There was a material billing discrepancy and the response I got was: thats what the computer said it costs. After it was escalated up the chain of command it turns out the wrong charge was billed and a refund was issued. Lastly the invoice said a Multipoint Inspection was done but I never received a report. As the car is a week old Im not worried however...... Was it actually done?Aside from the administrative errors the installation work looks great!Pleased with the work but next time I will get prices up front.
I came here to get my car’s tires rotated, oil changed, and 15k maintenance inspection.I picked my car up after hours to discover that what I had just paid for (tire rotation) had not been done. The technician listed who checked off my tire rotation and didn’t do it is also the one listed on my maintenance inspection, which makes me seriously doubt if he did the work he was supposed to for that too. I highly suggest you go to Priority Honda if you don’t want to deal with worrying if the proper maintenance and procedures have been used for your car. Only positive experience was their prompt returned phone call and letting me know of the refund of my tire rotation.
This was almost going to be a SUPER negative review, but before I let my Girl (who was on the phone and in Boston about to SNAP for her 2019 accord) I asked to talk to a manager, who took care of the situation and fix a issue that another dealer in another state over looked. I am happily saying they have GREAT service. If possible make an appointment.
Diane Johnson is an asset to her department and those whom she works for. My car required a substantial amount of work and after she talked me through every procedure, with the corresponding dollar amounts I knew exactly where my money way going. I felt her positive communication style helped to alleviate the stress of knowing you have to take your primary mode of transportation in for service. She assured me of the excellent skill of her colleagues in the garage and was very confident that the team could get the job done efficiently and effectively.
My experience was the worst. I asked them toe rotate my tires along with my oil change. When they were finished with my car I had to go to work. When I was finished with my client I walked around my car to check my tires. I noticed as I walked around my car that they did not rotate my tires. I was charged for it. I had to go back to them to get my money back. If I pay for a service I expect it to be done. Not being lied to and paying for services not rendered. This is not the first time they have lied to me. Id rather pay for my oil change than to deal with dishonest people. You all can keep your free oil changes and inspection for life. Ill pay for honesty all day.

Had a 1:30 appointment and sat til about 4pm . Very unorganized and way to much talking going on. Poor attitudes and etc.
