We were having our bathroom redone and the company that we had doing the remodeling uses Family flooring. We decided to go with them and pick out our tile and get it scheduled for install. Come to find out, my wife gets a voicemail stating that they didn’t have our information, which they came to our house and measured everything while construction was happening. The voicemail then stated that they cancelled our order. No one there knows exactly what they are doing. There is absolutely NO communication at all. All we want is for our bathroom to be finished and we can’t finish it with no flooring. We have decided to part ways with them and do it ourselves. I highly DON’T recommend them. Choose someone else.

Family Flooring installed carpets on our stairs and the second level of our home. The gentleman we spoke to in the store was very helpful and suggested a product that would work best foe us (we had two large dogs and a cat). He offered a better product than what wed found in bigger box stores for a lower cost, so we were sold. The guys that installed the carpet were friendly and professional. We had to put the cat in the bathroom during the install as she was not friendly and it wouldve been difficult to keep her out of their way. One of the guys installing the carpet felt bad for her and managed to slip into the bathroom to give her some cuddles and attention. It was adorable and I was a bit amazed because the cat hated EVERYONE but she was snuggled in his lap, fast asleep. Fast forward a few years and a visiting relative spilled red paint all over our carpet. It was in a very odd pattern and was spread throughout an entire room, the hallway, and the entrance to a second room. We called Family Flooring and they were able to match up the carpet and padding based upon our customer history, and they were able to cut out the stained carpet and install the new carpet in a way that is completely undetectable. You cannot see any of the seams and there are at least three. They did an amazing job and were just as professional and friendly as they were the first install. Weve not had any problems with buckling and weve had a cat, two kids, and three large dogs running around on the carpet. Weve been very pleased with the investment.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I typically, never give bad reviews and usually just chalk up poor quality of service as a loss. However, whenever I perceive that the exchange between myself and a merchant is intentional deception, that is when a company has crossed the line with me. As an officer in the United States Air Force, there are core values like Integrity First, Service Before Self and Excellence in All You Do that I would expect any servicing company to adhere to. But that was not the case with Family Flooring. My husband and I contracted with this company to install new carpeting throughout my home (which was totally empty at the time) in March 2018. It has been an on-going battle since then to try and get the company on the line or come out and rectify the problem with the install. In less than 10 months time of the installation, the carpet (in every area) began to buckle. It is as if, the installer did no stretching at all as the carpet was being installed. There are only 2 adults in our 5 bedroom home. Many of the rooms go un-entered and I have been deployed the majority of the time over the last two years. So, wear was not the issue. We went with this company because it was a smaller Family business as the name suggests. However, we did NOT get the personal customer service that we were expecting. We spent hundreds of dollars on brand new carpeting, only to have to have it all pulled up. The final straw was today (May 4, 2020) when my husband called (this was about the 10th time to date a call has been placed to this company) and was told that the owner would be calling him back today. Did that happen? You guessed it! No! Yet again, absolutely no response or actions that look remotely like this company is trying to solve the problem. My recommendation is to steer clear of this carpet company and save yourself the aggravation.

Where to start... customer service.. installation.. unprofessional .I think one star is a bit to much. I am not one that will normally write reviews but after all we went through I wasn’t going to not do it.Day of install ... installation crew was suppose to be here at 830... around 10 my husband calls the store and was told their truck broke down and said “no one called you?”. Now if so why would we be calling.About 30 mins later I get a call from the installer saying they are on their way but they are going to get biscuits first!!! BISCUITS!!! Your over two hours late and there is no rush to get here.They show up and it’s two older men... now apart of the money we paid we were told we would not have to move any furniture but beds would have to be broken down and drawers empty. All that was done .... myself and my husband move all our dam furniture OURSELVES!!! They had no plans to do it, nor wanted too.After my husband and I moved all of our stuff and the carpet was removed we were told they had to go to the shop to get the carpet !!!!! Who installs carpet and doesn’t come with it..... so after waiting almost three hours after they were suppose to be here they left two hours after getting here for yet another two hours!!!When everything was done we had to move the furniture back again by ourselves and clean up all the mess they made. All this money you pay for carpet and they don’t even come with a vacuum to clean up their mess it’s up to the home owner .I would NEVER use them and plan to make sure no one else does either!*the day we came in to pay for the carpet a employee just quit, I can see why now if this is the type of company that cuts counters for cheap, unprofessional help and lies!

The installers were great. They were on time and very professional. Did a great job!!

Just had the flooring throughout my house redone. Very professional, excellent sevice, and great price! Installers were awesome.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only were they not professional but has horrible customer service along with being inconsiderateThey had one of their employees come to give us an estimate which was fine;however, there after it all went down hill. They scheduled a time to remove our floor and install the new floor for a month from the time we paid the deposit, then the contractor showed up two hours early than the time they scheduled saying he was going to leave if we were home and COULDNT wait although they scheduled the time. My husband rushes home to meet him and the contractor sees the floor and says its going to cost much more although we signed the written estimate we were given so he leaves and does nothing. doesnt call at all, my husband calls and instead of management trying to reconcile the issue they just ask if we want our deposit back. WE WILL NEVER GIVE THEM AMYMORE BUSINESS AND I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DOKNT EITHER.
