Oh my goodness. I went in with about 30 minutes to go look at trying out a couple of products and I needed some suggestions for a good moisturizer. The employee showed me three different kinds that were cruelty free and she told me the one that she used. And the back of my head Im thinking okay they are just trying to sell me something but I sat down in the car and opened up my moisturizer and Im pretty sure doves flew out and there was a light that came out of the moisturizer and I have to say I am so happy with my purchase today. I hear trumpets in the background trying on this moisturizer and I will definitely be back next week when they have samples in so that I could try out some eyeshadow.

I’m not the best at matching my foundation and the nicest associate was there to help. He was very knowledgeable and helped pick out my products. I wish I would have met him sooner because it would have saved me so much money on YEARS of wasted product. I think his name was ChrisJoseph (I remember 2 names in 1).

Omg! I came in today just browsing. But I asked (Chris?) I think that’s his name I could be wrong but he was AMAZING. I needed help finding foundation that matched me and he helped so much with Covid going on. He even helped with a brush to apply it and even great primer. He was so amazing. I’ve never felt to welcomed in a store. I will definitely be back!!!! Thank you

This Sephora opens at 11 am. I got there and while the Sephora was open, there was not an employee in sight. Twenty minutes and three JCP employees later, an associate arrived. She was very nice and helpful, but having a bunch of customers in an unattended store probably isnt the greatest. I wish I could give the employee 5 stars for being so helpful and the actual situation itself three stars.

I looked around the store there were only 2 associates working they were busy but i was acknowledged within a few moments of walking in. The store was neat and well organized. My quest for today was finding an affordable lip gloss. Buxom and Mac are my favs but i was leery of spending $22 on just gloss. I never thought that i would find a dupe for Buxom but i am elated that Sephora has a lip plumping gloss at a price point of $8. Knowing that i can get 3 glosses for the price of 1 has me tickled pink! I looked around for a new perfume, there is a vast selection. I started with the tester roll on scents. My only quandary was a few of the bottles were empty so i wasnt able to test the scents out.An associate pointed me in the direction of the Kat Von Di perfume called Saints and Sinners and let me smell both scents. I happily purchased because she pointed out a 40% off discount. At the register she reminded me of my birthday gift (i totally forgot Sephora did this) which was a Kat Von Di translucent powder and liner! How cool is a gift that compliments your purchase?! Im a very satisfied customer!

Worst experience ever! Mothers day with 2 10 yr old girls called the night before to find out about the mini makeover for the girls, no problem show up on mothers day at 12 pm was told that there was no one certified to help 10 yr old girls pick out makeup. Seriously.... went to Macys Mac awesome!. Big white girl with the horrible makeup dressed punky i hope your manager sees this you have no business dealing with the public.

Always understaffed and someone either starts helping and never comes back or I never get help. I’ll try to be patient but after waiting for thirty minutes to an hour, there’s only so much you can look at. I never get the chance to buy what I want or need without walking out.

A little understaffed, but otherwise the customer service was wonderful, and they have a pretty well stocked store for a small location! I finally found a shade of foundation (FENTY 100) that matches my skin - I called first to see if they had it in stock, and what the product was like; the staff described it perfectly, down to the last detail! (I highly recommend the FENTY foundation, by the way). I cant vouch for how their makeover services are, but as far as the staff, very knowledgeable, and very nice. Thanks, guys!

If ya girl like make up, this is it bro

As someone who works in retail, I understand what it is to deal with customers face to face all day. I choose to shop at this sephora not only because it is convenient, but I have always had a wonderful experience with the staff. That are always attentive and super sweet. It can get crowded in this store since it is a smaller sephora and they usually dont schedule more than a couple of associates at a time. Customers can get super rude and have unrealistic expectations, but the associates have always handled themselves well and given attention to who they are helping. I know that around holidays or prom season that it is going to be crazy so I try to plan ahead and use common sense. I really like this store.

Employee pointed and said theres return policy, we dont take any any more with out a receipt. Thats it. Not friendlySadly I like sephoria, I guess Ill not drive the hour and 10 min to this store and just order online.

I went into the store three weeks before my prom and asked about makeup appointments. I was told that they do not start booking appointments until exactly 2 weeks before the event. My prom is May 14th, so I called today, April 30th (when they opened at 10). The worker who answered brushed me off and told me that they are all booked for that day. I had my mother call back, thinking that the voice of an adult would have more of an affect than my voice. She explained what happened and why It was an issue. The worker that answered did not even apologize or try to help the situation. Both my mother and I were ignored and felt under appreciated.

This story is awful, its hard to get any of the employees to help you with anything. They never keep a lot of their products in stock, so you have to order it and wait for it to be shipped. And if you have to order it online they wont let you use your Discount. I would not recommend wasting your time with this sephora

Every time I go, customer service is the worst. I was next in line and after the employee finished checking the customer out that was in front of me, she walked off with the customer. So another employee was helping a customer in the store, and next thing I know, they walk up to the register and start checking her out without even paying me any mind. Incredibly rude. Needless to say, I placed my items on the counter and walked out.
