It would be nice if they open more than one or two lines. Totally over the self-checkout thing

This store was conveniently located right by the bridge that was open at the time I needed to get through so it was a good time to stop by and get some lunch knowing that Kroger makes fresh sushi. Just as expected, I found freshly made sushi that I liked. Price it good. Also there is a Starbucks store right inside the store. Got my usual coffee which tasted even better than I expected! And they do accept the app payment (when some places like this don’t). Chopsticks and soy sauce is also available right by the sushi section. Perfectly timed to get what I needed and get to the bridge when it was ready to go. Great experience!

The store closed at 6 today and I was standing outside at 5:30 looking at the flowers they have. As I’m standing there I notice a male employee lock the door and he’s starring right at me. Didn’t say a word just locked the door I guess he’s in charge of the carts. I’m not really sure what he was doing but he was pretty rude to lock the door when he sees me standing right by it about to come in. They didn’t close for another 30 minutes and I won’t be returning. They need to hire more social employees that know how to communicate with customers.

This store is consistently DIRTY and has rotten produce. It seems mismanaged as I often view a gentleman who appears to be the manager lolling around chit chatting when there are trash piles sitting on the floor in the produce section. Twice now, we have gotten rotten bread from the bakery. Employees are nice, but store needs to be cleaned up or shut down. Also, constantly out of the advertised specials and doesnt offer rain checks.

Kroger is my go to grocery store when Im in the Chesapeake VA area. There is one lady named Bonnie who has the most nasty nice attitude. Bonnie needs to be removed from the customer service counter. Bonnies customer service is horrible. If I address you by your name since you are wearing a name tag, please dont look at me as if I called you out your name.Another occasion I asked her if I could purchase a book of scratch off tickets. Reply was get them out the machine. When purchasing a book you have to purchase from the counter because you want a unopened pack.Tonight instead of giving me undivided attention Bonnie is conducting a conversation with her fellow coworkers. I even had to reach around the plexiglass protection barrier to get my bags. Thank GOD Im tall and have long arms.Please place Bonnie over the self check out area or somewhere she doesnt have to tell with customers one on one.

Its a decent Kroger location. I recently relocated to the Great Bridge area, so its nice to have this just a short drive up the street from me. A replacement of the Farm Fresh location that used to be there. Love that it still has the Starbucks inside. Its not a big as other Kroger locations and can feel a bit crowded at times. It is clean and set up well though. Despite the relatively small space, it has everything I need for a thorough grocery shopping trip.

The majority of employees are very friendly and helpful. The quality of the produce is frequently terrible! I have found buying boxed foods and some meat there and fresh foods elsewhere to be the best option.

Love that it is smaller than Sentinal Dr. I can get in and get out when I just want a few things.

Let’s start off first by saying the cashiers are great and friendly, the store is clean and organized, and there’s never lines at the registers.HOWEVER, the times that I have came after a long day at work around 9-10 PM to buy some baby foods or stuff for the house, I come dressed either in sweats and t shirt or hoodie, I’ve started noticing how they would page on the intercom a security check in the same aisle I was in as if I didn’t understand the codes. I feel like you shouldn’t judge a person based off what they wear. I don’t go around bragging how I make $100,000 a year and that’s no ones business. So I don’t need a security check or employees to keep “checking up on me”.

Has everything u could need. Store is always clean and well stocked. Parking lot may seem small but I always find a spot. And love the scan and go so Im not wasting time at checkout.

The store itself is nice and they have a good product selection..I found so many expired items in the section of dairy that has cottage cheese/ sour cream/ ricotta almost everything I picked up was expired. I’ve never seen an entire section of expired product in a grocery store let alone a brand new store

Honestly, I couldnt much see how the new Kroger has differentiated itself from the old Farm Fresh. This Kroger location lacks the variety & selection of the N. Battlefield store, the produce section barely inches ahead of its predecessor & the deli/bakery is positively anemic, lacking many of the great features & products found in other locations. Pretty underwhelming 🤨

Clean store, had what I was looking for at a good price, pleasant staff, awesome security guard. Loved it... great shopping experience

New store, just perused it today. Liked bakery, green grocery, and meats. The rest of the store looks nice, but will take time to get acclimated as to where everything is.

Very clean and very nice competitive prices for products in the surrounding area. Use to be the old farm fresh and now it’s a Kroger. Their chicken is fresh and taste better then.....we’ll i don’t want to say it lol. But all in all it’s a great place :)

My first time there. Really colorful, bright, and clean. Food was well presented. Layout makes sense. Lots of parking. Quick in and out.

Visited during opening day. The staff are very affable and helpful and prices are competitive if you use their card. Glad this location is open.

I walked in as the salad bar was closing at 7 pm on a Friday night. A worker walked passed me with all the tongs ready to be put away. I called to the worker, please may I have a set of tongs to get some salad? No, the salad bar is closed, was the response. I replied, but the salad is still there, may I please get some salad? Again, no was the response. Ok, so the bar had just closed. I accept that. But really? Since when is Kroger as strict as a bank??? Hey, Kroger, get real. Your salad bar closes tooooo early and your rules are too strict. The worker could have very easily allowed me to get a salad at 7:01 pm and Kroger could have avoided this negative review.

Still set up like Farm Fresh, just without the fried chicken. I love shopping here

Very friendly staff and a good selection

A little small compared to other Krogers, but its clean and delivers the same quality of products and service you would expect from Kroger.

Customer service is wonderful, as always. The staff is willing to help and the prices cant be beat

My daughter and I just went there for the first time since it opened October 31st. We were offered the Scan and Go option and were intrigued, so gave it a try. It was awful! Trying to scan and weigh and bag our own items was extremely time consuming and it seemed to take forever to get the few items we were there for and get out of the store! There was no real check of the items in the basket at check-out either, so how can they know people arent walking out with unscanned items? And the selection was poor. Didnt find several things we normally buy at our other stores. Just overall displeased and dont plan on going back. My daughter and I joked that we dont work there so why were we scanning and bagging our own items? It all just seemed very inefficient!

I like it! Every now and then, I dont care for the cashiers attitude- haughty or not amiable . However, I love the food selections andthe deli

Very nice store, a little on the expensive side but a great variety. Its a clean store with friendly, helpful employees, and they actualy have people to bag your groceries. Which seems like you do not find that much anymore. Another helpful thing is that they have the option of going thru a regular checkout or a self check out.. Some of the smartest & welcoming things Kroger did when they bought the Great Bridge Farm Fresh is that they appear to have kept the layout the same. Plus you see alot of familiar faces that have been with Farm Fresh for years

Omg !One star is total grace. This is the place for rude ignorant lazy inappropriate huidious employees!Terry did not know who is the store general manager😂😂. Their Starbucks charges for water I had to report it to Starbucks.It is perfect zoo not a grocery store.

Just slipped and fell at Kroger do to a puddle of water in front of the ice cooler and the people ignored me. I tried calling them to talk to a manager and was automatically hung up on.

Our local business cannot call the pharmacy number or fax to the fax number. This is affecting our business. Verizon has informed us it is on Krogers end. I have contacted Kroger multiple times and nothing has been done about this.
