We used Two Men and a Truck in a move to a storage unit in another state and then to move from storage unit to our new home. We had excellent service on both moves. The movers were superb, no wasted time, helpful and friendly and treated our furniture with care and respect. As senior citizens we really appreciated the care given us to help alleviate a lot of the anxiety of moving. I can only speak for Two Men and a Truck in Winston-Salem, NC and Chesapeake VA but those two businesses were 5 stars in all aspects of their business.

I used to work for a moving company in my younger days so I know what goes into estimates, coordinating move dates and assembling a crew.Two Men and a Truck moving company in Portsmouth is exceptional from our estimator Christopher who was very respectful and answered any concerns I may have had and actually cared which is a rarity these days and also showed up on time which is important to mention.Once the moving date was established, Jasmine, very sweet was in contact and also few days before move date to confirm information I had given them and kept in touch throughout the move to ensure everything was going smoothly and that was such a nice touch knowing we were still cared about during the move process.Now, the crew and actual move, let me tell you, the crew arrived on time, went through what we are moving to apartment and to storage and they did not waste any time at all, these guys hustle and they were very respectful and very careful with everything and finished before the estimated time !So a Great Big Thank You to Te, Cullin and Taurez, the office should know you guys are awesome and we were glad you were our team for the move.If we would need to move again, without a doubt we would use Two Men and a Truck in Portsmouth again and ask for the same crew if possible, they made the stress of a move more enjoyable !I would also like to mention that my neice and nephew used Two Men and a Truck and also had a pleasant move, I know, I was also there when they unloaded.

Disagree. I dont want to give them any stars. They were as slow as molasses. That doesnt work when you are paying $200/hr. They spent most of the time talking among themselves instead of working. We were charged $1695 for 9 hrs of shoddy work and that was with a military discount. My husband and I had to help them move stuff in order to keep things moving along. After they left, there were still things left in the old apartment. We had to disassemble our armoire so they could carry it up the stairs. They did not help us assemble it again. Our bed broke the first night in our new place because they did not assemble it correcly. They sent to heavy guys, one with asthma and the other who was not very strong. They sent a woman as part of the three, but she could not lift heavy things either. She was new and kept stopping to ask the other two what to do instead of listening to me to keep moving the light stuff out of the apartment. I really could not have them stop every time they went to the truck to put a box in. For 200 bucks an hour, I need them to constantly be on the move except on their designated break time. They had to ask construction people nearby to help them move the armoire. It was the worst service we have ever experienced in my life and we have moved a lot because we are military.

During the move-in I was confronted by one of the three men on the truck wanting me to sign-off on the move. My mistake was not thoroughly inspecting everything. Scratched wood floors in one room, pads on the bottom of dressers were broken off while being pushed around in the truck. Dont bother...

Deamonte, and McCorey did an exceptional job! The move was seamless from the time they arrived to the time they left. They didn’t waste any time loading, or unloading the truck. It was constant work from start to finish totaling 4.5 hours. The price is reasonable considering I didn’t have to lift or move anything myself. They did what they had to do with minimal direction!To anyone that has any bad things to say, If you don’t want something broke or damaged, or you’re so worried about your belongings, maybe you should consider packing and transporting your own stuff.

I was very pleased with the services provided by Dequan and Jacob. They wrapped and transported my items with care and they were extremely polite and friendly. Kudos to these two young men. I would also like to give Ariana a shout out - she too was very helpful in getting my move scheduled. I had to reschedule and make changes in my move a couple of times and Ariana was very accommodating. She contacted me as promised and was very professional in every interaction. Two Men and a Truck should be very proud of these three individuals!!

The moving team arrived on time, explained the contract and what they were going to do. The team took care in wrapping my large furniture, they used runners over my carpet to protect it. We moved from an apartment to my existing storage unit. They were very helpful in moving out my old stuff to make room for the furniture being moved into storage. I would recommend them and use them again. I had other family members use them in another state and they recommended them to me.

STAY AWAY. BUDGET SERVICE AT PREMIUM PRICE.Price. Thousands more than its competitors estimates. I justified TMAAT because they offered 1. Direct service. 2. The highest standard of packing.Pack day- 6 hours late. Upon arrival at our house they locked themselves out of their truck requiring dispatching more men to unlock it. The added men stayed to assist, so it took 4 men over 5 hours to pack (100% over the estimate). After finishing we found loose items and had the team pack them before departing.Load day, late. The sales rep said loading the truck would be done by noon. It wasn’t complete until the evening. My wife planned to set out on a multi-day drive to our new home. 6 hours behind schedule and exhausted, she had to set out the next day. She cancelled her hotel for that night and drove twice as far the next day. After the crew left we discovered the guest bathroom didn’t get packed.Quality of work.Multiple totes that were crushed. Many boxes had minimal/no packing and some were 25% empty and items damaged. No boxes annotated for contents or room until we asked.Inventory. They ran out of tags and used a second color so the inventory has duplicate numbers. They ran out of inventory sheets so they wrote on the back. At delivery, inventory sheets weren’t available (on the other truck broke down in Virginia) so I hand wrote a list of tags that came off the truck. There are still items we can’t locate or tell if all boxes were received because of the inventory.Mattresses. No bags. It is the industry standard to use mattress bags. They said it was because they brought queen bags and my bed was a king. Even though 1 bed is a king, they didn’t use a bag on the queen or full either.Supplies- Extra supplies were needed but not much. Their estimate was short by $40 worth of supplies. I counted every box after unpacking to compare.Customer service:Salesman. Chris. Upon meeting Chris on day 2, my wife mentioned that she was firm with the pack team the day prior (they were 6 hours late, tired, loose items, locked out of their truck, half-packed boxes, etc). Chris says that they just thought she was drunk. Later it is revealed (and Chris admits) that the crew didn’t say that. Chris made up the accusation to deflect responsibility to the men doing the hard work. He lacks integrity. This incident is very upsetting since my wife was dealing with this move by herself and caring for our three-year old child at the same time.Management:Mike. Doesn’t accept responsibility. I called him to discuss the quality of service vs the price on the contract. I was pitched a premium service but received terrible service. I asked for a price adjustment prior to payment but it wasn’t possible due to the binding agreement. Full payment is due before trucks are unloaded which is standard practice. Mike insisted TMAAT gave us free labor and supplies during the pack and often reminded me that the 2 extra men arrived to unlock the truck and stayed to pack at no cost. I reminded him that it took 4 men 5 hours to pack which was twice the effort that was estimated by the salesman. I’m not responsible for a service provider’s inability to estimate their own labor.Ashley. Location manager. The only one to genuinely apologize for the service and I appreciated that. She agreed to remove the cost of supplies (calculated around $700 but my inventory shows they used $482 worth of supplies). No other discounts or negotiations were possible until after full payment and delivery.Move crew. Hard-working, great personalities, a pleasure to interact with. I think that they are overworked and that they have to play catch-up by cutting corners when the sales team poorly estimates how much effort and time is required to move a home. They are packing to a standard that is acceptable to TMAAT leadership and is the status quo. My only issues with the move team were the lack of mattress bags, not having markers to annotate boxes, using two colors of inventory tag and packing heavy things on light things.

I scheduled out-of-state moving services with Two Men and a Truck. I had an issue with my move date and had to reschedule. Christopher worked some magic and was able to help me out on the new date that I needed. I feel that this company went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I will use them again.

Do not use this company for your move. I made the mistake of choosing this company and trusting that they would handle my furniture with care and make my move a smooth one. My new $4200 sofa was damaged due to their negligence. I requested my sofa to be properly wrapped with extra plastic, bubble wrap and covers for extra protection and they failed to do so. At the time that I scheduled Two Men, I was assured it would be. Due to their negligence and carelessness, I am now left with a sofa that cannot be fixed. Additionally, my door was damaged and credit card charged twice. An estimated 6 hour move ended up being 9 1/2. If they negligently damage your furniture, you only get an apology and nowhere near the value of your furniture if it can’t be replaced. They will not make an effort to reach a resolution with you that is fair and they show no regard for the stress they have caused. Go with a professional, caring company that will value you as a customer and your belongings.In reference to your response to this review. Your team did not take appropriate or satisfactory steps towards resolving the issue of damaging my property. Again, this company can get away with negligently damaging your belongings and not fairly compensate you for the damage they caused. They will not resolve the issue in a fair manner or in a way that will satisfy the customer.

Deangelo and Daquon were incredible for our move. They showed up and had very positive friendly demeanors. They moved quickly and efficiently and when we arrived at the new address they were considerate enough to put things where I needed them and reassemble anything they had to take apart.They got my move done in 3 hours and everything is in as good of condition as it was when they first loaded. I would definitely hire them again!!!

Back in April 2020, I used this company to move - it was just one bedroom and a living room, not too much to tackle. My mover (I think his name was Trentsy? Thats what my receipt says) and his partner were super awesome. So efficient and personable. I thought to myself, okay what a great experience let me use them again.Well I needed to move again at the end of January 2021. I filled out an estimate online (for the same amount of furniture) - though I missed the call, Stephanie left a voicemail and follow-up with an estimate via email. I called back within a few days and spoke with Ariana, to confirm my move. I was hoping for a Saturday move, which she informed me that the time slot available was 2:30-3:30. Though I preferred earlier, I told her that the 2:30 slot was doable. We went over the exact pieces I needed moved, the addresses, and my contact info. She told me I was good to go, and that it was confirmed.The Saturday moving day came and I went to my apartment to meet the movers. 3:30 rolled around and I still hadnt heard anything. I called the same number from my recent calls list and it went straight to voicemail. When I searched online, I found a bunch of different phone numbers for this branch. I called them all - and each time the automated system said the office was closed (Google even said they closed at 1pm Saturdays). I was furious.Fast-forward to Monday (Feb 1st), I called the office within 30 minutes of them opening, because I had to be out of my apartment that afternoon. I spoke with Ariana again and she pulled up my record and stated with a very nasty attitude, that they sent an email and left a voicemail and it was never confirmed. I told her that I in fact called and spoke with her (Ariana specifically) a few days after those messages and reviewed the furniture I needed moved and that she told me it was confirmed. She disagreed, saying that if I didnt receive a confirmation email, then it was never booked. I asked her why would I agree to a time slot given by you and you say Im all good to go, but then you never booked it in your system? She made up some BS excuse about her misunderstanding my needs. At this point, I was so frustrated because I was on a time crunch. I asked if I could speak to the manager, to which Ariana told me the manager was not in the office this day, and that she would call the manager and call me right back. She never called back. I was so angry at the mess up on her end that I ended up using the VB branch. I doubt she even reached out to the manager about this. And if she did - well then the management sucks too because they did nothing to rectify this situation.

Incredibly efficient company!! Couldn’t be more pleased with the level of professionalism and hard work these guys put in moving my 13,000 sq ft warehouse that had been in business at that location for 25 years. That’s 25 years of big, heavy steel equipment and industrial steel shelves and racks upon racks of aluminum inventory and on and on. I think it was 6 or 7 stacked full moving trucks that got loaded, and the. unloaded at my Chesapeake store. These guys made it look easy! Very well managed company too, every time I went to pick up something to move I was met with “let me get that for you sir” and a worker would come up and relieve me of whatever I was carrying to help me out. It was truly a seamless move that, in my esteem, was done in an incredibly efficient and expeditious manner. Good companies can be hard to find, and this company is one of the best!!!

While the men worked quickly and efficiently, my daughter caught one of the movers going through my purse in my kitchen while I was outside talking to a neighbor. Fortunately, she caught him before he was able to take anything. She said that at least one of the other movers was acting as a look-out. As a single woman, I did not feel comfortable confronting them at the time. Now I fear what else might have been taken that I am not yet aware of. I wasnt going to write a review about it, but was strongly encouraged to do so by my family and friends, so as to protect future customers from experiencing the same thing. I cant imagine this was the first time they have done it nor will it be the last.

The service was professional and courteous throughout the set up of the date to the actual moving day. It was a great value and the two movers went the extra mile to take care of all of our belongings, which included moving a large refrigerator.

My wife spoke with Christopher and he came to our house to access the move and tell us what they can and will do for us. He was very enthusiastic and a nice gentleman.Our movers were Karl and Paul, and they were absolutely fantastic! they were on time, professional and respectful of us and our property. They were with us for 3 separate times and did great every time. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

The driver/leader hit my neighbors mailbox with his truck. I had 4 guys but only one mover DQ was really good at his job and was really friendly willing to please. He was willing to remove a couple of items. Our estimate was short and we had to pay $500 overtime. $82 every 15 mins. They didn’t have time to reassemble everything.

I loved my Two Men and a Truck experience! They were available with only a weeks notice for the day I wanted. The gentlemen who came out to move us were courteous and efficient. They communicated clearly as issues arose and did their best to move everything to my satisfaction. We finished earlier than estimated. Our move was smooth thanks to them!

I gave this company several weeks to resolve an issue before I performed this survey. I don’t want to put down the guys that came out and moved me but experience wasn’t there. They were moving a gun safe which wasn’t that heavy and in stead of going backwards over a door threshold he got a running start and hit it so hard he cracked the metal. When the door was closed I couldn’t open it back. I was told they would contact me and after 2 weeks I called them. I paid extra for insurance and spoke to a person in corporate but no one cares to call me back. I gave them 3 stars because of sympathy during this pandemic. It’s more than they have afford me. Don’t use this company

I needed to have some heavy furniture moved within my house and Two Men and a truck sent 2 great and strong guys to do the job. My only criticism is that their hourly charges started when they left their office and not when they got to my house. This ended up making the cost of the job about 30% more than I thought it would be. I think this is a good company and I would use them again, but I will just have to factor in the extra time to my budget.

Two Men & Truck sent three guys for our move. Their time of arrival was estimated at noon to 1 PM on a Saturday. They arrived at 12:20. Movers were quick and efficient, didnt waste time. Carried massive couch down a flight of stairs, and carefully maneuvered it into a new house with tiny hallways without scuffing freshly painted walls. They took a king size platform bed apart and put it back together in a flash. Great job!

As a disabled veteran I wouldve made the move myself but cant. Had an appointment with this company a month in advance at 8am on a Saturday, called them again 3 days prior to confirm all good so far. They called me the day before (Friday) to confirm all good so far. The day of the move they were 10 minutes late no call. I decided to wait maybe they’re in traffic no big deal I have plenty of time. Our house is ready to move I had to be out by the next day Sunday. Around 815am I received a call from the General Manager stating their one and only driver had a fever (fair enough). I truly appreciate them watching out for the customer and employees health. I’m thinking as a manager myself there’s obviously a “plan B” considering they’re a reputable company who have moved me previously in the past. Some Companies go above and beyond not this one.A very polite General Manager tells me sorry for inconvenience they’ll look into finding another driver but nothing is guaranteed best case scenario Monday since their only driver is working elsewhere already.Here’s my issue, I never ever call a customer to dump my realized risks on them. As a professional if I call with bad news about a project I show up with a different solution to fit their needs, not just hopes and dreams. If COVID is causing risk then mitigate that risk by having more movers or drivers on stand by not just counting on pure luck. We are all dealing with this terrible pandemic.Additionally perhaps offer discounts or even try to find out a different sub contractor eitherway Im not here to run the company for you is just simple solutions that come to mind. In my 20 year career I never seen an apology get the project done. This company left me hanging with no notice or contingency on their end.I decided to call all Hampton Roads movers in the area. Thank God a very professional company(licensed and insured) was willing to jump in last minute.The lack of customer service and reliability is a story I would like to share with future customers be prepared for the last minute change in plan.For the record their movers are absolutely fantastic, very professional and get the job done fast this review is targeted at the company and management not the actual movers.TL:DR: Left me hanging last minute. Be careful and have a contingency because they wont.

These 3 guys that moved my furniture were on it. Really polite and professional. They put furniture in whatever room I wanted it in and were really careful with each piece. Moving out of old place into the new one both ways to and from truck they had some distance to carry furniture whether on a hand truck or by just carrying each piece either one on one or 2 carrying the bigger pieces. I will definately use them again and recomnend them to anyone I know who are moving or planning too.

I just have to comment how wonderful my moving experience was today. These poor men lugged my one bedroom apartment up FOUR flights of stairs in the pouring rain and were so nice, helpful, and didnt complain once. Even I complain about walking up those stairs when its just me and my purse, and they hauled my whole life! Strongly recommend and would definitely hire again.

It was a very good experience from the initial call until the guys left. They all were very professional and easy to deal with.

I was extremely disappointed when my 11:30am appointment was not honored. The movers arrived at 4:45pm as their first job ran long. I understand things happen however the management team did not do anything to rectify this other than send additional movers some of which only stayed for 30 minutes. They finished up around 1015 but I was still charged for a 6.5 hour job (including their travel time to me). Meanwhile the poor gentlemen had been working all day with barely any break time. A company that doesn’t value their employees or customers is not one that I would recommend or ever do business with again.

We hired Two Men and a Truck for a local move. The three movers were very polite and efficient. However attention to detail was missed. Protection was provided for the front door but the banister at the top of the staircase was scratched. Walls in our new house were scraped a few times. When I mentioned it to the team leader, he was apologetic but offered no recourse. Overall the experience was average; I would mostly like not use the company again.

The team of movers provided for my move did not take much care in the movement of our belongings. Furniture was frequently scrapped along walls, and we have to pay to have the stairs redone at our old property due to significant denting and damage to the paint by this moving company. The movers stacked heavy items on top of boxes clearly marked fragile, and intentionally left items behind that they didnt feel like carrying. We had to have a second team of movers, not from Two Men and a Truck come get the other boxes intentionally left behind. Our boxes were all labeled with colored tape with room designations, but these were frequently ignored. Our food items ended up in the garage, and kitchen items were scattered throughout other rooms of the house, etc, with the heaviest boxes being placed in the convenient garage, and not carried up to the rooms they belonged in. It is taking us a long time to sort through the chaos of boxes left behind by these movers.

Short version: DO NOT USE THIS DECEITFUL, FRAUDULENT COMPANY. THEY WILL LOWBALL THE ESTIMATE IN ORDER TO GET HUGE OVERTIME FEES. THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB AND DIDN’T FINISH.Long version: We were moving from a home in Norfolk to a local storage unit & a small apartment in Baltimore. My husband discussed this with Two Men & a Truck’s (TMAT) employee Chris via phone. Chris gave an initial estimate, which was competitive, so we brought him to the house for an official estimate. Chris was at our home for THREE HOURS. He looked at everything we owned. We went through a detailed assessment of what in each room would go where. He then gave a much higher estimate than on the phone, but it seemed reasonable. He also repeatedly assured us this estimate was the TOP number possible- that he was confident he had overestimated & the actual cost would be much lower.Prior to the move, I organized our things to make it easy to determine what needed to go to Baltimore vs storage, labeled clearly. Day 1, husband took movers through the house & showed what was going where. He was there all day for questions. The packing went into overtime and still wasn’t complete. Moving team left wet cups on furniture, damaging it, & left trash around the house.After they left, I realized an entire room I had labeled for Baltimore had been packed & labeled for storage by the movers. I was up until 2am correcting these mistakes. I did not have time to do the same for the kitchen items. The next day, told the crew. Met with excuses “oh your husband didn’t tell us” (yes he did, & it was also discussed with Chris), “the label fell off” (nope, still there).By the time they got to Baltimore, they were running into their work time limit & couldn’t fully unpack that night. The next AM, this inept team took 30 minutes to back the truck into a loading dock. I found several boxes that were supposed to have been in storage. I also realized a box was left behind for storage that should have been moved. Told them and was given excuses and was yelled at. I literally found items that still had my “storage” label on them, that they had packed in a box & sent to Baltimore. 2 small items were broken.Another team came to the house to load the boxes to the truck to storage. Once there, they decided the boxes were “too heavy” & needed to be repacked. They CHARGED US FOR THIS TIME AND SUPPLIES! So we were charged twice for their inept service! Again, team was goofing off & went well into overtime AGAIN. Packing still not done. They also refused to move certain items bc they were antique, even though Chris saw all these items at the estimate & we clearly told him.The next day, they finally loaded the trucks. Team broke several small items because they threw them. The final cost was 4x the estimate! We paid, but they still left behind numerous items, including furniture. TMAT refused to finish the job & take these items. My husband also wanted easy access to certain things in the unit, which TMAT completely ignored. They didn’t label any boxes from the second or third floor & didn’t keep boxes from the rooms together, so we have no idea what is what. When husband & a new moving company took the last items to the storage unit, they saw many boxes in the unit had collapsed & fallen over bc it was packed so poorly.The estimate was fraudulent. They induced us into a contract when they knew they were not capable of doing this in the time they allotted, did not have the talent or ability to do it properly, all so they could make more money on overtime costs. They misjudged by an entire day + extensive overtime on 3 scheduled days + job still wasn’t complete when they quit. Had they been honest about the time expected, we would have scheduled the move over more days or chosen another company. They cannot be trusted; they are rude, refused to finish the job, broke items, moved the wrong items to the wrong places, and packed the unit terribly.Update: submitted a BBB complaint and it was closed bc they didn’t respond. They have an “F” rating with BBB. Don’t believe they care.

I cant say enough about my experience wth two men and a truck from my first phone call i made to the office to inquire about doing business wth them an then the actual day the two young men showed up on moving day was nothing but professionalism to say i was satisfied is an understatement not only will i be useing them again in the future but Ive already started recommending them to my family an friends thank you so much Christopher,Trent,Ellis an Z.

I would not recommend this particular moving franchise from Chesapeake. We are a military family and have moved several times and I was highly disappointed. For starts I was very clear of what the job was going to be and was seeking bids; 4 br house, 2 POD containers etc. I was given a price quote that seemed reasonable and hired them. They showed up 1 hr late to the house from the scheduled time. I had received no phone call to let me know, I had to call them. The two movers they sent had already done two jobs that day and were tired and had disclosed they werent even movers, they were actually drivers. After 2 hours or so and assessing the job, they called for more man power and were told no by their boss. They charge you by the hour, mind you. 5 hours later only 1 1/4 PODS were moved into the home and it was nearly 7pm. They came back next day, and it still took them 4.5hrs. By this time my initial price quote had more than tripled. In addition to all that, the movers had little regard for where I wanted items. I had given them an initial tour, explained where I wanted things and after all was said and done it was a disaster zone in my house. I had also asked if they could build the bed frames and requested heavy items like dressers and TVs to be put in specific places as I was alone and recovering from surgery and can not lift items by myself. They did not build the beds or put most things where I needed them to be. The boss did reduce my bill back after I complained, (not to the original quote, it was double the price instead of triple the original quote), but for a professional moving company I did not get professional service and was over charged for garbage work. Not happy and will not be hiring this company again.****I do appreciate your canned response to my review, however I was very descriptive that it was a 4 bedroom home with two full PODS and a piano. I was seeking bids from multiple companies and went with yours in the end. I don’t know how I could have been anymore clear, as you are the professional moving company. I told Trent that I would have rather had a realistic high bid and then broke even or paid less than a low estimate and then it literally tripling the cost. I had nothing to hide, I was perfectly prepared to pay the cost. I felt very taken advantage of. I had to hire a second moving company the next day just to come in and “clean up” the mess from your company just so my home was livable while we are unpacking our home, because I can’t move the heavy stuff by myself. As anyone can see from the pictures there was no rhyme or reason to the offload in the home. It made me feel, as a paying customer, that their is little regard for my family’s belongings and most precious valuables (ie: pictures, breakables etc) as you can see, for example, a weight bench on top of the “pile” created in the middle of one of the rooms.

Moving went well. They also helped to re schedule my appointment due to my other commitments. And move in got completed in less time than estimated

The online application is a little confusing, causing most of,my things not being packed and having to move it myself.

Several things went wrong during my move. A representative came out to assess my belongings (take pictures) and give me a quote. I accepted the quote and paid the down payment. Moving day comes and there are no movers. I called the office and was told they had the wrong moving date. I had proof of text messages showing I changed the date and AJ confirmed he received the change. So almost 4 hours after the scheduled time the movers arrive (which ultimately added a day to my move).The driver stated that he could not fit everything in one truck. Also, my mower would not fit as they had brought the wrong truck without a lift. A few more hours go by and Im told it will cost 3500.00 for an addtl truck. I refused to pay that why should I have to pay for your companies incompetence? So i get a 2nd truck for 1000.00 that has a lift for mower. Im told my stuff will fit. It didnt fit & I had to donate things I didnt want to as I was moving out of state and couldnt go back and pick things up. My car, truck, and boat were also fully loaded with stuff. The company sent someone out to take my things to goodwill, which I do appreciate but if I had known how expensive it would be to move my stuff and have ALL of my things get to Ky in one piece then I would have chosen any of the other quotes I received. This company is so worried about getting your business that they give you a price that cant be beat by competitors and then moving day comes, when you likely have limited options and tell you oops we were wrong its going to be $ 3500 more. This seems incredibly shady and I will never go with this company again! I would like to say Michael Gibbs, Khari Jenkins, Charles Collins, Tim, and Stephanie Collins were great. Thank you guys and gals for everything you did to try to make this right. The movers themselves were great and tried to accommodate for managements lack of professionalism.

Most horrible movers I ever worked with; were 3.5 hours late for my and then stated they would have to reschedule after they arrived at my apartment and saw all the stuff I had to be moved. Horrible company.
