This is a top notch storage place. For the most part, storage is storage. But this place always looks clean and safe.My family has had a unit here for years. The staff has always been extremely friendly and courteous. Bri in particular has been great. Very professional yet warm and welcoming. Nice place to store your stuff storage range in price. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. Never had issues or problems. Always clean, neat, and tidy.

I ended up not renting the unit because the door was too small but Brionna was super helpful letting me measure the unit, looking for other facilities with adequate storage area and providing the best customer support I’ve seen around. Hopefully a unit will become available soon!

She always kept the units clean and well tended to. She was very personable and cared deeply about customer satisfaction. She made my transition from this property as smooth and stress-free as possible. She was a wonderful help and has excellent customer service.In all, this is an excellent choice to meet storage and customer service needs.

Brionna helped me find exactly what I needed, filled all paperwork out in a timely manner. Very impressive.

My rating is 0 but theyre making me put at least 1. My cousin was there for years with no issue until new management took over. Started when he asked them to add a unit to auto pay. They didnt do that, then locked him out of the unit for failure to pay then charged a late fee. They dont call you if there are problems with the unit (i.e. glitch due to system error). Most they do is put a note on your unit (unprotected from weather). Hopefully you can catch 1 of the lazy staff members there IF the office is open. AGAIN THEY WILL LOCK YOU OUT for any problem with no phone call or anything other than a note on the unit door.

I’ve been a 14+ year customer with this location and I can honestly say that I have never had to think about going anywhere else. Dale and staff are incredibly nice, helpful and beneficial to me in using my space for business. I couldn’t recommend a more well run Storage facility! Thank you Dale and staff and keep up the wonderful work!

Brad was a consummate professional, took me on a tour of the facility and explained the entire process for renting, entering and leaving the facility and also going into my termination of the rental unit. Also did my own due diligence and Life Storage beat ALL other sites for unit size, climate control, etc. in regards to PRICE. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!!!

My good friend and I rented a large space for the duration of about 10 months for our deployment and had zero issues with it. Lenny was super helpful, knowledgeable, and was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Great guy. The units were in great shape and costomer service was amazing. They even shot us an email letting us know our unit was unaffected by the storms that came through while him and I were deployed. Terrific store.

Ms. Dale and the team at Life storage made my transition into the world of secure storage an easy ride! I needed to quickly transfer an apartment full of boxes into a unit, and, despite its best efforts, my Honda Element just wasn’t up to the task. For an extremely reasonable deposit, I was able to rent a box truck right at the unit!!! Such a life (and gas! No multiple trips!) saver.The unit itself is clean, very well lit, and I can access it until 10pm. I would certainly recommend this location to anyone interested in extra storage space and exquisite customer service.

I had visited 3-4 storage companies in which many were too pricey, hidden fees, horrible storage policies, etc. Then I found Life Storage who had great prices, storage policy, and NO hidden fees. Also, they have rental truck for usage. Free the first and then you pay a small fee which I found extremely cheaper than any other rental companies. Lastly, their team (Brad, Jon, and Lizz) provides exceptional customer service, very down to earth, and are outstanding professionals! I was so pleased that I immediately recommended Life Storage to my cousin in which she joined and is very pleased as a new customer too!

Very happy with everything. I was able to meet the manager and he was very customer service oriented (friendly) and left me with a good impression of this place. The assistant was also helpful in ensuring I had 24.hrs in moving in so I didnt get locked in. The place is locked,clean, they provide a lock at no cost. Would not recommend any place else for your items!

Wonderful help from Dale and Carol. They were friendly and answered all my questions. I used their truck with a dolly to move bedroom items from a different storage. All went well. We felt the units price was good.

Dale & Lenny were wonderful. We appreciate the additional accommodations that were offered. It was due to a slight confusion but at the end of the day it worked out well and we recommend this location to others.

My Wife and I rented 2 units for 2 1/2 months while selling and rebuying homes. Dale was Great, very knowledgeable with the process and answered all our questions and concerns. Would recommend to friends and family. Yes would use again if needed. Spoke with Lenny a few times and he was also very nice and helpful.

12/07/18The people here are very friendly; I promised to do a review last month when I went in to pay my bill and kept forgetting. The lady in the office was so nice that day; also everytime I have called the place with questions. Great people skills here.

I should have written this review months ago but thanks to busy schedule Im just finally getting to it. Ok, so Lenny was fantastic and phenomenal throughout the entire process of securing a space. He was patient in answering all of my questions and explained the cost breakdown smoothly. He assisted in every possible way making sure it was an easy process. Ms. Dale was sweet to us and the fact that there was a truck available for me to use made it convenient for me. Overall, i say exceptional and outstanding service!!

Everyone was so pleasant to work with during this trying time. My daughter had lost everything in hurricane Harvey and this storage was full of donated household items. Everyone at life storage welcomed us with open arms and even helped us out.

I had my stuff here at this location for just over 6 months. The staff was the best!! They made my move in very smooth and the move out as well. The large wardrobe boxes were the very best! I had purchased others and they were not as sturdy and smaller.I would use this facility again if the need comes back. Again the staff was the best!!

Over the last two years Dale and Lenny worked with me answering questions and assisting with anything I needed. Always friendly and accommodating (as allowed by company rules) they quickly became people who I considered not just someone I was renting from but friends. I highly recommend Life Storage # 158 and the people who work there.
