The body shop painter did an incredible job matching the paint on the truck. They installed a more beefy tow assembly and fixed the gas door as well. Communication with us was great. After getting to the dealership today to pick up the truck and checking it over we discovered the bumper was not on correctly and they instantly took it and fixed it in just a few minutes so it was right before leaving. Highly recommend their services.

Originally, I had the damages to my daughter’s car estimated by this shop. I attempted several times tried to contact them; but never ever received a return call to schedule the work. The two times that I was actually able to speak with someone they either wouldn’t or couldn’t relay a message to my advisor. In fact they really didn’t seem to be bothered by my call or keeping the work. I elevated my concerns to the service manager twice and still no return call. Worst customer service that I have ever experienced with in auto body repair. Very rude and confusing organization to deal with.

I had my car in the shop as recommended by USAA and the people are very nice but I found it very difficult to get ahold of anyone. When I got my car back they had scratched up some of my interior near the windshield they had replaced and also over painted my hood causing a ripple in my paint. They replaced a fog light for me as well and they did not put that back in properly. They also left the inside of my car very dusty not that I expected it to be fully detailed but it did not come back to me in the same shape I brought it to them in. Personally I did not have a good experience with this shop and I would not like to return.

We had exceptional service at Priority Collision! They always kept us up to date on what needed to be done and they tried their hardest to get our parts in faster! It took a while for certain parts to come in (which was not their fault) but they made sure to update us consistently and explain every detail. Our car was brand new when someone hit us so all of the parts were being shipped in from Hyundai. I would recommend them to anyone!

Very disappointed. They have had my car since 4/26/2021. They called last week and told me it would be another 5 week til I get my car backI keep hear back order. Every week its a new date. I my car was in an accident and needed body work. It doesnt REALLY feel like I am a priority. I only sChoose them because i figured it would be a priority. Now not getting my car back til mid July maybe August I see I was wrong.

Work was good, communication lacking. We were told that the vehicle would be ready on a Wednesday and apparently there was a parts issue, which happens, but no one could tell us what the actual issue was until the following Tuesday, after two days of calling without phones being answered and having to stop by once, not getting calls back over multiple days, and being told itd be ready the next day erroneously.Im extremely unimpressed, but the techs in the back seem to have done a fantastic job.So yeah, good choice if youre not in a rush, have your insurance to help pay for a rental, and enjoy phone tag.

After they couldn’t find the parts needed, I took initiative and found it myself. Upon bringing the part to them, on a Monday, I was told that it would be finished and sent to a dealership for diagnosing by Thursday, after confirming that every part was there. I was also told I would receive a call when it was sent to the dealership. Come FRIDAY, I receive no call about the car arriving at the required dealership, so I go up to the collision center after about 3 calls that all went straight to voicemail. I was told that they had the wrong headlights but the correct pair had just come in; something that could have been told to me over the phone. I was again promised my bumper assembly would be put back together and sent to a Ford dealership by Monday. It is currently Monday, and I am typing this as my car is in view, no bumper, inside of the driver’s side door is still taken apart, and all after claiming to have every required part for a week. Costing me money because I have to keep extending my rental, and they don’t seem to care about that. It seems to me that my insurance company paid them, and they just stopped caring about my car. There’s also a huge lack of communication. Terrible. Will never come back.

I bought my first Toyota from Priority about 15 years ago. Since then I have had a few insurance claim and other incidents that cause me to have to visit the collision shop. I have alway had good to great service. My recent visit was also due to an insurance claim. After the visit to the adjuster the insurance company of the person who got my car sent me a check to pay for the damage. I made several phone calls back to the adjuster to let her know I had the check and was ready to get my car fixed. After two weeks of calling and never getting a returned call I called again and finally getting my car fixed this week. I was very disappointed this time of the service and the lack of apology for not returning my phone calls. I didnt mine waiting this long to get my car fixed but I do mind not being acknowledged during the wait. If I have to use a collision center again this last experience will definitely make me rethink where I bring my vehicle. There are several a lot closer to where I live.

I would say this was an experience that I have been going through since May 15th. I am very disappointed in the service received here. (Issue #1) When received my car back it had wrong backup camera and the Service tech said that is wasn’t and that is was a new 3D camera. I so had to take my car to Nissan to have one of their techs look at it and they confirm it definitely wasn’t the correct camera. After calling the service tech again he said he would look at another maximum that he had in lot then he confirmed that the camera was the wrong one and that Nissan sent him the wrong part. So, I had to drop my car off for another appointment. (Issue #2) after a month after receiving my car back from the camera issue I noticed where they did body work the car started peeling I went back and talked to the service tech and he said that he could repair it and it would take about 3 days and that he could give me the state farm rate for a rental. The day of appointment I requested to speak to a manager about having to pay for a rental out of my pocket. Now this manager Wes was great he said don’t worry about that we got that covered which he did. (Issue #3) But a for enterprise that was a different story I waited 2 ½ hours to receive the rental. (Issue #4) When I received my car back the next day from the peeling I noticed that they did a quick spray paint job and left my rims and tires spray painted with residue. Would have rated them a 1 star but with their willingness to do repairs and the Manager Taking care of rental i couldnt.....but the spray paint job really bothered me.

I would give a zero star if have an option. The worst place to take my car to them, l shouldve checked the reviews before. At first, we went there for the inspection, we saw they were very careful and took their time thats why we brought the car back for them to talked with the agent insurance guy that bump my car in the back. I dropped my car on Sep 12, 17 and pick up on Sep 26, 17. When we went picked up, It was a raining day and couldnt check and they said is anything wrong just bring it back. The next day, we found out the lift gate that they fixed, the paint job that they did all bubbling and the left bumper they didnt remove to put the new one in. We called them and told about it and they said to bring back for them to see. My husband brought it back to talk with the lady her name is Tracy Johnson. She said she didnt see anything and we called the agent guy insurance. She talked with him and said l dont see anything and the left bumper is nothing. They have done my car but didnt submit that their paint job is not looks right and they left the bumper with the scar on it. Now my car has 2 color in the back. I will tell everyone not to come to this place priority Toyota collision Chesapeake on Military highway be aware of this place everyone!

I wanted to give this place more than one star in hopes that maybe there was just some misunderstanding or maybe it was a bad night for the women in the office. However, the communication and presentation of the communication never changed. Customer service is very poor in my opinion. If I had my way I would never return to this dealership for any reason, particularly not the collision center, but unfortunately if you got the work done here you have to return for them to fix it. So I have to go deal with the rude customer service a little while longer seems like. What’s funny is it’s not that they don’t know how to have good customer service it’s that they pick and choose who to give it to. Maybe I was wrong for breathing in their space or something lol. No seriously they have really bad customer service.

I brought my car for a roof repair and when i got it back i had a dent on my hood and the rear glass wasnt sealed so it rained in my car shorting my stereo. They fixed that now i have a leak in my door that wasnt there before and they are denying responsibility the service manger west is extremely rude and has no customer service skills if you care about your car do not take it to them.

Took 3 weeks to fix my car and the shop only called me with a question about parts one time in that whole period. No updates or info along the way at all. Don’t use this shop.

Great service. Its great to get an advisor who you can contact about your claim. Priority works to make the process of getting your car repaired as smooth as possible. Coffee is available while you wait for car to be inspected. Enterprise is literally in the next office so you can pickup and drop off your rental with ease. Priority even communicates with Enterprise and your insurance company so that everyone is informed. Priority will update you on progress; no news is good news.Thanks for the great service and quick repair.

They did an excellent job of repairing the sliding door and front door of our Sienna that was damaged in a parking lot. Easy to work with and very quick to respond to questions and concerns. They even setup the rental car so that was ready to go when we arrived. 10 out of 10! Would use them again, highly recommended!

I would never wish a car accident on anyone, but if you happen to have one, priority collision is incredible. I took my 2016 Infiniti Q50 in less than a week ago after my first accident in 11 years, and got a first time estimate of over two weeks and they had it done 6 days later looking brand new. Detailed inside and out. I worked with Jennifer, and she was incredibly helpful. The service is fast and the staff are incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend them!

I was hung up on twice while calling to check on my vehicle after leaving several messages for a month with no response. And that after my car was towed to another dealer without my authorization to do a diagnostic that I did not authorize or even know anything about until after the diagnostic had been done leaving me with another bill at another dealer. I would not recommend this location for service to anyone. Very unprofessional group of people working there. Use service here at your own risk. You have been warned

Super convenient to drop my car off with an Enterprise in the same building. They fixed it in a reasonable amount of time, kept me updated on the date it would be ready and then had it ready early. Everyone was polite, quick and professional. When I picked my car up, they had detailed the car for me. I mean, I would have expected a rinse off, but they seriously cleaned it up inside and out, and I REALLY appreciated that because I couldn’t wash it with the new paint on the bumper. The service was over and above what I expected. Thank you!

I wrecked my corvette and had them repair it. First off the left rear of the car got scuffed up and hit by something in THEIR parking lot and then denied it ever happened. (if you ever drop your car off here make sure you take pictures) Then they screwed up mechanical parts on my car that had nothing to do with the accident and then proceeded to say it wasnt there fault... (again) ... When the car didnt have any problems prior to accident. I even have proof. The car was ready for pickup and I found myself not even being able to drive the car home..... Everybody I talked to just wanted me out of their hair. I was respectful to all of the employees, they do not care about their customers. If you ever find yourself speaking to Chelsea request somebody else. Some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The ratings for this shop on Google speak for themselves.

KEEP AWAY! They tried to commit insurance fraud by claiming the damage to my radiator was not related to my front end collision and I would have to pay for it. There is only one mechanic, and he is overworked and under qualified. The garage has 8-12 cars waiting to be fixed and their lot must have 50 or more damaged cars just sitting around. Why? I am an engineer and kept asking to speak directly with the mechanic about my car, but never could. The initial estimate they gave me was completely wrong. I had to put my car on a lift and try to explain to the office people what was wrong with it. I gave them a date I need to drive back up north. It took them two days to decide they would not be able to fix my car by that date, so I just lost all that time. Ultimately I am lucky it went so poorly because I know they would have done a terrible job. I ended up taking my car to Mikes Body Works in Chesapeake on a friends recommendation and will be using him from now on. Stay away from this place!

Had my Honda CRV repaired after an accident. Work on the car was satisfactory, however, they did a 4 wheel alignment which was terrible. Did not realize how bad the back tires had been adjusted until there was excessive inner tire wear. Do to the low mileage that we use the car it took a while to realize the alignment was a problem Therefore, after about 16 months I contacted the dealership and ended up to the general manager because Mr. Elmer would not return my phone call. Had the car alignment done by another repair shop and they stated it was not aligned properly.Will not recommend or use Priority Collision again because of the management attitude.

Priority received my car a month ago. It was supposed to be done by last Friday. Last Friday I called them asking when I could pick it up and they said that following Friday it would be ready. Today is the day that Im supposed to be picking it up and its still NOT READY!!!! They said for me to pick it up on Monday because they still havent finished the work. Im never using their services again. I bought my car from Checkered Flag and always receive great service there. I only chose priority because it was a more convenient location. This has become way more inconvenient for me.

The customer service at this collision center was not up to par at all. The people at the front desk aren’t super friendly at all. I brought my car to get repaired and after the work was completed I noticed some damage on the inside door handle that wasn’t there when I dropped my car off, while my outside was getting repaired. I emailed my customer service representative an explained that there was damage to my interior. She said that she would replace it. So, then I waited for an email back saying what time I need to bring my car in to get it replaced. After a week I was told that it was on its way to the shop. Another week went by and I hadn’t heard anything. I emailed several times and called but my representative was “always busy”/or “unavailable” I left voicemails, but I never heard anything back. I finally called and asked to speak with the supervisor he didn’t seem concerned with his customer service representatives service. He did check on my part which “ miraculously appeared!!” What a miracle!! In conclusion the customer service was not great at all. Definitely will be asking my insurance company to not send me back here. I wouldn’t bring my car back here ever again.

Have taken my vehicles there 3 times and always had good service. As for the 4th time not so good at all. Truck was in accident on Dec. 26th and was towed to Priority on the 28th. Its now Jan. 14th and Im still waiting for the truck to be put in the frame rack to be checked for a bent frame. I cant get anyone to call me back not even the manager to let me know whats going on with the truck. If I ran my business like yhis I would be out of business. RIDICULOUS....

They did a great job with getting me the initial quote for the damage to my car. Made me an appointment for me to bring it in just a few days later. Enterprise was right next to the waiting room which made it easy to pick up a car. However the place started going down hill once my promised day it would be fixed passed. And another week went by till the finally told me it was ready went in the night before I was to pick it up just to take a look at it. From the moon light I could see how off the paint was. They did not even touch one of the fenders which was damaged. And the exhaust was still dammaged after I had repeatedly told them it was. In the morning the guy told me it was because I actually had several different shades of paint on the car and they only painted one shade. Thats why it was so off. And he basically told me to deal with it. When I pointed out everything else wrong with the car he said once he gets the okay from the insurance company to fix the exhaust he will repaint everything they had already painted. I said good and left. It has been two weeks since that had happened and I still have no car. Called for an update today and was told my car was preped and in the paint booth when it was pulled because another cat took priority over mine. And that the new headlights they put on it had condensation in them and they needed to get replaced yet again. Also the exhaust has yet to be touched. It has been well over a month now that they have had my car and will Probably be another week. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Good afternoon! I have noticed that people as a customers generally focus on their negative experiences and write feed back at that point. I wanted to tell you that I found my experience a pleasant one. The insurance company on the vehicle that hit me were not as quick to pay them but as far as my experience I was pleased. They did a great job keeping me updated were we stand and what we are still waiting on. Its a lengthy process, stressful but they did everything in their power to provide a good experience. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. Thank you for taking care of my car and for been friendly .

Just be warned- take photos of your car before leaving it. Inspect EVERYTHING that is supposed to be repaired when you pick it up. I will NOT bring my car back there again. Condescending to women that know enough to check things out. Not enough space here to go into detail. If you have an alternative collision center, use it. My complaints will go to the top once I am satisfied with the repairs and I get my car back. I dont want to give it even ONE star but that is the only way to get review posted!

Im still stuck with this car shop just because they never properly finished thier job. Thier response for a better service is not proven. They are taking 3 weeks just to figure out what they can do to replace a defected part they initially installed. Not only its taking so much time. If I dont call them first, they never inform me with an update.

Sigh.. I had high expectations for this place since it is part of the priority family...A) Good luck finding a parking spotB) Took almost a month to get my car backC) Finally got the call the car was ready and upon self inspection, the quality of work was less than satisfactory and the car had to stay even longerD) Lady who helped my husband was less than enthused with the fact that we were not happy with the quality of work and she made it be known when he picked up the car by asking with an attitude Are you happy now?E) FINALLY got home with my car and the next day I noticed my window was malfunctioning from the work they did.. and guess where I am back again? Priority Collision waiting room, after fighting to find a parking spot. They told me it would be a 5-10 minute fix and I have been sitting here waiting with my baby for over an hour now. Baby is getting upset snd I asked if there was someplace I could feed her and I was straight up told no.Sigh.

Dropped off my vehicle on October 3rd for minor damage repair. Was given a target date of October 9th. They found additional damage and a new target date if October 17th. On the 17th it was not ready but said it would be on the 18th. On the 18th they said it would be ready on the 19th. On the 19th they said it would be ready on the 20th. On the 20th which was a friday, I was told it would be ready monday the 23rd. Over the weekend I placed a call to Mr. Elmer. His secretary referred me to Mr. Schneider. He has promised me it will be ready today. I will post again when I pick up my vehicle.

I shouldve checked the reviews on this place before taking my car to them. I took my car to them because someone backed in to my car. I brought my car on July 12th. for work on the passenger door and new fender. I go to pick up my car on July 18th only to notice missing paint on the bumper, the back door, the base of the door, and they put paint on my side mirror signal light. Also, the button on the door handle was not working. I brought this to Jen attention. She states they were going to keep my car for an extra day. I called the next day to check on my car. Jen tells me my car is on its way to the Hyundai dealership which is in the same parking lot as them. This Was 10:30am. I called to the hyundai dealership at 1:30 to only be told my car is not there. Later on I found out my car didnt get there until 2:30pm. I was not informed that I was not getting my car back that day. I went to the Hyundai dealership to take a look at my car assuming they had fix the missing paint .They put white-out (white touch paint) on those spots. I informed the manager John about this,. He tells me that they did not touch my car. I informed they did because I have white paint on my car that does not match. John response to that was that they didnt touch my car and that they rushed it to the hyundai dealership. I told him taking my car to the dealership at 2:30 in the afternoon is not rushing it. They get my car back first thing Thursday morning. I get a call at 1:23pm from Jen saying they are keeping my car another day. I asked her what time did they get my car back she states around 9:30-10:30am. My response to her was okay. On Friday, I called to check on my car, the gentleman tells me that Jen is currently looking at my car and will call me when she finished. Hours go by and no response from Jen. I called Jen back and she stated that they have to redo one spot and it should be ready around 5pm. Upon receiving my keys, I was given a new receipt. They charged the insurance company for their mistakes. I checked my car only to find out that my door was still not working and one of my headlights was completely out. They take my car to the back and come to find out they bent one of the pins in the door handle and they didnt connect my headlight. After I got home, I took a full walkaround. They fail to replace my rear seal. They also knick my passenger side door, scraped the base of my mirror, failed to put the strip on correctly. Also I found blue marks inside the passenger side door. They will be reported to the BBB. I have already emailed and sent a certified letter to the CEO of Priority.
