Maribel has done my lashes most consistently. She knows my style, adapts to changes, and always makes them look beautiful. Her lashes are long lasting. I booked an appointment to get eyelash extensions and had to pay a $50 deposit. I was told if I cancel 48 hrs in advance then I will get my deposit back which I did. Ive left several messages and sent emails and have yet to get a response back regarding the refund of my deposit. After this experience, I will never go there. It’s very unprofessional to not return calls.

SoHo is great for eyelash extensions! I’ve received the Intro set and recently upgraded to the Glamorous set. Nette is my eyelash technician and she is so precise about her job. She takes the time to make your eyelashes perfect and she is just the sweetest! I highly recommend this place!

My experience was simply AMAZING!!! I went to the Chesapeake location, and this establishment was very clean (even the bathroom was spotless!!!), “vibey” and chill. The technician that worked with me was very professional, knowledgeable, and cool. The receptionist was very professional, personable, and sweet and the manager was professional, personable, funny, and cool. As a cluster lash victim/survivor (lol) I was guaranteed and provided comfort that was definitely top notch. I was very pleased, and I am officially a new and returning customer.

Good luck getting an appointment! I’ve had a mix of good and bad experiences here. I hated the lack of consistency in the quality of work by their lash technicians. Some of them are amazing but some of them have me needing a fill in about a week. Several times I had to settle for a different type of fill bc they never had appointments open. The only reason I gave them a 3 is because there are some good technicians there.

Love my lash tech Nette. She listened to what I desired my lashes to look like. And made me even more beautiful!

I had such a pleasant experience, I live in Va Beach but I accidentally scheduled with the Chesapeake location (which is only probably 15 minutes away so no biggie) Ashley was my lash expert and she was amazing. She spoke with me prior on expectations and gave me some important information on lash growth. She is very in tune with her craft and I was very impressed. She was gently and very kind. She made sure I was comfortable and made sure I was happy with my lashes. The facility is clean and VERY relaxing! I slept through most of the process. It’s been great! I highly recommend Soho and Ashely if your getting your lashes done!

I had the pleasure of working with Breanna (Bre) for a lash lift/tint and brow tint and shaping. I haven’t had either of these services before and she made me feel so comfortable. I have known and worked with her for years prior to my experience here and she has always demonstrated a professional attitude. She is also a very talented MUA so I knew I could trust her eye when it comes to my untouched brows and lashes. The owner also checked in with us during the services and she is wonderfully at ease and confident in her services and provider. I had such a wonderful experience here- from the beautiful decor to the relaxed and professional atmosphere. I look forward to being a regular guest and I can’t wait to try the other services! I have been getting my lash extensions with Layla for a few months now and I am extremely happy with the results. Layla is very professional, always on time with my appointments and does not rush during the service. Highly recommend her!

Paid $90 to have eyelashes. The very next day more than half of my eyelashes fell out on one eye. I called to get them replaced. Owner said no. It was a an awful feeling to know that money drives this business not customer service. Needless to say I will not return.

I had an appointment with Jenny, it was a complimentary eyelash extension appointment as she is an apprentice. The bed was pretty uncomfortable. Jenny was very nice. I left the appointment and noticed the right side was not even with the left. I received a text message to do a survey on my visit. I provided honest feedback regarding the uncomfortable bed and the left eye looking amazing and the right side lacking extensions. I set up a follow up appointment for 2 weeks in which I intended on going to. I noticed the day after my feedback, the lash tech Jenny blocked me on Instagram and I found that VERY petty and unprofessional. I guess my feedback was disliked. Due to the pettiness, I will be canceling my follow up appointment and will not be recommending Soho Lashes to my friends and family.Update: exactly 1 week later the extensions are falling out and taking my natural lashes with them. Waking up to a pillow covered in eyelashes was not expected. My natural lashes are literally stumps. I wish I could post before and after pics. Soho lashes ruined my natural lashes.

This place is amazing, I’ll never go anywhere else. I’ve been going here for my lash extensions for years. Maribel gets my length and curl just how I like it every time and aside from my occasional shedding cycle, most all of my lashes last right up until my next app. She’s so gentle I go right to sleep I’m so relaxed. Her work is flawless and I always leave feeling great with my fresh set of lashes! She’s been my go to for the past year or so and will be forever! Can’t say enough about this awesome place♥️

First place I have ever gotten lashes applied. The staff is great and so are my lashes! I usually only get one of two ladies and both are amazing and accommodating. I wanted lashes that looked natural but they turned out better than I could have imagined. I keep coming back and each time I do, I see something else I’m interested in knowing more about. From lash care to primer, foundation application, brows, brushes, sponges...you name it, the manager knows about it and probably sells it. I highly recommend Soho!

I visited one week ago. My lashes upon leaving looked okay. However, by the end of the day my left eye looked half full. I have had my lashes done plenty of times and regularly got them done before moving here. Never have I ever had such a terrible experience.I’m literally exactly one week from getting them done, and they look terrible.Although the artist was nice, she just maybe didn’t have enough experience yet. I was really excited to give this place a try. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back.

Everyone was nice and professional. I loved the atmosphere as well. The lash technician that did my lashes was named Tanajah. She did an EXCELLENT job. Everyone LOVED my lashes....even my boyfriend. Lol. They were so natural and it just accentuated my eyes. BEST experience hands down. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff at Soho are always so professional. The boutique’s atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. The technicians are extremely skilled lash extension application, brow microblading and makeup application! Soho is hands down the BEST boutique in the 757!!

I sat there for 35 minutes. There was one lady in there that did not even say to wait nothing. Nobody spoke to me. Seemed like she was waiting for me to leave and taking her sweet time so she could get off. LITERALLY dont waste your time.

I was a bit apprehensive on getting my lashes done due to a bad application somewhere else. These professionals know what theyre doing and they do an AMAZING job!! I couldnt be happier with my set- they look entirely natural, as if theres a coat of mascara.. but so much better than any mascara application. Theyre addicting and I know I wont be going anywhere else but Soho Lashes!! ❤️❤️

Three things to tell you: First, the product is amazing - I love my lashes. Second, the people are likewise amazing - super friendly, with the lightest touch and great all around. Third, sad to say, scheduling is NOT amazing. Its really hard to get an appointment that fits for this working woman. Later hours and weekends are clearly snapped up and they seem really eager to push me toward their VB location and not the nearby Chesapeake one. Bottom line: since I dont have oodles of time during the day, or a willingness to drag out to Hilltop, Ill not be continuing with the lashes. I was all set to do their annual club, but the scheduling makes it a dealbreaker.

Yes, they have a receptionist so you think making and cancelling an appointment would be easy., not so. Making an appoinment and cancelling an appointment is IMPOSIBLE. After 5 calls with no return call, I gave up!And they have the WORSE cancellation policy.Find another place not worth the $$$ and hassle.

Khadine Ellison microbladed my brows and gave me the fiercest set of eyelashes! OMG what a find! Her shop is absolutely adorable and she has to be the nicest person I have ever met. I cannot say enough good things about her! Soho is not one of the those places where you wonder if you will go home crying because your lashes look like crap, oh no! She applies each individual extension without getting the adhesive on the lashes next to it. This means no pain, no itching, just loveliness.

Im deeply disappointed.... i was so excited to get them done, but the lashes falling off in 1 week ....
