I would NEVER recommend or use them EVER again. They installed carpet in four bedrooms for us because we were moving. When time to move furniture out we saw the pathetic shoddy work they did. All around the edges were frayed and cut unevenly. Many areas werent even secured to close to the baseboards. Also in closets they pieced spare carpet together leaving obvious seams. Several areas looked like they accidently made cuts in the carpet butinstalled those pieces anyway. I have owned four homes and installed new carpet before leaving and NEVER has anyone done such unprofessional work!! Also, the two guys that did it didnt have the best attitudes. Just make sure you inspect every inch of carpet in the rooms before they leave if you use them.

Excellent job by Custom Carpet and Vinyl! Starting in the showroom, we were given great information in order to choose the carpet that fit our needs and would look great in our home. The carpet installation was professional and completed in a timely manner. We are very pleased with our new carpet!

They did great work. Even worked late to make sure the job would get done in one day. No issues with the install and the flooring look amazing. I appreciated all the hard work from the company and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Being in the construction field you dont see that a lot with companies

My husband and I had vinyl plank flooring installed by Custom Carpet & Vinyl throughout our brand new, three-story home several months ago. I waited to give a review so we could see how the flooring would wear and if the craftsmanship is on par--we have a lot of traffic in-and-out with our family of three AND our three dogs. Our flooring was BEAUTIFUL when it was installed and it remains BEAUTIFUL today! We shopped around for pricing and Custom Carpet was, by far, the least expensive. The guys are very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I was completely comfortable with them working in my home. We couldnt be more happy with the product we purchased, the installation, and the family feel we got from Custom Carpet & Vinyl. I have referred many friends to Doug, and they are just as excited and happy about their flooring as we are!
