Very helpful and patient. I made a purchase online but ordered the engraving wrong. Faith was very patient with me, explained everything and fixed it for me . This store is great. Love the customer service.

When here for the 1st time the lady never did speak or acknowledged that I even walked into the store the gentleman named Nicholas assisted me and was very helpful he made me feel good it feels good about coming into his store as well as giving me options I think the young lady needs more work on her customer assistance

I made a nice purchase yesterday at this location. My brother is getting married today and even though your merchandise is on the expensive side, I wanted to get him something special. But the young lady working was very rude with somewhat of a nasty tone throughout the entire process. (Im pretty sure you know exactly who Im talking about) I recommend you guys take a mandatory customer service class. I wont go back to this one.

Clean store, yes it was late evening. Very nice and helpful staff. Pricing Im going to say mid range as I dont shop in these stores. Was looking for a particular product. They were close enough for me. I recommend them.

I brought a religious military necklace there for them to engrave, and they immediately guaranteed full replacement of the item if it got damaged during the engraving. They did a beautiful job on the engraving, and were confident that they could fit Love Mom and 4 other names on the back of the medal.Their prices on the engraving werent too bad, either.Im hoping my son will be wearing this necklace/medal next year when he goes to Afghanistan.

I like going in here and looking at all the cute things i could get family members. I don’t like coming in here and being followed wherever i go. Won’t buy from here again.

This is a GREAT place to get very memorable and heartfelt gifts for ALL occasions and for ALL the people on your list. Great for Graduations, Weddings, Birthdays, Christmas gifts, and on top of all that you can get ALL OF IT CUSTOMIZED! It can get a bit pricey, but in my opinion its totally worth it. Its a gift they will remember and cherish always. Dont you think that makes it worth the price? I sure do!

There is always something that you can find for that one person. The middle age lady is so helpful no matter how busy its in there or if you are there 5 minutes till closing. Its a little pricier but they do run sales often.

Awful service, machine never work, 1 hour in store engraving but tell you to wait 2 days. Unacceptable i got better service when it was a kiosk than a store front
