They say good things are worth waiting for, and its true! They had my car for a while (thankfully I have more than one to drive), but they did a truly outstanding job on sandblasting and powder coating my wheels. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even texted me updated! 10/10 would recommend!

I brought my car to Professional Rim Repair to fix 2 heavily “curb rash” damaged rims. I pulled up and immediately someone was available to take a look at my car and give me a professional recommendation for repair. They quoted me a great price and I made an appointment right away. I dropped off my car at the end of business on a Monday and it was ready by lunch time on Wednesday. The rims look brand new. You would never be able to tell there was any sort of damage on them!! Stellar work!!

I cannot recommend this business due to terrible customer service and rim repair. I also know that it may have just been the technician that did the repairs...I brought in a rim that had 3 cracks in it.. the tech ...I believe his name was Chris...was assigned to do the repairs. I got a call the next day and was told that my rim was repaired, but I had a damaged tire that wasnt holding pressure. I was immediately offered to buy a tire through the company, but I said no to review what other options I had available first.3 hours later...20 min after the business closed I got another call from the tech with him stating that my tire is fine and it was holding proper pressure.i was pretty happy but felt something fishy going on. The next day I went to pick up my repaired rim and after inspection I noticed on of the welds didnt look finished unlike the other two... I mentioned the issue to the tech and he told me it was fine...got frustrated with my questions about what happened and why there was no pressure...he told me that he had too much work to do and didnt have the time to go over things with me..after mentioning that I wasnt satisfied with the last weld he recommended to not cut into the rim possibly damaging the rim further...Then to prove the tire was holding air he sprayed with a soap solution ...thenthe weld where I had my concersn started bubbling like crazy. I asked the tech what the next step would be and he replied saying that he would have to re weld it after just recommending not to.after that he said you want me to put the three cracks back in it or what I was appalled at the customer service I grabbed my rim and put it in the car...then I asked Annie for my work order or a copy and was sent falsified document to my email with all zeros on it when I was supposed to get charged $266...I would love to speak to owner about his situation...thanks for reading

Had a little unplanned meeting with a curb in my Mustang. The technicians were very knowledgeable and upfront about color matching the wheels and the possibility they might be structurally damaged. Turns out one of them was unrepairable, so I ended up buying two new wheels and having them mount and balance them for me.They were very professional throughout my experience and worked with my hectic work schedule. Although I wish I didnt need two new wheels,Im very appreciative they were honest about the damage, and not just trying to make money. Highly recommend!

Waited well over an hour while one of the mechanics took a personal phone call and after that hour wait it took them five minutes to check and tell me they couldn’t even help me. never returning multitasking is a basic human skill. especially while taking a personal call at work in front of a customer and waiting on hold.

Absolutely outstanding work. I had them black out all the silver trim and chrome wheels on my 2016 supercharged Range Rover Sport. It looks amazing, and their work was perfect. Brought it back to have several dents repaired, and it looks like the car is brand new. I’d give them my absolute highest recommendation, and I will be bringing my car back for any future work it needs!

I was on my way to work and I managed to hit a curb along the way. Thankfully I was able to make it to a dealership where I got the help of the wonderful people of pro rim repair. The rim for my tire was delivered by them as soon as possible as well as my tire. I am very thankful for the time they put in to getting those two things to me in as little time as they could. The people there are so nice and I would definitely get help from them again.

These guys are great. Super friendly/polite/professional and do amazing work. I curbed the hell out of one of my wheels and they were able to come out and make it look like it never happened. James(hope I got that right) did an amazing job matching the color on the wheel and polishing down and blending out the damage. Really couldnt be happier with how it turned out.

I needed a motorcycle wheel straightened and the people here were super helpful and informative. They let me know up front the price and since my wheel was aluminum that there was a chance of the wheel cracking. The next morning I got a call and the rim was good to go, they even put a bit of primer on the affected area where the paint chipped off. They offered me a package deal to straighten and powder coat the wheel too.I’ll definitely be recommending this shop to anyone who needs wheel repair from here on out.

Got a new Ford Explorer and had them black out the wheels. Dropped it off Friday and picked it up Wednesday, just like they said and paid the price they quoted me. It looks factory quality, and am very pleased with every part of the process. Highly recommend, Chris knows his stuff!

I had a great experience when I brought my Tesla in for a vibration that couldn’t be solved through tire balance. I had been to the tire shop at least three times before I brought it to the guys at Professional Rim Repair. They found two of my wheels had bends in them that the corrected and got me back on the road in no time with no vibes at all. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member!

Took my car to them after I had new tires mounted and balanced somewhere else. These guys did an amazing job getting my tires correctly balanced. My car before I went to them shaked violently at high speeds. After pro rim finished working on my car it now drives smooth as butter at any speed. I would recommend that everyone go to pro rim if you want your rims and tires properly installed and balanced correctly. They took my car in immediately and were very fast at getting the work done. So I was driving up to work in the Chesapeake area (I am from Charleston SC), and wouldn’t you know my tire blows out on me. I get a used tire and the guy realizes my rim has a crack in it. Now I am in a sticky wicket because I have to drive back down to SC this evening. I go into Professional Rim Repair at 9am this morning and explain my situation. Even though I didn’t have an appointment they expedited my rim repair so that I could get back home. These guys went above and beyond to help me out and I am very grateful. 5 stars all the way. They are very knowledgeable and do fantastic work

Horrible experience! Completely unprofessional! I cannot emphasize this enough! All around shoddy work! Even forgot to balance my rims after it was all done and said. After the final time returning to correct issues they even managed to damage one of the 4 rims they had repaired. Also twice leaving my vehicle greasy and dirty from their tire employees because I refuse to call them professionals. 100% unsatisfied and pissed off customer. A thousand dollars later and no apology and my vehicle still isnt balanced correctly. Not to mention everything i spoke of above. If I could leave no stars I would! At all cost stay away from this business if you value your money, your time and your vehicle. Never again!

Chris and Kelly really took care of my project, which was to repair some nasty curb rash on some powder coated wheels. They repaired the gouges and matched a unique color perfectly and it is impossible to determine where the damage had been. Very impressed with the quality of work and the prompt service. They also did a great job mounting a balancing new tires on the repaired rims.Highly recommended!

Professional Rim Repair Chesapeake has outstanding service and is personally attentive to individual customer needs! When I was on my way to work one Friday, I hit debris on 264 that completely damaged my front driver side rim and tire. They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule order my tire and repair my rim to very near factory standards! Additionally, they repaired my breaks and rotors for much less than what I would have paid at the dealer! Furthermore, when I thought I heard my breaks squeaking and took my car there, the owner Chris personally took my car out to test it and took care of it until I returned from work! I recommend Professional Rim Repair without any reservations!

They do good work but very expensive. Place near by called wheel and rim repair does a very good job and half the price and immediate with a 6 month warranty on all work. Can’t beat that. Paid $200 to weld rim crack, 1 month later it cracked in same spot and wanted $200 more. No thanks. Wheel and rim repair charged me $90 with 6 month warranty.

Interesting to read a few reviews from people quoting terrible customer service, as I come here maybe once a year and always receive great service and care. They even were able to order a new barrel, paint it and mount it for about the same price I was quoted to just get the barrel sent to my home. Excellent all around.

I took my 2018 Porsche Macan S to Professional Rim Repair to have calipers painted red. Chris did excellent work.. they were extremely thorough and efficient. His staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He actually charged $400 less than the other places I got quotes from. I couldnt recommend Professional Rim Repair more!

I brought them a set of old rims for my 86 300zx that werent in good condition. They restored them and customized them to match my car. I need to get my car repainted just so my car can look as good as my rims. I highly recommend them for any rim service.

I needed one tire swapped quickly since I warped it thanks to the City of Norfolk horrible roads. These guys were very honest and helpful got me on the road in under 20 minutes. I already had the tire all i needed was to swap the damaged tire. Highly recommend this shop!

So I bought a 1997 Saab 9000 CS on eBay with 154,000 miles (okay, Saabs are weird, I admit it) which had a couple of wheels that needed refinishing. Professional Rim Repair was the only company that called me back out of four that I called. I wasnt expecting anything that looked like a new wheel but what I got was actually better than that. Both wheels looked fantastic.The front bumper was full of holes and warts for mounting a license plate. I had them cover all of that up and the color match when they were done was just astounding. It was hard to believe how close it was to the original color. The next project was the center section of the exhaust had rusted and cracked so I had them replace that.Every trip there is such a treat. The people are all friendly, enthusiastic, and very capable of getting the job done that exceeds the customer expectations. In todays business world where there is little concern about the customer, this place is a breath of fresh air.

Very professional crew. Hit a curb with my car and bent the rim throwing off the alignment. Chris (mechanic) looked at my car very closely and even went out of his way to help determine all the damaged components. He straightened out my bent rim and gave excellent advice to save money. Very satisfied.

I stopped by to get a price estimate because they wouldnt tell me one over the phone. No big deal. One of my rims had some scuffs, but was told it would cost $210 PER WHEEL to get it painted black? So in total they were telling me it would take $840 just to paint my wheels. Seriously? The next shop I called quoted me $250 for all 4 wheels, to repair the scuffs on the 1 wheel, and to paint my front emblem. Professional Rim Repair said they would take a week and a half. Never going back here. Im sure theyre great at doing wheels, but also apparently great at shoving their hands right up your rear to drain your wallet and bank account. No thanks.

They are horrible at wha they do! Over charge me for a weld that a kid could do! Then ruined my tire and left me stranded because my tire was useless!!!!! Do not use them for anything at all! Hayley is terrible at customer service! Drop it off at 9am and a t will be done by 2pm! Well that didnt happen also! Im a single Dad and they left and my daughter stuck without a ride and out $205 dollars thanks to Chris the owner!

Worst customer service Ive ever experiences. Repaired rims but got over spray all over them. Went to have fixed and they completely ruined the rim after that. Owners never said a word just walked by. I will never have them do any work for me again nor will/would refer them ever!!!!

I came here today to get estimate for 2 rims for my car you can hardly see the scratches on the rims unless you really look close to it they gave an estimate of 120.00 per Rim to fix it b4 I went to them I already gotten an estimate from wheel and Rim Repair and he was only charging me 60.00 per Rim and he said the scratches its not that bad at all he can fix it in 2 to 3 hrs this place was over price will not negotiate with price I will post how well wheel and Rim fix my rims tomorrow
