I had an awesome experience, Rio was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the sunglasses that fit the frame of my face. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything and I felt free to browse unbothered. I will definitely return to this location for all my sunglasses needs. Thanks Rio😁

Dont shop at this store, I bought my Prada sunglasses for $350 and $30 insurance with 30 days option to RETURN or Exchange, a week later I went to exchange it for some other sunglasses for $50 more but they refused to exchange it for the $50 different they want me to pay $150 extra, so I decided to RETURN it and they refused the RETURN.Bad CUSTOMER service and very expensive price, Check online before you buy from there and see the different

If you are going to sell sunglasses, carry the inventory in the store. I dont want to try glasses on, then be told to go and order them online. Whats the point of having a store? Will be a matter of time til this shop and the rest of the Sunglasses Hut stores fall victim to Amazon and close up. Pretty much useless. Giving them 2 stars since the staff was somewhat helpful

Gabbi was extremely professional and courteous. I went in for one pair of sunglasses for a gift and ended up walking out purchasing three pair.

I purchased a pair of Dolce & Gabana sunglasses and 3 month later they are all falling apart . Sunglasses hut said Im just over my 90 days so there is nothing they can do .Long story short, never buy from sunglasses hut! If I bought these at Nordstroms, I wouldnt have any issues getting a new pair at no cost.Sunglasshut - poor poor business ethics !

Bought a pair of sunglasses at this location. When I bought them the lady told me that they were under warranty for a year. After about 2 months of use I notices a scratch on the lense only visible from the inside. The only reason I noticed it was because the film started to bubble. I immediately called and talked to someone at the store. The guy who answered the phone let me know that they were under warranty but that the warranty only let you get a new pair for half off. The only exception would be if they were defective. I let him know i thought they were as the film on the inside was all starting to bubble. He said the only was to know was to have a store manage look at them. He gave me the managers hours that week but i wasnt able to make it in. I called back the next week and again wasnt able to make it when the manager was there. I went to the store to see if she was in and waited and hour and a half, was never ever greeted, and ended up leaving because the girl was having issues with the computer. I called again yesterday around 10AM and a girl, not sure of her name, answered and was extremely rude. I asked when the store manager was going to be and she said that she couldnt give me that information. I let her know my situation and that i had to meet with a store manager to get my problem resolved. in a very rude tone she said i just told you i cant give you that info. call another store. So i hung up and called orland. Their staff was very polite. This location is 5 mins from my house and I will NEVER be going to this store again. I will keep my business at the Orland location.
