Service was wonderful, she took care of all our needs and was courteous.

I went to this location to buy an iPhone. The one they gave me cost about $400. When I took it home to charge it it over heated and the battery died quickly. I brought it back literally 2 days later and they wouldn’t return or exchange it. Now I’m having internet issues, people can hardly hear me on the other line. This place is a scam. He probably gave me his personal phone and pocketed the cash. They also made changes to my account without my permission and knowledge. PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!

Shamari has poor customer service. !Tried to sell me a new phone because my new phone I bought from them2 months ago wasnt coming on and she stated because it had a small crack on lens is why and there was nothing she could do.Liar!!! I went on you tube and reset phone. I will Never come back to her .She acted so nice when I purchase phone .Game recognize Game.

The young lady at the counter didnt seem interested in helping me. She only gave me the bare minimum of answers to my questions. She seemed board out of her mind. Like she had better things to do than to help me pick out a phone as if I was bothering her from her busy schedule.

If I could give them a zero I would I went there to pay my phone bill and for some reason my payment mysteriously disappeared. There is no trace in the system that I paid my bill and I have a receipt saying I paid the cashier here stole my payment
