Outstanding customer service!!! Binswanger Glass of Chesapeake recently replaced the glass in three windows where the seals were broken. Following the replacement, I discovered the alarm sensor attached to one of those windows was returning a fault code. I called Binswanger the following morning and within an hour or so, the technician was dispatched. He was able to locate what was causing the issue and resolve it. Long story short, I applaud Binswanger for being accountable and their outstanding customer service!! Last but not least, I must mention the quick turnaround in replacing the glass in my windows. They are now crystal clear!! :)

Excellence--Christy answered all of my questions on the phone with ease. When I arrived I gave her just a few bits of information about my vehicle and then she came out to make sure the damage was not in my line of sight.As soon as we came back in there was a technician ready to go and take my car around to the repair shop. Literally no wait time!!! Phil, the repairman, was pleasant and friendly. I could see the repair being done from the window in the waiting room. This place is second to none. You need to bring your vehicle here. Great people- knowledgeable, friendly, & fast!!!

I & my client stopped in here to see what quality of shower doors were available, no problem, they had just what she was looking for & we asked about treated glass that will not show water spots or discoloration for a 15 year warranty no problem so she ordered her shower doors, I will be sending my other clients here for all there glass doors. SERVICES were perfect they came out the next day & took the measurements & she ordered the doors.

The heavyweight lady at the desk seemed to be prejudice, I came in the store with a good vibe. She acted as if I were a bother to her when I initially asked about the glass styles. Id rather spend my money elsewhere and do it myself.Almost forgot to mention that she didnt have a mask.

Great work and good costumer service. I ordered a mirror for my broken nightstand and they did a perfect job. I took a pattern (I made) of the mirror piece but it didn’t fit, so I took the table with the piece and they were so nice to fix it and glued into the table. Recommend to anyone.

I had to have my windshield replaced. Susan, provided customer service above and beyond my expectations. In addition to ordering the glass she contacted the dealership to schedule my appointment for the calibration of my windshield. I was able to leave their shop and go directly to the dealership. Excellent customer service. I brought my car in for a windshield replacement 30 minutes earlier than the original appointment time. They took my car back right away and it only took an hour. I paid $260 which included labor and I get two free rock chip repairs! The windshield looks better than new. I will definitely be back in the future for any windshield or glass repairs!

Weve had 2 windshields hit by rocks in the past couple of months. William from Binswanger came out to replace them on 2 separate occasions. Both times William was was fast, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Binswanger, and William in particular.

We called based on a referral from our plumbers. We needed a sliding glass shower door installed in our master bathroom. They were able to come up immediately for an estimate. We booked an appointment a week in advance for them to come out and install it. Unfortunately the morning of the confirmed appointment, no one showed up. I called in and they accidentally put the appointment the next day. They apologized and provided a discount on the original quote to make up for it. Luckily I had the flexibility to be home the next day. The 2 installers were very skilled, polite, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They worked very hard for the 3 hours they were installing and did an excellent job. Our shower door looks beautiful and they cleaned up after themselves and went over their 1 year warranty and how they installed. The customer service and workmanship were great and I would recommend them to whomever!

Binswanger replaced the windshield on my 2015 Volvo on Friday (7/26). I had an issue with Lynx not seeing an update to my insurance. Susan from Binswanger went over and above by calling my agent directly to resolve issue with insurance coverage. In addition to expert installation, they even cleaned up my car. I contacted Binswanger to repair a sliding glass patio door for a rental unit. The installer (Thurman) came out and was courteous, professional and offered outstanding suggestions to minimize my expense. Susan was extremely helpful in coordinating the repair and working between me, my tenant and Binswanger. Great customer service !!

William came and replace my windshield. Very professional great job and the best price!! USAA tried to make us go with Safe Lite but I called around and Binswanger Glass was 1/3 of the price for the same windshield!! I have had three windshield replaced over they last 5 years in different cars. I will only use Binswannger from now on!!!

In my home the builder grade windows seals failed and they were impossible to see through. Binswanger came out to my home and replaced most of my double-pane windows for a fraction of the price it would have cost me to have the full window replaced. What a team - I was up against a timeline to close on my house in less than 20 days when the home inspection was completed and found thermal window seals had failed in 5 of my double hung windows.I called Binswanger and they listened to my problem, heard the timeline constraints and suggested I not wait for an on site estimate but that I could instead bring the windows directly to them to be measured and then repaired! It worked like a charm! Plus they helped me remove and load the windows from my car to the store! Ive had car window glass replaced by many other companies before, but the Binswanger Glass Co. on N. Battlefield in Chesapeake, Va. showed me how superior they are in all facets of my transaction with them on 8-20-2019, from the over-the-top customer service they provided on the initial order and reservation over the phone, to the perfect, on time delivery of my Dodge Dakota.Also, the quality of the glass and materials was flawless and expertly installed without a spec. of residue or sealant anywhere to be found. In addition, the total cost of the repair was $35 dollars cheaper than even the budget glass companies!!Would recommend this Binswanger Glass Co. without hesitation to anyone needing auto glass repair. I had a rock hit my windshield 4 years and I took my vehicle to Binswanger Glass in Chesapeake, VA to have it replaced. They did a great job and were very efficient. Last week a piece of trim that surrounds my windshield popped up and a part of the seal that goes in between the trim and the windshield started to come out. My husband took my vehicle back up to Binswanger and they immediately diagnosed the problem and within a few hours, they had to go out and get parts, my vehicle had a new windshield, completely new seal and trim that surrounds the windshield. They did all of it at no cost to me and it looks better than new. Also the windshield was delaminating, the manufacturer of the windshields fault not Binswangers. Their customer service was outstanding! The whole experience was outstanding! We definitely recommend Binswanger Glass and will absolutely use them again if needed. It was a pleasant surprise especially since good customer service is pretty much non-existent these days.

Absolutely agree with other customers. Consumers be aware might quote you a cheaper price, however this place is unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. (home window installation).

I would give them no stars if I could but I cant. This place is like a casino, the odds are all in their favor. Needed a window on an auto repaired it was leaking, not a problem they said we charge $175 to remove it plus the cost of the new weather strip, at this point I am thinking this sounds okay, but then they say, oh by the way if we break the glass which does happen, you will have to buy it. What kind of business breaks things they work on and says not our fault? Find another shop.
