Got everything done so fast and so well. Time from drop off to job being done might have been an hour. Car is running beautifully now. 10/10 would recommend. Will go again if I have issues in the future.

I needed my AC hose replaced and a diagnostic on my stabilitrak and ABS. The work was done in timely fashion and my problems were addressed and fixed. The price was fair and customers service was great. Would definitely recommend.

Those of you who have State Inspection anxiety this is the place for you. I’ve lived in Delaware County PA for almost 20 years. Every year I’ve dreaded getting my car inspected because of bad experiences, from dealerships and local shops in my county. I’ve used over a dozen shops for service and inspections. For the past few years I’ve only been to this meineke location and have not been disappointed. The crew there is polite, professional, skilled and honest. They are patient and take ample time to answer your questions and concerns. They will not fix what isn’t broken and are not at all pushy. I’m confident your experience there will be as good as mine.

BEWARE OF MEINEKE IN CHESTEREmployees didnt secured vehicle while it was on the property and vehicle was broken into due that Employees did not lock vehicle doors. Items were taken. Would never go there again . Will inform others not to take their vehicle to them because they do not make you feel safe manger will NOT call you and tell you there was a issue as your vehicle got broken into

The representative I talked to was professional and told me even though they were very busy he would try to fit me in, and was able to repair my car in 1 day for a reasonable price. These folks at this Meineke location are top notch I would suggest to anyone to use these guys as they are fair honest and know thier stuff when it comes to how to handle the repairs on your vehicle. 10 out 10 for my experience and I will be going back in the future when the need arises .

Amazing fast service. Honest pricing. I went in with an exhaust issue preventing my car from passing inspection. Was told at Midas it would cost $1200 because its was a one piece exhaust and I would need to replace the entire thing including the catalytic converter which is fine. Meineke gave me a couple choices to repair the issue and actually saved me $900 by being able to repair without replacing the entire exhaust. Thank you guys!!! Also found out that Meineke locations are privately owned so I cant speak for other locations.

The guy Ed was very nice and did help me out by not charging me, but ended up telling me I needed a new alternator and that the vehicle was unsafe to drive, when I sent and got two additional opinions and neither place said that I needed an alternator. So Im split on my decision

They told me my radiator was expensive and would take 5hrs to fix.. they said the total cost of repair and labor was $1200.. A radiator is $89 at AAP and $79 at brandywine on 9th street.. got my car out of there.. I got it fixed near seafood connection for $300.. $900 savings!!!!!!!!! They’re good people in meineke but they’re tooo expensive.. they charge $30 just to look at your car as well. I went to lous on 9th street on the west side, he told me everything meineke told me and did everything they did for free.. I took My car to meineke just because Lou said he wouldn’t be able to fix until Tuesday.. lol always get an estimate!!!

Didnt try to up sale me and service was fast and done right.

I got a nail in my tire and needed it plugged/patched. Of course I picked the worst day to decide to get it fixed (on a Saturday) due to places being busy. I called a few places and was told it would take anywhere from 2 to 5 hours and that I’d need to leave the tire with them. However, when I called Meineke they told me to come there and they could fix it right away. I spent maybe a total of 20/30 minutes there — partly due to needing to find my lock — and was back on the road with a fixed tire at a fair price. I’ll definitely be back to Meineke again.

The Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. As a single female I felt comfortable having them service my car and the cost was affordable. Even though they are remodeling they still provide excellent service . Ward the Master Technician did a great job and I haven’t had any problems like that since.

I was more than pleased by the service we received! My husband, Gerald Clark, takes his car there regularly. I was hesitant, because the last time he took one of my vehicles there, I had issues. But, this amazing and genuinely good hearted woman, Kat is there now. I am not sure of her position, Service rep, customer service, or manager. I think she should be the owner!! So welcoming, accommodating and HONEST! Nowadays, sheisters are everywhere. She really wants you to get the service you need, at a price you can afford. If not, she explains other options. AND, she remembered me two WEEKS later!! On a phone call, not in person. They did a great, timely, as promised service, with a front WOMAN that really, should run that ship!!

Every experience i had with them was bad...i relocated 2017 and made an appointment to register car..they lost all my paperwork ..argued me down saying i never gave it to them..only to find out days later and after spending money on replacement they had it...tried them again to fix tires only to have to buy more tires..two days ago i scheduled an 830 appointment on edgemont..got confirmation in txt..still do..only for them to tell me i dont and once again try to argue me down until i pulled out confirmation and he still didnt honor service agreement..basically these guys are dishonest,lazy and worst menike i ever done business with

I went in for breaks and control arms, it was fixed in one day but the next day it was over heating and antifreeze leaking. I never went back because I talk to two customers that had work done weeks before and returned with different issues.... don’t go there it’s a scam they fix one issue while creating another . I bought a new car so frustrated with my experience.

Well it seemed to me that the guys behind the counter were sick or on their way to being sick. Thank you for doing your job and doing your best not to pass on the germs. From the phone call, I knew the service would be stellar. I was greeted pleasantly, all questions answered and told to come right over. I arrived within 5 minutes of the call and she knew who I was immediately. They did a full read of the car and gave me the codes to have cleared so inspection could be done. I was treated like a valued customer and made to feel like I was the only customer. The young man who did my oil change came inside to give the printout and when it was done, I was told that they would be able to do the work and inspection. I’m impressed and told my daughter and SIL to follow up with both cars. I will be coming there when I buy my car as well. I recommend them for the service and the clean bathroom.

Very professional shop. You gotta get there early though because this location is usually packed with customers. Ed the manager is a good guy. He is very straight forward and candid with pricing and your repair details. It seems like theyre a bit understaffed though because of the wait times.

I was in from out of town and needed work on my truck. They fixed what was needed originally, but a code came up for my catalytic converter. When they removed the supposedly bad one to replace it, they found nothing wrong with it. They couldve easily put the new one on and charged me for it and I wouldve never known the difference. Instead they just put the good one back on and saved me a BUNCH of money. Honest and reputable in my book.

The office was being renovated and it was my first time there and when I went in just make a left. For an oil change it took a while and had to drop my car off for the day but if your car takes a while they will contact you to let you know the progress of your car. Staff was Pete and he was pretty cool. I will go back for more work.

I went to Meineke yesterday to get my muffler checked out because it had fallen out a couple days before. The lady Ms Kathy was super polite, she gave me an estimate almost immediately, and the price to fix it wasnt bad at all!! They were about to close and her employee, I cant remember his name but he had me outta there in about 30 mins!!! The service wàs awesome, and I really appreciated how they made room for me even tho it was closing time!!! 😊😊

There isnt a better group of guys who work on cars. They never up sell you, they make sure something is done right and they treat you like family. They arent a rip off and they get it done right, and quickly. Ive recommended these guys to everyone I know and they have never given me a reason not to. My girlfriend wanted to fix her old car, we gave it to them to look at and give us an estimate, they called us and said, I wouldnt do this, the car is beyond saving. They said they would if we wanted them to, but wed be better off junking it. Ive never met a bunch of mechanics that were so honest. Ill give these guys all my business till I leave the valley. If you arent satisfied with their work or customer service, I think that has more to do with you.

The work they did was great but the price was to high. 477.00 just to but muffler on. Never again i go their again got over on me i taged muffler shot for price the price was 250.00 my last time going there again

Dropped My 2005 Pontiac Vibe off on Tuesday evening and picked it up Wednesday afternoon with all work completed.

They don’t care your car, they are very careless only for brake pads changing I came three times and waited 2 hours and more, too. I hope they should take care for their customers and fix the problem or issue at the first time. Very sad and boring.

Brought my own tire in and was charged $24.75 just to put my tire on that did not get brought from them to expensive

They r thieves / poor service ✅ i took my vehicle there in good condition picked it up in bad condition all for air conditioning work now my transmission is gone ! Spent lots of money and the air conditioning still doesn’t work ! N stole a brand new battery from my vehicle then denied it ! I’m sure (GOD) got my back ! SHADY MFRS !!!!!!!

Very unhappy. Brought my car in. They said it was back brakes they replaced them for $500. Two days later my car was making a horrible noise. They ended up changing my front brakes. No explanation orpaperwork. Called customer service and out in a complaint. They passed it to corporate who in turn told me I needed to deal with the local shop. I have no idea if my back brakes were bad or not. They do not stand by there name and offer no help through the corporate office. Biggest disappointment ever. Not a trustworthy company!

I recently moved here to Bethlehem & found a trust worthy mechanics. I wanted to get a performance exhaust so i shopes around, while other shops priced me over $900,Meineke did it for nearly half the price. Great customer service they work really fast and get the work done the right way. I told them i needed brakes and they told me it just needed to be adjusted. Saved me a lot of money! Won’t take my car elsewhere!

Im going to give this three stars as I havent used their service but wanted to share my experience regarding a quote on brake pad service. I spoke with the manager who quoted me 150 for front end brake pad service. When I mentioned a 50 percent off coupon and if they were still accepting it he stated yes. Then I discussed the cost with the coupon to do all of my brakes and the price quoted was the same without the coupon. When I asked about why it wasnt lower I was told the price I was quoted was with the coupon. I find that hard to believe as 150 seems pretty standard from the other shops Ive spoken to. Doesnt seem like the coupon is being honored so I wont be using this shopUpdate: the customer care person had responded to my post within an hour. I emailed them twice with my cell number and they never called me.

Was apprehensive about going there at first based on the reviews, but I had a good experience there. Staff was kind and courteous, and price was very reasonable. Probably going back there for any future car maintenance needs.

All my exhaust hangers had broken, so I took it to Meineke car care on stefco and I was out of there in an hour. They took my car right in and fixed the problem. I highly recommend there service. They were fast and courteous. And the price I was charged, I couldnt do the job cheaper myself.

They seem to usually be late by about 15 mins most of the time. But they did a great job on replacing my exhaust. It was worth the 2 hour wait.
