of the glasses, helping me feel like I was making a well informed purchase. Store could use some updates, but I was very happy with my purchase and experience!
I just got my first pair of prescription shades. Im so happy with the way they look and feel. The price was good, too. Dr. Hassey is very sweet.
Staff is always very friendly & helpful. Makes for a great experience in buying eyewear.
I bought 2 pairs of glasses from Americas Best Eyeglasses and Contact Lenses 2 years ago for around $80. No problems with them. I now have VSP insurance and Pearle Vision was the closest place that accepts it. Even with the insurance, it cost me $100 (wouldve been over $400 without) for an eye exam and one pair of Flexon glasses that are are comparable to the Outpost Flex glasses I bought from Americas Best. My vision was not as sharp with the new glasses so i went back to the store. They re-checked my eyes, prescription and glasses and said that everything was right. I was told that I just need to get used to them! I gave it one week but no improvement. They remade them in the same plastic material of my old glasses. Though there is a slight improvement, theyre still not as sharp as the glasses Ive been wearing for the last 2 years. After they remade them, I asked if there was a price adjustment since plastic lenses are cheaper than polycarbonate. They said that theyre the same price in their store (even though my receipt clearly shows a $31 upgrade charge for polycarbonate after the $25 VSP copay). Probably just going to throw them away at this point and go back to Americas Best where I shouldve gone in the first place.
Called to make an eye appointment and was told there wont be an eye Dr. on site for several weeks. What kind of an establishment is this. Would you ever expect this from Pearl Vision...
You get good glasses
Waited 3weeks for my glasses. When I finally received my glasses, the lenses were all messed up. The manager is rude to her staff as well.
Corporate offices don’t care about customers. Avoid corporate stores. Very bad service
