I was in a car accident and took my car here for repairs. The wait time before I got car back was ridicules. The paint job on my car has started coming off. I had to get more work done after I got my car back. They asked me if I was in an accident because there was a huge amount of damage that my car had under the hood. My A/C they claimed was a new one and is working. I stopped working in less then a week. I took it back to they can fix it after like the 2nd time of this happening I took it somewhere else. I will never recommend this shop to anyone.

They never have time to help you, and there rude when you ask for help. Its by appointment only....

I took my car on to have the door handle replaced. They did a good job. My only issue is they ended splattering white paint on the black part of my door. Its not that noticeable, but it happened. Their prices are reasonable too. Overall, Id go back.

Worst experience ever! I was I a car accident about 3months ago, battling with this body shop on getting my vehicle fixed. My vehicle has been in the shop for about 2 months now. They continue to give me the run around about my vehicle they state it will be ready on this date but has not been ready yet.NOW THEY are saying they may not be able to fix it due to the frame bent! Remember I am out of a vehicle now! I gave them a month without call its been 2 months now!!!! And no one has reached out to me! I have to continue calling them on days they state it will be ready!

I BEEN GOING TO J & M AUTO FOR MANY YEARS....I DONT TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE. THE JOB GETS DONE CORRECTLY AND THERE WORK IS GREAT. THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE ARE FRIENDLY AND VERY MUCH HELPFUL. I RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND THEY ALSO TAKE THERE CARS THERE, IM A PROUD CUSTOMER AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE, THANKS J & M AUTO!!!!!!!!!!

THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL IS THE WORST BODY SHOP IN THE AREA I GAVE MY TRUCK TO FIX AND THIS PLACE TOOK 1 1/2 YEARS TO GIVE ME MY TRUCK BACK. I CAME EVERY WEEK TO SEE IF THEY GOT DONE!I HAVE MY TRUCK FOR TWO YEARS NOW AND THE PAINT IS COMING OFF. IM REALLY UPSET. I DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE.

Do NOT take your car here. Took my Malibu in for a door replacement and frame alignment and its been in there 2 whole months, every time i call its a different excuse.

The owner takes months to fix minor repairs. They are extremely unprofessional and understaffed. Do not go there please you will regret it!!!!

My car has been in this shop since 5/2915 and it is nearly August and is still not repaired. This auto body shop was a HUGE mistake and I regret I ever allowed my car (Jeep Grand Cherokee) to go there. The owner is a jerk and his staff are liars. Two months and counting but still my car is not ready!

Horrible service. They choose what cars they want to work on and what cars they dont want to work on. Dont go here. Not even to ask for an estimate because they wont give it to you.

My car hasnt been completely repaired, I found alcohol bottles under the seat, they lost a key which hasnt been replaced, I have over 1200 extra miles and my gas driven out when the were supposed to do body work, someone was sleeping in the car and damaged the driver seat
