Update: I did receive an email from them explaining they are short staffed, which I completely understand.I placed an order on August 14, 2021 and have not received the product. The money was taken out of my account on August 18, 2021. I have tried to call, email, and go to their Facebook page, with no response. Im beginning to wonder if this even a legit business. Im going to be contacting my bank to let them know that this place is a fraud and let the authorities take care of it. Horrible service.
First impression was Horrible customer service and unresponsiveness, then I received a call from Chad and he apologized and explained the circumstances surrounding their current service issues. As a business owner myself, Ive decided to offer him and the company grace as Id hope someone would provide me in similar circumstance. I look forward to frequenting their new store once its up and going so that I can support a local business.
Good prices but the worst customer service and shipping speeds. After several weeks I still hadnt received my order and I reached out to them and got no response. Had to go through paypal to get a refund before they would finally call me. Ordered again thinking it was just delays because of Covid only to have the same thing happen. Now 2 months later my order is finally shipping. When I finally got a call back they said the vinyl I ordered was out of stock and that is what they were waiting on but they didnt bother to let me know or send the ones that were in stock. I have never dealt with a company that thought it was okay to leave customers hanging for weeks and months.
Great customer satisfaction. But unfortunately I had to request a refund do to inventory delays. Chad (owner) was able to rectify the situation and I look forward to ordering in the future.
Update 6/21 - Thanks for looking into it, order received today. Looking forward to crafting.Original -Placed an order towards the end of April (itll be 8 weeks tomorrow) and no updates since. Ive tried contacting via email and facebook messenger, but no response. Im a patient person, but this is pretty excessive.
I placed an order back in the beginning of June and was not notified either by email or on the site that an item I purchased was not available at the time I placed the order. I spoke with a lady by the name of Jen, I believe, and was told on 3 separate occasions that the item was on backorder but was supposed to be in by the end of the week. I was also told she would call me and let me know if they did not receive the item so I could make the decision to cancel that part of the order or continue to wait. It is now the end of August and I have tried calling, leaving voicemails, emailing, and texting and no one has gotten back to me or refunded my money. I have never had issues with this company before, but this is too much

I order here a couple months back I was pleased with the prices and all I received an email that my order will be mailed so it did but I only received half of my order and the other half was missing I have been sending emails trying to call and no luck it has been months since this happen and I couldnt figure out another way to get in contact iam nit the person to complain but I wasted almost 200 and only got half of my order sent out really disappointed its been months no reply to emails no reply to the calls at the number I was given on email and thru the pageIn the picture is my order number and what I order I only got the easyweed bundle bit didnt get my oracal and transfer tape
This is an updated review, there was a delay in my order and Chad it was amazing in calling me personally and explaining the situation. As a fellow business owner I appreciate him going out of his way and not simply sending an email. I have not received the product to review but definitely will share once I receive. Again thank you Chad for going above and beyond.
Editing my review because the owner called my husband and apologized. We did receive what they had in stock today (June 23rd). There was a couple colors missing from what was on the packing slip but we also received some extra of a few of the colors so I would call it a wash. Ill update again if and when the rest of the vinyl is received.My husband and I ordered each placed orders for vinyl the last week of May. I called and talked to Jennifer on June 11th about our orders and she stated they were waiting for some of our vinyl to be back in stock but promised to ship what they had in stock on June 12th. Well on June 18th I called again because we never got a tracking number. Jennifer claimed someone called and canceled the order earlier in the week. Neither my husband or I had. She promised again to ship out what they had in stock that day and we should receive a tracking number in a couple hours. Well its June 20th and still no tracking number.

I dont write many reviews but felt very touched by the quality of VinylPacks product, affordable prices and customer service. More than anything I was beyond impressed with their customer service. I personally have only dealt with one of the owners Jennifer and she was super amazing. I called one day and there was no answer. I immediately received a text message from her apologizing for the missed call and offered to help via text. At this point I was not a customer and never even been to the store. We text for a pretty long while from products in their store to advice and recommendations about cutting machines etc... She really took the time and went above and beyond to help me out far beyond their products. The first time I showed up at the store I didnt realize they were mostly doing to go orders. I was still welcomed with arms wide open. A little background is I had never used a cricut or anything at this time and was borrowing a family members to do a project and see how I liked it prior to investing in one. Jennifer personally helped me pick vinyl for each of my projects and explained the different types. She did not try to sell more than I would need or push extra items on me. Overall this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. I felt like family here not just another number! I highly recommend this place and will be going back for future purchases!! Thank you Jennifer and keep up the good work!!
Updating my review. Chad contacted me and was more than willing to help resolve the initial issue....I love the quality of the vinyl I receive from Vinylpacks, which is why I am a repeat customer. However this time around the processing time, shipping, and customer service was terrible. I placed an order on September 1st, and at checkout it states orders will be processed in 1-3 business days. My order wasn’t processed until September 10, and now it’s September 17, and I still have yet to receive my order. I even paid to have the delivery expedited. I reached out to customer service via email in regards to this matter, twice, and have heard nothing back. I understand we’re going through unprecedented times right now. It would be helpful to know that there may be delays, by perhaps showing that on the website. Needless to say I will be finding a new supplier for vinyl because of the lack of communication here.

I love the service. Anytime I order is ready for pick up at the end of the day or the following day. Great price on their vinyl and the vinyl are easy to press on.I definitely recommend them to my cricut friends. Customer service is amazing.

This is my second time using vinyl packs and this is also the second issue I’ve had. I am somewhat local to the company so I choose local pick up instead of shipping and just have my husband pick up on his way home from work. This last time I ordered a 5 yard roll of oracal transfer tape and when he got here with my box, it had a 5 foot roll of siser transfer tape. I do not like that brand of transfer tape. It’s not only less expensive tape, it’s also a much smaller quantity. No one notified me of the substitution or asked my if a different brand was ok. That was on Thursday. I messaged them that evening and they made up some excuse about local pick being a courtesy, bla bla bla. Any who, they said they would text me on Monday and let me know when it was ready. Well here we are Monday evening, no transfer tape, no email, no text, nothing! I’m just out $14 at this point. I will find somewhere else to order from at this point.
