It looks brand new and better than it originally did!! They also vacuumed, cleaned and threw in a extra bottle of paint for any touch ups that I may need in the future for scratches. This was my second time using CARSTAR Alan Conner Collision Center on Chester Road (formerly Conner Brothers Collision). I am a repeat customer due to the quality workmanship of the guys in their shop, and the professionalism and detail that both Todd and Scott bring to the customer experience out front. Love their level of communication. The app is very nice feature. Well see how well the work is preformed once we get the van back.Update: The Van came back good as new, a day before we thought it would and they worked with Enterprise and all we had to do was swap the rental for our van and we were good to go.These guys made everything easy, and I even giving us some touch up paint and over all very professional in all areas. The staff at CARSTAR was very friendly and professional. My car was only 2 months old when it was hit. Todd promised that it would look as good as new when they were finished and IT DOES! They finished it sooner than planned and they even returned my rental car for me. I noticed a scratch on the back of the car and even though it wasnt part of the repair, they buffed it out for me at no charge. I would definitely use them again!

I’m sure it’s better options in the area never go here. It took 2 weeks to fix a dent, when I received my vehicle the dent was gone but I had more problems like windows, locks, and lights. If you’re considering going here I would advise to look around first that’s all.

This was my second time using this shop. The staff did a great job on my vehicle, and were friendly and helpful. They even took my car to the dealer to get it calibrated after the repair and brought it back, and filled my gas tank for me at my request. Highly recommend this place!

Insurance company estimated 9 days for repair, it took 21 days for repair. I had to turn in my rental because it took so long, beyond what the insurance company would pay. They would not give me a concrete date when my car would be finished. Left black finger prints on headliner and sun visors. Very difficult to manage your schedule not knowing when your vehicle is going to be done, especially without a rental.

Fantastic body shop. Replaced my rear bumper and paint job was perfect. Looked better than new. Unfortunately 2 weeks later I backed into an object and damaged the bumper. Todd was great. They took the time to remove the dent at no charge and set up an appointment for new paint. This company treats customers right!

I got into a car accident March 6th, and was absolutely terrified thinking about having to find a repair shop to fix my car. One that wouldnt leave me disappointed. In Feb of 2020, Conner Brothers did a fantastic job on my 2019 Honda Pilot. My car had been clipped on the passenger side rear bumper and rear side panel. The car was fully drivable but, with it being new, I wanted it back in original condition.When I spoke with Conner Brothers on the phone, they walked me through the whole process including how to minimize the time without my car. They reviewed the insurers repair estimate and ensured I understood the details. I was able to work with them via email and the phone until the day of my scheduled appointment.On the day of my appointment, the team removed all of the applicable parts to fully assess the damage then called me with the estimated time to repair (10 days) and also shared pictures and the updated repair estimate. They worked directly with the insurance company - I never needed to make another call. The car was completed in 9 days and truly looked brand new.Honestly I had heard horror stories from friends on dealing with auto body repairs. This was completely seamless and I ended up with my car returned to perfect condition. Fantastic people to work with and great results! As a bonus for Honda owners, they are a certified Honda Auto Body Shop. I highly recommend them - these guys are just great.

I wish I could leave a ten star review. Todd and Scott were the complete definition of professional. Brought my car in after getting in an accident and was told by Enterprise three weeks prior they had a rental reserved for me on the day I had to take my car to the collison center. I got to the collison center to find out that Enterprise ran out of rentals even though I had a reservation.I already had an appointment set with the collison center that day, but they understood the situation that I was in and were very professional, personable, and compassionate. They were very accommodating and allowed me to come back after Enterprise fixed their faux pas. Six days later, I finally had a rental and the collison center put me in with no problem to get my car fixed. During the process they let me know if I had any questions what so ever to just give them a call.Got my vehicle back two weeks later fixed and cleaned.I highly recommend this place. They are top notch! There really arent many places out there anymore with this caliber of service.

This was our first time visiting the Conner Brothers today. We had bought a used Honda Civic, and immediately found some hidden issues with it. We had gone back to the dealer, Jiffy Lube, and a family mechanic. No one could figure out what was wrong. The family mechanic advised us to seek out a body shop. I researched on Google who was the best body shop in town and found Conner Brothers. My mother and I decided to give them a shot. They found the issue, fixed the issue, and gave us a good deal. My mother and I will definitely be utilizing this business again in the future if we ever need it.Mr. Todd Stanley was kind, friendly, and made sure we got the best service. He showed us what the problem was, showed us indicators of past collisions contributing to the problem, showed us how they repaired it, and gave us a good price for the repair job. I was impressed and felt absolutely comfortable working with him and his crew. This is a great business, and I hope more people support it. I had originally chosen this body shop to repair my car based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Had poor work done at their old shop off of Midlothian - multiple delays in completion, and had to return 3 times until the car was ready. Got paint dust from sanding all over interior as they didnt mask off - in a car w/ 2k miles! Had to come back and get trim pieces that were lost (they ordered new ones).They say a lifetime warranty on work quality. My actual experience is if you had work done at any of their shops sold off to Caliber Collision - GOOD LUCK! After bringing car to Chester shop and discussing issues with Scott Faulkner - who admitted the work was not good - but, than any fix would be an owner decision. Well, guess what? No fix.Maybe they do good work in Chester, but I would never use this business again after they didnt honor the warranty for my work. Your either honor it, or you ensure you uphold the warranty by contractually obligating the new owner to take are of your word! But, I guess thats not important to this business.

These folks do it right. I took my car by Conner Brothers and within a couple of hours they e mailed my estimate, and told me it would take 2-3 days to complete the work. I took my car in on Monday and it was ready before noon on Thursday and my car looked great. This is my second experience with Conner Brothers and I would not go anywhere else.

Top Notch service- I had a minor fender bender locally and wanted to be sure the issue with my quarter panel could be easily fixed and the paint rub removed. These gentlemen were quick to pop that piece back in and get the paint removed. The lady that hit me was very thankful it was minor and we did not have to file a claim. Friendly, professional, and great to work with. They got my repairs done quickly even though it was during the holidays. My car ended up looking better from the repairs than when I bought it. Ill definitely be going back to them if I need work in the future!

I had the best experience with Conner Brothers. My day was going haywire, first off I was running late, so no time to go get cash and I was afraid I would miss them. Then I drive right past the place and I am heading to Chesterfield. Jay was nice enough to talk to me until I got to the shop so I wont get lost again. He also allowed me to use 2 different forms of payment. And was amazingly polite. I will definitely recommend and use Conner Brothers again. Best body shop experience hands down.

I have always had great experience here. Once I have found this body shop, I havent taken my car anywhere else. Their customer service is phenomenal. They also worked me in at a very busy time and had a quick turn around as well. I strongly recommend them.
