I had an accident on Halloween immediately researched possible auto collision centers and didn’t hesitate to go with B&M. All my lights came out and I was concerned transmission was damaged. They were able to fix my car really incredible fast, and checked everything mechanically and nothing was bad after all and they were really nice with me holding my car until I gathered my deductible since I’m a student (due to flexibility conflict) and don’t work much. The car’s whole front is brand new and the vehicle still feels like brand new, totally recommend this place with one of the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced.

The customer service at the front desk is amazing. Theyre very friendly and accommodating. They do a great job on fixing cars. When I got my car back it looked brand new. Im really happy with my experience here.

I brought my car in because someone backed into me while I was parked and took off my whole front fender. My insurance company referred me to B&M. They fixed my car in just a few days. I could not be more happy with the service.Robert greeted me when I arrived and met me when I picked up the car. He was very nice!They even pounded out another dent that had nothing to do with the fender and cleaned the inside of my car. (They did not even mention that they did this at no extra charge)I REALLY appreciate their honestly and the work they did to make my older car look like new again!

My insurance company sent me there!! And they did fantastic work!! And even replaced that cracked panel, thats famous for Ford explorers!! They really know there stuff!! 👌👍👍👍👍

About 3 months ago, my family car got rear-ended in front of my apartment building, parked on a residential street! Totaled the car, my insurance company suggested B&M Auto to take a look. Never knew it costs so much due of the damage it took but they made the family car look like new (and even gave my husband and I a pamphlet stating that although it was restored but not to the full manufacturer’s form). Thanks to their hard work.Now, last week, someone purposely side swipe out car, and in the same spot! Here we go, again!

My car was serviced here after a Semi Truck hit me and my insurance recommended them. I was told my vehicle would be ready by Monday and was given a call on Friday that it was ready for pick up.I picked up my vehicle on Sat and upon receiving it, once I turned off the vehicle (the car was already turned on when I got it in), the key completely fell apart.The seatbelt was in reverse and you werent able to latch it properly. The computer compartment underneath the steering wheel was messing the door, a huge whole exposed, they didnt buff an area that was included in the claim, they had painted several spots on my front bumper white (unrelated to the incident & without my permission).I took the car back no less than 30 min later and informed the manager Konrad of the things that were wrong. He argued with me that the key was already broken (which it wasnt), he says that the door to the computer area was somewhere in the car (which it wasnt), he takes the car in the back and attempted to buff the area now leaving the black lining damaged as they didnt provide protection before buffing, THEN he brought my key back and GLUED it together.... AGAIN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. He stated that was all he could do and now the key doesnt fold like it should.It gets better though.... On my way to Minnesota I hear a dragging noise. Upon stopping, there is literally a black piece hanging from the bottom of my car and had to be removed in order for me to continue driving.Not sure who owns this place but, the workers need to be a bit more attentive.We will be contacting our attorney for such negligence.Had to go to another body shop so that they can fix everything that this place failed to do.

Understandable if the whole car is total but if its scratches they want to rip you off as if it is a major accident.

I unfortunately had my truck wrecked while is was parked and my insurance company sent me to this place for the damage. I’m impressed that my truck was fixed the day they said it would be and may I say one of the best car washes I’ve had. I was late when I had to pick up my vehicle and although the place was closed Robert went above and beyond to make sure I got my truck because I wouldn’t be able to make it back that Saturday. The only thing I wasn’t satisfied with was the lady at the front desk. I came back to get something checked out and she was not attentive and seemed as if she didn’t want to assist me as I stood waiting for her without being acknowledged while she doing absolutely nothing.

My vehicle was rear ended and I was the middle vehicle in between 2 short vans. Employees here were polite, kind and thorough from beginning to end. They kept in communication and were able to answer all my questions. They did a GREAT job on my car as well. Definitely recommend.

Brought my Tahoe for repair and there was Over spray every where on panels not repaired! Paint chipped on fender after a car wash came back in to fix it and they used white out to repair chipped paint!! The employees are either always drunk or on drugs and don’t care about the work being performed on customer vehicle. Definitely would not come back! Avoid shop at all costs!

B & M does great work with a fast turn around. Good customer service and will even paint body parts for you if you bring them in.

They were amazing and the communication between State Farm and them to get my truck fixed was smooth after being in an accident. They fixed my front fender within 3 days! The paint match was perfect.Thanks for getting our family car together quickly!

Michael and Bob gave me the best experience I could ask for out of an auto and collision shop. Not only did they take care of my car perfectly, but, they also gave me a lot of reassurance throughout the process. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The first day I got there with my car they had me in and out within minutes of being there AND had the rental company come get me, I didn’t have to lift a finger! They gave me updates of the car on how it was doing throughout the week to relieve any anxiety. The damages only took a week to repair which was awesome! When I came to pick up my car it was hassle free, looked brand new, smelled brand new, and Michael came to pick me up personally from the rental place to come get my car! Overall I’d give this experience a 100/5 stars if I could on here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thank you again!

I’ve brought three different cars into this location for different levels of damage. And they’ve done a great job every time.

Even though they were not able to preform the service I asked for (a pre-perchase diagnosis of a used car) the rep was still very polite in answering my questions. If you get into an accident they will give you estimates on the damage. Customer service is kind here.

The people here are very friendly and communicative throughout the repair process. The inside of the building is comfortable and really nice. I also loved that they vacuumed and cleaned the outside of my car before returning.

Had rear bumper damage..when I arrived to pick the car up they said they “cleaned the inside of my car” which is common practice there. Belongings under my seat were stolen.

I had an accident in my brand new Nissan Juke. It was to the left front of my car. THEY STOLE MY BRAND NEW BATTERY.I didnt find out til I had to call AAA. They never gave me an itemized list of what was fixed. They said they didnt have it ready.What can I do now???? This happened in 2017, my car had under 1,000 miles. Now I need a new battery.

They are wizards who work sorcery on your car to get it back to new or showroom condition. I asked how they do it, but getting the answer involved entering a gladiator-like battle to the death, which wasnt really my vibe at the time - especially before lunch hour. All in all, excellent work.

I went here after trying to find an auto body shop for my 2019 vw jetta. They did a fantastic job on the repairs of my vehicle. My car looked like new. They also had great customer service and got me in and out quickly. I highly recommend this place for anyone auto body repairs.

They did very good job! My Odyssey was in small accident, front bumper, right fender and front right door needed to be fixed and painted. I left my car on Monday and was ready to pickup after 11 days! They offered very competitive price for the job too. Highly recommend this shop if you need to fix your car.

He made sure my insurance claim was done properly, put me on a rental the same day and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. My SUV was completely damaged from the whole drivers side. Abouslute best shop in Chicago! I’ve taken are Ford F-150 to several shops on the northwest side of Chicago and Mark and his wife have always been much cheaper sometime by several hundred dollars!! They explained all my options new parts used parts! Great service! Fair and honest!!

Very pleased with the work done to repair the body damage on my Subaru. They even took the time to clean and detail the entire inside of my car. Would recommend them for efficient and detailed repairs.

My 2019 has been in the shop for over a month for parts I couldve ordered online myself. Ive missed countless events and days of work because they constantly lie week after week on the expected finish date Its to the point where I had to start investigating myself on why its taking so long smh...terrible experience

Great experience since the first call, got into an accident and after speaking with my insurance these guys took care of everything else including a rental while my vehicle was being serviced

I went on Friday to get estimate to paint the bumper and small job, Iven the estimate guy says this job is $550, in cash only, I agreed today so I brought the car on Monday and I told them I need it by Friday...they did you will have it before then...so on Monday I let it...on Wednesday morning they call me saying we will not do this job for $550 you have to pay $750 or otherwise you come pick your car up...so I went there asking for Iven, I did confront him before everyone at the office he denied saying $550 as our agreement he was like I did ask for $750 anyway his face turned red...I asked to talk to the manager the polish old guy...he said or you pay $750 to take your car he was very rude...I thought to let everyone know the way they manager talked to me...beware everyone

Good body work for cars and super fast service

Waiting four weeks for my vehicle and yet to receive til this very day, lack of communication, first they decided it was okay to not inform me they were waiting to get the approval from my insurance because of the amount of damages, when I was originally told they would start ordering parts the same day as drop off, secondly I was given a pick up date and confirmed with my insurance because I have a rental. And now that I call to check in( took me to call them) they tell me my vehicle will not be ready for the scheduled date because they ordered the wrong parts. Mind you I was just in Tuesday when they told me it would be ready and even pointed out other work that can be used to my vehicle. Money hungry thieves, God forbid Im in another car accident, I will NEVER return to place. I still dont have a date that my vehicle will be ready, and Im paying for this rental thru my insurance as Im sure everyone knows only pays a limited amount. Awful communication, as a business I would except them to notify me of any issues or mistakes.

Had bad experience 2 times.

Had the rear bumper replaced and painted took about 5 days to complete then I went to pick it up and was not satisfied with the alignment of the bumper, that is when it stood an additional 9 days to rectify the issues.
