This used to be my best Halal market when Ali was there. I used to spend (_+2k/m). But, the owner has changed and the customer service has changed too. The new owner is Rude and offensively inappropriate, and he treat his customers with disrespect. He verbally abused me during Ramadan (لاحول ولا قوة إلا بالله). If you are looking for halal meet or grocery, please try Anas Halal or EZ Pick (Hampton). To come here is solely your choice. I bought chicken and goat. The owner is so rude and he doesn’t know how to handle customer. He was yelling at me. Usually we have Afghanistan staff that guy is very nice and polite with customer. Hence forth Iam planning g to stop buying meat in this shop. We have lot other halal like Ana’s and halal market in Norfolk. Sure tala will loose the business because of the owner rude guy. Its very well organized, few items have prices and there is no greeting or interactions. They do seem to have a lot of items for cookings meats/cheeses/spices/teas etc etc good for the the hard to find items for middle eastern / south Asian dining

I moved VA beach a year ago. I would say best meat store in town. However, yesterday I bought 2 whole chicken. As it was already cut and put in front refrigerator I suspect, as it might old. After going home I don’t like it. I called them and they offer me replacement right away.Thanks for your service..Happy Ramadan..!!

Very Unprofessional .I got the whole chicken which is full of fats n literally not cut properly .I had to cut the entire chicken at home again properly .have to remove fat literally for 2 hours .It was my first time ordering chicken because they r within 5min distance from me but unfortunately will be my last time coming here .Usualy buy from richmond n few time i bought from Halal grocery in Norfolk,va prices r higher but quality is way better as well n most of all they know how to cut the chicken
