To Whom it may concern my Husband and my self visited this location on 9/25. My Husband and I was Greeted by the Greeter with a smile. My reason for coming in for them to place my charms on correctly because when I purchase it the first time the lady did not put the charms on right. They corrected the situation in the meantime my husband is shopping for another charm . We showed them the coupon and they tell us we cannot use the coupon because its only to be used online I would think if we shopping with you guys constantly that we should be able to use a coupon online and in the store why send coupons through the email if we cannot use them.

My husband has gifted several items purchased at this store. The customer service is always great. We’ve recently had a bracelet replaced under the stores warranty. The associate that helped him through the process was very nice. Definitely recommend shopping here.

In essence, Im purchasing trendy costume jewelry. I expect highend service for the money Im expecting to spend. Have a greeter at the door at all times. Learn how to communicate because this product is of concern to the people who work for Pandora not the patrons. Pandora is not an essential need. Act accordingly.

Staff is always amazing.iys always crowded but hey when you got a great staff you will always have a returning customer.

I am a new customer and was excited about my first Pandora purchase a little over a month ago. My first visit experience was good. The salesperson Jessica helped me pick out my bracelet, charm, and spacers.My second visit was ok. I purchased two charms and a spacer but the worker put all of my jewelry in one box. I didnt know at first that each individual charm was supposed to get their own box until I was informed by someone else. So the lady cashier didnt do her job right and then she asked me if I wanted a bag. Yes!!! I want a bag it comes with the purchase! I am disappointed with the cashier customer service this time around.

The experience is o.k., some of the sales reps are really nice. The only problem Ive had is the quality of the jewelry Ive purchased. I take care and pride in my jewelry. Ive had wiring come out of a few silver bracelets. One is being paid to be repaired, right now, since its been over a year.

Had to wait in line luckily not long at all once in there everything went smoothly customer service was really good. She was very friendly and helpful giving me options and helping me figure out exactly what I wanted will definitely go back and recommend

Im a little torn on this review. I/we have always gotten good service at this location BUT .... on this ocasion we waited for almost 1 hr to get in. The explanation given to us is because they had multiple call outs . Well, on the week before mothers day, this is unacceptable and the customer servicing should not be affected.

Never going back here again I spends a lot of money with this company and this is the 2nd time I used this location and both times I order something online went to pick it up and they tell me its not in there system.... I dont have any issues at any of there stores accept this 1

I ordered online and picked up in store. It in-line took a few hours to fill my order.

I visited Pandora early in the day so there was no line I walked right in the staff were very friendly and greeted me immediately and any staff that I crossed paths with pleasantly interracted with me!. It was my first time coming alone lol but I ddnt feel intimidated!

Thats being nice giving one star yes considering it is 2days befor Xmas and tomorrow being Xmas Eve.. Still think they should of had the people waiting in asked to be 6ft apart it was horrible seeing how they were all on top of one another but the store located at Chicago Ridge made sure the employees were far away but not the customers from one ANOTHER... And that goes to shoe you how irresponsible Pandora is along with the shoppers so if u want to have people you dont know RIGHT ON TOP OF YOU WITH THEIR MASK NOT EVEN ON THE RTE WAY THEN YES GO TO PANDORA THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.....

The lady at the front taking names was very pleasant and helpful. My brother and I stepped in wanting to see a ring however our salesperson, Ashley, was not the most pleasant. Every other salesperson seemed pretty enthusiastic and happy to service their clients.

This is the worst store ever on several occasions the sale representatives at this store are very lazy and have nonchalant attitudes. One of my idk how many bracelets that I have broke (I purchased the bracelet from this store not even a full six months ago) they don’t want to replace the bracelet. Tracy which she may be a store manager now also didn’t want to assist me and my best friend on a similar issue. I went to the store and was greeted by jasmine...what a lovely young lady with the refreshing smile ...very informative, saw a lot of nice charms rings bracelets etc, she explained to us regarding the charms and how they would fit what size bracelet, even gave us booklets ...I am planning to come to Chicago Ridge instead of the one by me. She made me feel very welcome and I have decided to make my purchase from that store . There should be more sales reps like her.

Terrible! The worst covid line I have ever been in. 1 person enters the store every 15 minutes or more. Stood in line for a 1 hour and 45 minutes. Appalling

Slow service but good selection

Customer service is trash. They sent in my ring for a repair and said I would hear back in about 2 weeks. It’s been over a month and when I go in to ask about it, they keep telling me to come back in a week.

I was approached by Jasmine she asked how could she help me, I explained this will be my first bracelet she smiled and said OK, she tried on several bracelets before finding the one that fit, from their I purchased 2 stopper and 2 charms Im so pleased with my purchase and with Jasmine knowledge of the way I should take care of my bracelet I will be back. The attention was very poor and I did not hear anything from the person who attended me.

Sales person was awesome . when she was ringing me up the manager came and told her that there was a customer waiting. im spent $300 dollars there and even the sales rep told her that they need to be patient because i was undecided . 5 star on the sales rep, -5 stars on the manager.

Their checkout system during the holidays absolutely sucks. Be prepared for a very long wait. 7 associates working the floor and only 2 working as cashiers. Each transaction takes entirely too long by the time they type/look up everything they have to on the registers.

Getting waited on was excellent but slow, at the check out counter!

Love all their charms and jewelry. Always find a gift for any occasion.

We purchased an item in Florida that ended up losing a stone. Even though theyre franchised and the purchase wasnt made at a sister store, they stood by the product and replaced it with no hassle. Will be returning and purchasing future items at this specific location because of the stellar service.

Sales associate Narcy was super awesome she took her time and was very honest and gave me some great ideas she rearranged a few charms and added in my clip to keep my charms in place. What I really like is that she didnt rush, me definitely going back to Chicago Ridge😊

Had a bad experience there, asked the girl if she could gift wrap my charms and she just laughed and said no - she just threw them in one of those little bags you always get. At the register, two girls were helping us with the check out and they were laughing and asking for our info 5 times..dont know what they were laughing about. Will never go back to shop there. I recommend Bolingbrook Pandora, their employees are more trained and very helpful.
